The company was informed about the fire and stove explosion and it failed to repair and replace unsafe product exposing my family to unsafe conditions and damage to my propertyThere were three visits from the technicians and only the ignitor was tested and replacedBoth technicians refused to test the gas safety valve and the adapter between the gas supply and the applianceAdditionally, the fire damage inside the stove was not taken seriously and wires and insulation was not inspected for damageThe oven is releasing strong burnt and gas smell and the unit is a hazard to our health and property damageI am asking the company to replace the product

This Monday, November 2015, the replacement island hood was finally installed.While I am not happy that it took from October 16 (my first contact with Bosch to complain about the defect) until Monday, i.e., days, to replace a defective hood, I do consider the complaint closed.-*** ***

I still have not received a conformation on the extend of the warranty, did not have a chance to test the oven ( so far only the clock is working)

On 6/I spoke to *** ***, and he advised me the oven is "finally working" I advised if there are any other problems to call usThere are no records of *** *** callingExtended Warranty is delayed and this was explained when I spoke to *** *** We will have a servicer go out, run a diagnostics and proceed from there. I purchased a top of the line Bosch dishwasher unit based on name & reliability but will say it did cost more than a leg
Ever since I purchased my Bosch dishwasher I have had re-occurring issues and not operational
Specifically, I regularly receive error code (E24) requiring me to get my shop vac and clean both the d/w tub and also tubes to d/w
Initially, I paid technicians to come out and repair but after multiple occurrences went on-line and learned this is a common problem which is a manufacturer defect
In fact, there are YOUTUBE videos on how to “temporarily” resolve and most times it takes multiple runs/cleaning before it’s up-n-running again which is frustrating & time-consuming
Again, I spent hard earned money on this product based on reputation and reliability and would like Bosch to respond with a “permanent solution” to my problem as the manufacturer of this defective product!

We paid a Bosch service rep, ***, to repair our dryer February 15, Bosch received $from us and the unit has not worked sinceWe called and asked for the service rep to return to solve what we paid forHe did, left without fixing the unitWhen we asked for his assessment he said he had emailed us a bid for $worth of parts for us to order and him to install at a labor rate that was undisclosed
The bid still has not arrived and now Bosch service reps are hanging up on us and not explaining why they are not sending out a competent service rep or returning our moneyWe have no written bid and, to add insult to injury, while not explaining why our $accomplished nothing, they are (again without written data) implying that we should pay more money for them to consider reviewing a unit that they never serviced properly and received money for
