We treated the home and issued a year warranty on 6-21-Our treatment price with a one year warranty is $358.00. Mr *** has paid $totalWe will take the $subtract $and send him a check for $345.00. We have tried to explain to the customer that we only use the
best products on the market and that the materials applied allows subterranean termites to cross through the product and that is how the colony is eliminated but he has sent nasty emails to our office and refused to schedule any additional services under his warranty so we will mail him a check for the remaining warranty he refuses to let us honor

We sent this customer a refund at the end of September for his remaining warranty because of nasty emails he was sending our companyHe has cashed the check and now decides he wants a full refundThere was never a service issueThis is why we provide a warrantyWe have emails from this customer and a cashed check showing this was done before he involved the Revdex.comWe consider this complaint closed

Your website says that you keep them from coming backHowever since I began your service they’ve came back timesThis Friday is the 3rd time the house is being treatedEvery year I have termites coming down from my ceilingSo every year I have to pay a renewal fee to temporarily treat the termites? What is the point? I will have to pay you a renewal fee to not get rid of the termitesThe solution or procedures you are using at my house are not workingYou don’t really do what your website says what are you doing to keep them from coming back ?

Customer contacted our office and informed us he had found evidence of termites.
 We tried to schedule a service with him and he became angry and told us he was recording our phone conversation at which point we told him it wasn't legal to record conversations without our consent.

 We sent him a refund check for his warranty.
We are not going to deal with abusive customers.
 If he would like to return the refund check and change his behavior we don't have a issue taking care of his termite issue.

I am a little confused on why we are getting a complaint from this former customer. The 1st thing I would like to mention is that your email that was sent to us is a out going email only so we never received the email. Your account  states you called on the expiration date of your warranty...

and our customer service department asked you to brush the tube down to see if it was active and if it was we would take care of any retreat that would need to be done. If you have active termites by your front door please feel free to contact my office and we will schedule a retreat.We will always honor any service warranty we provide.

We provide outstanding service to over 100,000 homes in the valley. Do you know most termite companies make customers wait up to 90 days for any retreat. We scheduled your service in 48 hours. I will have your home treated today and we wont send you a renewal notice for next year. We are sorry you don't see the value in having a termite warranty.We appreciate your business the last 4 years.

We do eliminate termite colonies. The material used today to treat for subterranean termites actually eliminates the colony. In Arizona you can have anywhere from 2 to 20 colonies of subterranean termites per acre. The only way a termite colony can be eliminated is by crossing through the...
