Bret was the Budget Brothers Termite technician who came out to do the service, he was great and exceeded our expectations!!

I had a severe rodent issue and called out Budget Brothers. They set me up on a maintenance program and I can gladly say that after just a couple months I am rodent free. I highly recommend this company for any pest issue you have!

Budget Brothers sent out two men to my elderly mother's house to treat for termites. I was very impressed by these gentlemen, taking the time to explain everything to my mom, putting her at ease. Great, courteous service!!!

We just had Jerimy from Budget Brothers Termite & Pest come out to take care of an ant and silverfish issue. We were extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable he was and the overall service.

We hired budget brothers to take care of a bed bug problem we had at our condo. My sister works for a airlines and had brought them into our home. With in 2 months we were getting bites all over. We found budget brothers on the internet and they quoted us 125.00 per room with a heat treatment. It has now been 3 weeks and no bites. When in this day and age nobody ever says anything nice about companies, I would like to thank there customer service department for explaining all the prep and what to expect from the service. We had Rudy service our home and he was fantastic. I am also sending a letter to there owner. 5 star service Thanks

I had Brothers Termite & Pest come out to my house for the first time after having a lot of ants in and around the house. The technician arrived on time and was very informative about the treatment process and took the time to explain what was being done. He spent a considerable amount of time both inside and outside of the residence.

Bret was very through and explained what he was doing. He was very polite and I would recommend this company and all thier technicians are great

Pest control company called me while I was in a meeting. I politely stepped out because I thought it was my doctors office as the number wasn't clear to me. The pest control company had called me to reschedule a pest problem my tenant had. I assumed it was the same pest control I hired in the past to get authorization to enter and to get payment. I told then yes, thinking that is who it was, but needless to say a couple phone calls later I realized it wasn't. I was told later that day by my tenant that he had hired a different company. I told the tenant I was not aware of that and that he needed to than pay for it at that time they were there and can deduct it from the bill. About a half hour later I than spoke with a different agent staring that the service was performed but they didn't get paid by tenant. The representative whom I assumed was taking care of the situation obviously was not. I asked that an invoice be send and I would than send payment because at the time I was in a public area ( DMV ) and was not about to give my personal credit card information out.

I also asked if this was scheduled why wasn't there a confirmation the day before. I do not do business this way and I always check who are the companies that enter my properties. I didn't hire budget brothers but my tenant did. I was going to speak wit tenant and decide on payment once again. I was not able to just give my CC card out when they called me for the third time the same day . I requested an invoice and I would send my Amex business CC number that covers these expenses and covers me from fraud activity which he happened with other companies. I even agree to send a check but he was insisting over text and phone that he get paid that day. The emails, text, calls were all very inappropriate and rude in nature. I have never in the 12 years living in the valley have experienced such incompetence and rude customer service. We have had several properties and business that stay with us a long time. Our tenants are always taken care of even with a problem they caused, yet we were trying to agree to help them out for their sake and our property sake. I'm not afraid of this company trying to go the house to do damage or to contrast my call or text me. The job was not one I agreed upon with a contract before entering the property nor was it for a bed bug problem that the tenant is having. I agreed with a different company that I did sign a contract with. I understand they need to get paid and I most likely would of had them get paid if originally I had invoice send and the correct polite communication done on their part. At this juncture I will not pay for any service that a company can't guarantee with price nor for a contract I did not see not to a company as rude as this one. My tenant can deal with them on their own.

Mike just came to complete service at my house and he was very professional and he genuinely cared about what he was there to do. He has been the most professional person to come to my house since becoming a Budget Brothers Termite & Pest customer.

I was very happy with the customer service that was provided. I recently moved into my new home and was having a huge problem with ants and roaches. The lady at budget brothers was very helpful and explained everything that would be done and you couldn't beat the price! Very competitive, I checked around and Budget Brothers was by far the best price and most knowledgeable on the services they provide. She was able to get a pest guy out the very next day which was such a relief. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Review: On 9/3/14 I spoke with [redacted] from BUDGET BROTHERS TERMITE & PEST ELM. regarding viewing live termites in my dining room wall (facing home from street it is left front wall and left front side wall – adjacent to side fence) at my home address of [redacted].

After an extensive biology lesson on the living habits of a termite, [redacted] informed me that it would be minimum two weeks before a technician would come out to survey my property. Despite all of my protests, [redacted] refused to send out technician until two weeks post me informing the company of viewing a termite.

Today is October 10th and I have yet to receive any visit or notification from a Budget Brothers Termite & Pest Elimination technician of a pending visit. I have sent follow-up note via [redacted] September 27th and follow-up email to [redacted] on Saturday 10/4. To date there is no follow-up from any representative from BUDGET BROTHERS TERMITE & PEST ELM.

Request written report as to the status of termites at my home; my home is under 1 year warranty from your company. Received a check from Budget Brothers Termite & Pest Elimination, LLC for amount of $126 dated 9/3. Check states under memo: “Refund Termite Warranty”. Let it be known I have not cashed this check and consider Budget Brothers to be subject to a full year termite warranty at my home address.Desired Settlement: Written report of current termite activity at my home and, if needed, additional treatment per warranty coverage.

Customer contacted our office and informed us he had found evidence of termites.

We tried to schedule a service with him and he became angry and told us he was recording our phone conversation at which point we told him it wasn't legal to record conversations without our consent.

He said a few nasty comments and hung up.

We sent him a refund check for his warranty.

We are not going to deal with abusive customers.

If he would like to return the refund check and change his behavior we don't have a issue taking care of his termite issue.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. The products they used were pet safe yet effectively ended the ant infestation. Their prices were reasonable and they stuck to their original estimate. I would highly recommend Budget Brothers Termite & Pest and would definitely hire them again.
