So I recently hired Budget Brother's to take care of my termite problem. They showed up prompt, on time, and ready to work. Between the field techs, and the office staff, I was thrilled with the customer service and friendly attitudes. Not to mention, the service itself was thorough and neat. I would highly recommend Budget Brother's.

Both Budget Brothers Termite & Pest and Mike have been very professional and very responsive to my needs. Budget Brothers Termite & Pest is always accommodating with service dates and times. I have used other pest control companies in the past, but because of how well I have been treated, I would never consider using anyone but Budget Brothers Termite & Pest.

We have been to this property 4 times for bed bug treatments and the customer has only been ready for treatment 2 out of the 4 times. We have pictures from the services showing these facts. Customer lives in a apartment complex and is aware of the fact her neighbors also have bed bugs. To be 100%...

successful in treatment for bed bugs we need the owner, tenant to be 100% ready and follow our prep sheet, when they don't do there part you will never be 100% successful in eliminating bed bugs. Customer has paid for only 2 of the 4 services we have performed. No refund will be given.

Arrived on time. Very thorough and detailed inspection and application of pesticide. Very pleasant. Provided follow up visit and inspection by supervisor for unknown type of insect.

I called & asked about termite treatment on Tue. & they came out the next day. Very prompt & very reasonal price!

Mike just came to complete service at my house and he was very professional and he genuinely cared about what he was there to do. He has been the most professional person to come to my house since becoming a Budget Brothers Termite & Pest customer.

We had Budget Brothers treat our home for termites during escrow. They were hired by the buyer to provide a termite inspection and they found termites in 4 areas of our home. We called our pest company out to give us a estimate which was almost 1500.00. We decided to use Budget Brothers since the buyers had requested that we use them and it helped they were only charging us $795.00 and were giving the new buyers a 2year warranty. We were so impressed with the technicians who treated our home that we also hired Budget Brothers Termite pest to inspect our new home. Our new home was free of termites but we plan on using them for all our pest control once we get moved in.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. The products they used were pet safe yet effectively ended the ant infestation. Their prices were reasonable and they stuck to their original estimate. I would highly recommend Budget Brothers Termite & Pest and would definitely hire them again.

As per the original complaint I want a full refund not a partial as I feel that the company failed in their obligation to protect my home from termites. 3 retreatments before a year and a half tells me they did not do the job properly the first time. When called for an appointment they tell you to knock down the tunnels and call back in two weeks if they reappear at which time they schedule a spot check for two months out. By that time the termites can destroy my home.

We sent this customer a refund at the end of September for his remaining warranty because of nasty emails he was sending our company. He has cashed the check and now decides he wants a full refund. There was never a service issue. This is why we provide a warranty. We have emails from this customer and a cashed check showing this was done before he involved the Revdex.com. We consider this complaint closed.

Gary was my tech this month; he did a good job and I like the practice of leaving information as to what he did and what chemicals he used.

Wow!!! I'm a customer for life I previously recieved an estimate for termites from another company and was shocked when they tried scaring me into a termite treatment well over a thousand dollars for a small home when I started looking for another company I came across budget brothers termite and pest when I saw their ad for $395 I must admit I was skeptical at first til I called and spoke with [redacted] he calmed my fears and reassured me they could take care of the problem and sure enough after tax it came to $403 with a longer warranty then what the other company had offered and a much better renewal rate. The day I had the treatment scheduled the techs called me on the way and I was met by two clean cut gentleman [redacted] was my tech he was very knowledgable and I have not seen any evidence since thank you budget brothers you are the only one's I will recommend to my family and friends

I just used Budget Brothers for another one of my clients and their service was excellant as usual. My client was very pleased with their professionalism and I know when I call them or refer them, they have always gone above and beyond for my clients.

Review: I have been a customer and had a warranty through Budget Brothers for termites for the last almost two years. The warranty was started by the previous owners and we renewed it on June 10 of 2014 (after receiving the initial notice in the mail stating the expiration for warranty was June 12, 2014). The company has been out many times for treatment of activity in our home over this time period. The most recent visit was on June 4, 2015. On Friday, July 24, 2015 I called to schedule treatment for additional termite activity. I was told that my warranty had expired and my account had been terminated.

I was very confused by this as I had never received notification of the expiration or a letter asking for payment to renew the warranty. Had I received the notice I would have most definitely paid to renew as we have not had a lapse in activity in our home. The gentleman I was speaking with said that TWO notices were sent out - a renewal notice and a final warning and nothing was returned by mail to them. I verified that they had that correct address, which they did. I was told that nothing could be done as the account was now terminated. It was about 30 mins until closing and the gentleman told me nothing could be done at this time and they would have to follow up with me on Monday.

I called Monday morning and explained my situation again. I was given the same answer, that nothing could be done because my account had now been terminated. I was told by this woman that FIVE notices had been sent out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she replied she was the office manager. I tried explaining that I did not receive any notices in the mail and if I had, I would have certainly paid to renew the warranty, without question. I was finally told that I needed to talk to the termite manager about my situation. She said she would leave him a message. My contact information was verified so that I could be reached.

I called back during a break at work around 1000 as I had not heard anything yet. I spoke with a different woman and explaining my situation. She told me the termite manager was on the other line and she would make sure he called me back when he was off his current call. My contact information was verified so that I could be reached.

I called back one last time on Monday, July 27 and explained my situation once more. I was told this time that THREE notices had been sent out and that the termite manager has been "in and out" all day which is why no one had returned my call. My contact information was verified so that I could be reached.

I called on Tuesday, July 28 in the afternoon after still not receiving a return phone call from the manager. I got the same explanation - that he has been "in and out" all day and that they would leave another message for him. My contact information was verified so that I could be reached.

Two days later, on Thursday, July 30th I had still received no phone call. I called once again and explained my situation - I was told I would need to speak with the owner and they would leave a message for him. My contact information was verified so that I could be reached.

Four days later after still receiving no call, I tried one last time to reach the termite manager or owner to try and talk to someone that could do something about my situation. I explained that this was the seventh time I had called and have yet to hear back from anyone. I was told that they would leave a message for the owner. My contact information was verified so that I could be reached.

I am understandably frustrated by this scenario. I did not receive any notices by mail that my warranty was about to expire or any final notices that my warranty and account were going to be terminated. I was given inconsistent information about how many of these notices had been sent to me (two, five, three). Had I received even one letter in the mail there is no doubt that I would have paid to renew the warranty and continue service with the company. I find it unacceptable that I have not even been given a call back by the company. I would like them to contact me as they promised multiple times. I would like to note that I was very polite on the phone to all that I spoke with and they were in turn, nice to me as well. I find this a very poor example of customer service. I have tried very hard to see if there is any way I could continue to be a paying customer of Budget Brothers. If someone in charge cannot take the time to call me back and listen to my situation - I am not sure I want to do any further business with a company that treats people this way.Desired Settlement: I would like a return phone call. I would also like for the company to let me continue my warranty by paying the $125 that I would have promptly paid had I received any noticed for renewal. It was not a long amount of time between when my warranty expired and when I called for treatment (thinking I was still under warranty).

Had a problem with scorpions so I called Budget Brothers. The customer service was great and They cleared up my scorpion problem very quickly. Will use them again for other issues and would reccomend them to others.

Review: I hired Budget Brothers pest control on 12/20/2013 to treat one bedroom for bedbugs. there was never an infestation of them we only found about 15 before we called to get it treated. the agreement was it would take two heat treatments to get rid of the problem with the next treatment with in two weeks. I left the room alone with the bed taken apart for two weeks. on 12/20/2013 was the first treatment, I called and complained to the supervisor when the tech was here because he was using chemicals when I only paid for heat treatment, and every time I walked in the room the tech was on the phone not treating the room. according to most pest controls services chemical does not work for bedbugs. the tech left sticky pads for the carpet to catch any that would be crawling on the carpet. still with the room left alone and bed taken apart the next treatment was done on 12/27/2013 a different tech came to treat the room with heat and chemical. that day I was told to put the room back together that it was clear from bedbugs. three days later my daughter had bites on her, with the sticky traps having live bugs on them. I called the company budget brothers again to complain. they send out the same tech for a free treatment on 1/3/2013 only for days since the last treatment was done. he treated it with heat and I different chemical and gave us new sticky pads for the room. today on 1/5/2013 my daughter had more bites on her leg. we took beds apart and found two live bugs along with two more bugs on the stick pads. today the office was closed so I left a voice mail. each treatment was $125.00 I feel all three never worked.Desired Settlement: I feel that all three heat treatments did not work and would like a refund of the $250.00 that I paid I have all receipts for the services one paid cash and the second with a check. I want a refund so I can hire a different company to get my daughters room treated. this is a health issue for us and my children.

Yesterday 1/21/2013 I called and spoke with a Jeff and told him we are still having a problem with bed bugs he said that they are coming through the wall I said how when you drilled every wall and put dust chemical every inch of the wall. Then he said well your bringing them in, I said no the only in the room that you been treating. He said it will be125.00 to come back out I said why would we pay when we paid 250.00 and your treatment never worked. He going up on me. I am asking for a refund of 250.00 to hire another pest company to fix this problem. We hired budget brothers to kill the bed bugs since they are pest control, and they failed to provide that service. They were out here on 12/20/2013, 12/27/2013, 1/3/2014, 1/6/2014. And I called again on 1/21/2014 there are too many dates close together if there product worked they would have been out so many times in a short notice. And Jeff is very rude and unprofessional.

We offer no warranties for bed bug services and this is explained to all customers and in all our bed bug service agreements unless the entire home or apartment is treated. [redacted] only wanted one room treated for bed bugs. She paid for 2 services and we also gave her 2 free bed bug services. Our cost to treat her one room 4 times was more then she paid. We tried to reason with her and explain she must be bringing bed bugs in from other rooms or places she is visiting. We gave her 2 free services. Nobody in our office was rude but we understand that customers that have a bed bug situation have a tendency to exaggerate. The first thing they will say is the company was rude. That is only when they don't get what they want. A refund is not going to happen. We went above and beyond what any company would do in this situation. The other issue that was mentioned was a torn mattress cover, our technician said [redacted] had cuts in the mattress cover and had used tape to close the openings. We will go above and beyond to make sure all our customers are satisfied with our services but we have learned that isn't always possible with customers like [redacted].
