We treated the home and issued a 5 year warranty on 6-21-2014. Our treatment price with a one year warranty is $358.00. Mr [redacted] has paid $703.00 total. We will take the $703.00 subtract $358.00 and send him a check for $345.00. We have tried to explain to the customer that we...

only use the best products on the market and that the materials applied allows subterranean termites to cross through the product and that is how the colony is eliminated but he has sent nasty emails to our office and refused to schedule any additional services under his warranty so we will mail him a check for the remaining warranty he refuses to let us honor.

Ryan was wonderful. He really listened to me and took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing and what the process was. We have never had a pest control service before Budget Brothers Termite & Pest. He answered all my questions. He is a huge asset to your company. And by the way my ants are gone now... Well Done!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Yesterday 1/21/2013 I called and spoke with a Jeff and told him we are still having a problem with bed bugs he said that they are coming through the wall I said how when you drilled every wall and put dust chemical every inch of the wall. Then he said well your bringing them in, I said no the only in the room that you been treating. He said it will be125.00 to come back out I said why would we pay when we paid 250.00 and your treatment never worked. He going up on me. I am asking for a refund of 250.00 to hire another pest company to fix this problem. We hired budget brothers to kill the bed bugs since they are pest control, and they failed to provide that service. They were out here on 12/20/2013, 12/27/2013, 1/3/2014, 1/6/2014. And I called again on 1/21/2014 there are too many dates close together if there product worked they would have been out so many times in a short notice. And Jeff is very rude and unprofessional.

There are a lot of pest control companies in Arizona Budget Brothers is the best.I had pigeon s popping all over my brand new paito . Budget Brothers came out and took care of it .No muss no fuss service .Thank you .

Budget Brothers sent out two men to my elderly mother's house to treat for termites. I was very impressed by these gentlemen, taking the time to explain everything to my mom, putting her at ease. Great, courteous service!!!

[redacted] after he filed a complaint with Revdex.com and before we had even spoke. You will see on the 2nd email he sent me that nothing in his original complaint except his warranty date is factual. As soon as I received his email we made contact and...

the issue was resolved. I don't think a complaint without being true should be posted. What would make you any better then the quacks who use Yelp that leave fictitious reviews.

We were freaked out when we found bugs on our bed. Budget brothers fast response to our issue fixed our problems and prevented future issues. the techinitians were knowledgeable, we now use them for our monthly pest service.

I had a severe rodent issue and called out Budget Brothers. They set me up on a maintenance program and I can gladly say that after just a couple months I am rodent free. I highly recommend this company for any pest issue you have!

We just had Jerimy from Budget Brothers Termite & Pest come out to take care of an ant and silverfish issue. We were extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable he was and the overall service.

Bret arrived on time, was very polite and walked me through his process/what to expect today. Excellent follow up after he completed his service...Definitely a great employee!

Customer contacted our office and informed us he had found evidence of termites.

 We tried to schedule a service with him and he became angry and told us he was recording our phone conversation at which point we told him it wasn't legal to record conversations without our consent.

 We sent him a refund check for his warranty.

We are not going to deal with abusive customers.

 If he would like to return the refund check and change his behavior we don't have a issue taking care of his termite issue.

I called budget brothers for a pest control service was getting bites all over and noticed blood on my blankets the office staff was very informative on my particular situation the sent out an inspector to see what pest I had after there inspection I found out I had bed bugs I made the appointment and got my house heat treated the tech they sent out was knowledgeable and took care of my problem discreetly by the end of the treatment I felt a lot more comfortable and was able to sleep better at night thanks budget brothers for getting rid of my problem

Wow!!! I'm a customer for life I previously recieved an estimate for termites from another company and was shocked when they tried scaring me into a termite treatment well over a thousand dollars for a small home when I started looking for another company I came across budget brothers termite and pest when I saw their ad for $395 I must admit I was skeptical at first til I called and spoke with [redacted] he calmed my fears and reassured me they could take care of the problem and sure enough after tax it came to $403 with a longer warranty then what the other company had offered and a much better renewal rate. The day I had the treatment scheduled the techs called me on the way and I was met by two clean cut gentleman [redacted] was my tech he was very knowledgable and I have not seen any evidence since thank you budget brothers you are the only one's I will recommend to my family and friends

They are personable and their prices are fair. I have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and would give them the highest rating possible!

Ryan arrived right on time, placed shoe covers on and came into our home. He was friendly and courteous. Upon leaving he explained all the areas he covered, including his placements of the silverfish treatment. Lee represents Budget Brothers in a positive, professional manner.

I had Brothers Termite & Pest come out to my house for the first time after having a lot of ants in and around the house. The technician arrived on time and was very informative about the treatment process and took the time to explain what was being done. He spent a considerable amount of time both inside and outside of the residence.

We hired budget brothers to take care of a bed bug problem we had at our condo. My sister works for a airlines and had brought them into our home. With in 2 months we were getting bites all over. We found budget brothers on the internet and they quoted us 125.00 per room with a heat treatment. It has now been 3 weeks and no bites. When in this day and age nobody ever says anything nice about companies, I would like to thank there customer service department for explaining all the prep and what to expect from the service. We had Rudy service our home and he was fantastic. I am also sending a letter to there owner. 5 star service Thanks
