My wife signed up for a $36 per month service. First charge $36 second charge $48. See cancelled. They charged and sent anyway for 3rd chrage $48.
Signed up for a service at $36 per month for dog toys. After initial charges of $36 our second charge was $48 with no explanation. The wife canceled the service. The following month we received another charge for $48 for more toys that was supposed to be canceled then recieved the toys 5 days later. Our contract with this company was for $36 per month for dog toys. With no notice they began charging $48 per month so we cancelled. Unfortunately cancelling means nothing to this company as they continue charging our account. This is ridiculous that they can do what they want because they have our banking information. I want their charging our account to stop immediately regardless of the $24 they flat out stole from us. Thievery at it's finest. Promote one cost then grab from your accounts whatever they see fit. I've googled the complaints and see this is a common occurrence, can somebody make these devious practices end. The wife has a chain of emails saying the service is canceled, yet we are still being robbed.

Desired Outcome

The $24 of overcharging your company has stolen from us. We'll keep the last shipment but our contract that the wife signed up for was $36 per month and you decided $48 was a better number after the initial $36 charge. The account was finally closed and we have not been charged any further. It's ridiculous we had to go through this to cancel. Thank you for the $24 refund but don't play the coupon ***. We cancelled long before the 3rd shipment so you still have $36 more than you should. Furthermore, maybe you should reflect on all these Revdex.com complaints and make some changes but maybe that's your business model, take what you can and refund what you have to.

I ordered the bullymake subscription box for "power chewers", as I have a boxer pitbull mix, the box I ordered came with treats and toys. 3 weeks later the box arrived packed with toys and a panflet letting me know my treats had been seized by the border (I live in Canada), but they've included an extra toy(Didn't mention anywhere that treats couldn't be delivered to Canada).The box included a *small rope toy, a rubber cylinder for treats, and 3 hard as rock nylon toys, one of which the packaging includes a warning that the toy is not intended to be eaten or swallowed, if so to contact your veterinarian. For a 44$ box i'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the toys, I could've easily picked up all these from my local shop for 1/3 of the price. Not to mention, have money to spare for the treats I did not receive and MUCH safer toys for my pets. The customer service was slightly pushy about continuing our service, but did cancel my subscription after brief time. Would not recommend to anyone, their nylon toys are downright dangerous for your pets. I would include pictures of the toys and warning labels but can't sadly.

I canceled my account the day before the subscription was to be renewed, Jan 15, 20. I was then charged the full amount of the renewal the next day.
I emailed customer service on January 15, 2020 and asked for my subscription to be cancelled. The next day my subscription was renewed for three more months and I was charged for them. I asked for my money to be refunded since I had already cancelled my account. I was told that I would not receive a refund because I had cancelled after it was already renewed. However, I canceled the day before it was due to be renewed.

There was no option to cancel the subscription online and no email reminder before the subscription was renewed sent. I want a refund for both now.
I purchased the Bullybox on 12/16/19. I received the box a week after and my dogs tore up the rope within ten minutes and only found an interest on the rubber gift ball. I just dealt with it since it was only $23. There was no way to cancel the subscription online which was pretty shady practice. I figured I would receive an email asking me to confirm the subscription since there was no option online. No, I never received an email asking if I was satisfied or if I would like to continue. I only received an email today 1/16/2020 stating I was charged for this month. I immediately emailed your team and received a response that although the charge was done today, they could not cancel. I replied asking if I could at least cancel the subscription going forward and they stated that I could change the type of toys I receive online. . . but no talk about the cancelation! I had to cancel my card to stop these charges from continuing. I do not want your products. I will return everything you send. I want my $23 for the first purchase and $39 for the second charge since you practice deceiving business methods. I will let all my followers know of this experience so they won't fall for this.

packages keep coming I tried to contact you by text but received no answ. I have refused 4 packages and was charged 39.00 for each. canceled the card.
I ordered from you and was happy with the product. But for some reason the kept coming I refused at least 4 of them I tried to email your company with no response.
I received one yesterday and kept it . I have now had to canceled my card so as you won't be able to charge my account again so please don not send anymore. This has caused me more work to get in touch with others on my card. All this could have been handled if you had a phone number. My dog loves your toys but 2 a month are
ridiculous and they are the same. I would like a refund.

Had to follow up to get boxes
I ordered a box on Dec. 1st and followed up after the tracking number update had not changed on Dec.15. The company said it was lost in transit and they will send out another one. I needed it before Christmas and lucky I got it on the 24th at 3pm. Way too close to Christmas. On January 1st I got charged for the next monthly box and on January 10 I contacted the company again and they said it was lost in transit. I want to advise Canadians who try to order the box to not bother. It is a waist of time and I should not have to follow up to see where my box is to find out it is lost

I have emailed bullymake 3 months in a row asking to cancel my subscription however they keep sending me a box and charging me 40 bucks a month!
Will not cancel my subscription and it says you can email them or use the chat...the chat never works and I have emailed 3 and 4 times a month for the last 3 months with no prevail.

The website does not clarify that it's in us funds. False advertising. My debit card was charged 76 instead of 56. Was offered 10 back?!?!
I ordered the product, within hours, checked my account, and emailed right away, asking why I was charges $20 more than I authorized and $20 more than was on my receipt. She told me that it was charged in us funds. I went back to check the website and only in the faqs did I find any mention. She told me it was too late to reverse charges. What?!?! Then offered me a $10 discount or mail it back. What?!?! Social media is a powerful thing!!

Desired Outcome

Cancel my order. They have already cancelled my subscription. This is false advertising, and I question why it is too late to cancel a shipment on the same day as, and on a sunday, no less. This seems like a scam.

I want to be reimbursed The $35 bank overdraft fee
Bullymake illegally charged my account after subscription was canceled In writing months earlier.
The whole process has been very time consuming.

Bullymake needs to cover the bank overdraft $35 fee to make it right.

bought seperate toys (not from the monthly subscription) & never received the shipment. tried to contact them 3x & never get a response - SCAM!!

finally received 2 out of the 4 items yesterday. emailed the company to advise them we were missing the other two items. they wanted a picture of the items received in the original shipping container but we advised them we already recycled the envelope & gave the items to our dogs (as they were supposed to be a xmas present). we are currently waiting for a response.

Company advertised 2-3 tough toys and sent 1. Also over billed and messed up the refund for the over bill. Toy lasted 1 day. Nothing as advertised
This company has advertising issues all over the place, and with customer service it is even worse. I was LIED to many times as I was passed around through multiple reps. I saw an ad that said boxes were discounted for $23, down from $39. Through out the process of paying the price stayed at $23 in the check out. As soon as I paid it says you have been charged $39. So I reach out to customer service and they blame me for not entering the code, when I told them it was a link I clicked, they told me I was wrong they dont do that. After being blamed multiple times I sent a screen shot of "discount applied automatically". After this they issued a wrong refund, then charged my card again so I had multiple withdrawls from BullyMake before any refund was in my account. That was just the begining.

This company claims "Each box contains 2-3 extremely rough and tough chew toys and 3-4 delicious and nutritious treats!" Understanding that usually means that you get the minimum that was fine, but my dog is a tough chewer so I reached out to verify whats in the boxes and was promised 2-3 ROUGH and TOUGH toys. So the box comes and there is one small ball and one toy that says "Not made to be played with or chewed". SO that is not a rough and tough chew toy in my opinion. *** the ball which I guess could pass for a chew toy lasted less than 1 day.

Again I go to customer service, which is still dealing with making the refund complete, and again they tell me its my fault when I filled out what kind of toys I would like. When they market 2-3 rough and tough chew toys I would think each choice they give you would be a toy that could be chewed. Back to the lies, so I was promised replacement box would be sent out. That never happened. After more than a week the refund for the over pay was finally fixed, I was assessed an over draft fee because I had planned on $23 dollars being charged now $39 and then $8 more. Ive still yet to receive the replacement box. They need to re evaluate their customer service and how they market if 2-3 rough and tough CHEW toys means you get 1 that does not last, then I believe thats false advertisement.

I would like the box to be replaced, i spent hours having to email back and forth, i had an over draft fee from both of the transactions (Over for a price other than advertised which only appeared after the submit payment button was hit, and the other because they messed up the refund for the over payment and charged my card a second time before any refund was deposited)

This process took way to long to figure out. I was still left with over draft fees on my account because of their internal issues, which multiple time they had blamed me for until I showed them pictures. Their ad is false advertising. lack of morals and customer service with terrible products. BE WARE

I'm having trouble contacting this company, deleting my credit card information, receiving the product, and shipping
So far we have only received one of the three box package we purchased in October. I contacted the company to receive my first box only to find out it had been shipped to Chicago for no apparent reason. They corrected the issue and sent me my first box but I've not received an additional box after that. My account shows "on hold" but that is not the case I never placed the account on hold so why didn't I receive my additional two boxes? I logged onto the account today to find out where my additional box was and it showing that it shipped on December 15 but the tracking number is no good. I am so incredibly dissatisfied with this Company but the only way to get in contact with somebody is but your texting I want to talk to a real live person. The resolution that I would like is for them to take my credit card information off of the account there should be an option to remove my credit card and there isn't one. And I wish to cancel this horrible service I don't wish to have any further boxes from them all I want is my money back for the three month subscription I paid for. The first box was advertised as free for signing up so I shouldn't be charged any money at all based on their advertising. I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions and they refused to answer. I also have a huge problem that I am unable to Write a review of my own there is nowhere on Google or on their website where it gives you the option to write a review so the reviews that are posted on their website are basically false advertising. My account number is XXX-XXXX it shows they shipped a box ironically today because today is the day I logged in 12/15/ 2019 and the tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Which takes you to the US PS webpage and that tracking number is not valid for anything. Again I want my account closed and canceled I want proof that my credit card has been taken off of this account and I would like all of my money back.

I contacted customer service and they promised me a free toy due to my box not shipping on time.
I contacted customer service after I received the tracking. for 4 days my box never shipped. customer service told me they would give me a free toy for life, including with this box if I didnt cancel. I agreeded. I got the box only to not get the free toy, AND I never was informed there would be no treats in the box only toys. If I had known that I would have cancelled when my box never shipped. I contacted customer service after I received the box, and they told me that they were unable to put two promotions together. This wasnt a promotion this was a screw up on their part for shipping. I informed then it was customer service and they told me that I would only get the free toy for any additional boxes I ordered not with this one.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My dog was not interested in the toys and the treats were poor quality and contained no ingredients that I could pronounce.
After the first box, I sent an email stating "I would like to cancel my subscription, my dog does not need that many toys." They responded right away to say that they could change the frequency but since I stated so clearly in my initial email, I did not reply. One month later, I get an email with a receipt saying my box was being prepared, I emailed them immediately to state I had cancelled it and they said they were still awaiting my response to the email they sent asking about frequency and that they could not stop the shipment but I could return the box once I got it. I emailed them and said I would be doing just that but to ensure my subscription was cancelled. They responded saying they had SUSPENDED, not cancelled, my subscription so I could return at any time.

Three weeks later I still had not received my box or refund, I check the tracking and it said it was delivered somewhere in Illinois (I am in Canada), so I immediately emailed them and stated that the box had not been delivered and to issue a refund right away while ensuring my subscription was cancelled. They responded within a couple hours to say that they had issued a refund and I got confirmation that my plan was cancelled. A week later, I had still not received my refund so I emailed them again to ask for a status update. They replied saying "There was a technical glitch, we have refunded your order now. Please contact your bank if you have not received it."

My overall experience with them was frustrating and stressful. I would never order from them again and would advise anyone that is interested to do look at other companies such as BarkBox who have great policies, easy to cancel subscriptions and will refund your order automatically if you don't receive it in 10 days.

I was given a partial refund for an order that was cancelled well before shipping due to incorrect information provided by Bullymake.
I specifically contacted online chat to ask some questions before purchasing a subscription. I was given incorrect information, signed up for the service while still on chat, then told the original information was incorrect, then told they would cancel my order. Instead, they shipped the next day. When I contacted them, initially I was told no refund after items had shipped and I would be charged for the entire 3 months. When I responded (with proof) that I had cancelled immediately they told me I would be refunded (within 10 days) for the 2 boxes that had not yet shipped but not the one they just sent me. Why should I pay for a box that I ordered and cancelled in one customer service chat, and the reason for the cancellation was inaccurate information provided by that customer service?

If I could leave negative stars I would. To start. I was sent a discount code, it said it was auto applied. I have a screen shot of that. The price was correct all along until payment processed and then I was over charged. They could not figure this out then incorrectly credited me, then charged my card again. Customer service said It was my fault for not adding the promo code, until I showed them the screen shot of auto applied. So finally the box comes and it is not as advertised. I got this because they said it was for "Rough and Tough Chewers". (Not as advertised) One of the toys comes and on it it says not a chew toy. Its advertised as 2-3 Rough and tough Toys and 3-4 Treats. So I get one "chew toy" and 3 treats. Again not as advertised. Then customer service tells me I was wrong in thinking it would be 2-3 toys, unless you pay an extra fee of $9, which again I had a screen shot of me asking before ordering what would be in that exact box and was told 2-3 Rough and tough toys. Because of the multiple transactions caused by their mistake ( incorrect over price and a second withdraw from my account because of their mistake) I was hit with 2 over draft charges. Been over a week with no help from customer service besides being passed around and told it was my fault again and again until I show them the screen shots. BE AWARE NOT AS ADVERTISED.

It's next to impossible to cancel a subscription, after confirming my subscription had been canceled, 3 days later I was charged for another 3 months.
I sent my first request by email to cancel to my subscription on 1/24/2019. I received their standard auto-reply wanting to know if they could reduce the frequency of their deliveries, etc. I responded, no I just wanted to cancel my subscription. After months or resending emails telling BullyMake I wanted my subscription canceled, finally on 11/8/2019, I received a reply stating "We respect your decision, ***. Your subscription has been cancelled." On 11/11/2019, I received email confirmation that my account had been debited for another 3 month subscription.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $108 refunded to me. I was told my subscription was cancelled, yet they turned around and charged me for another 3 months. I had been trying since January 2019 to cancel this subscription.

Seeking a refund for my initial months purchase of $32 due to the extremely poor quality of the products.
I have emailed the company numerous times in reference to getting a refund for my initial months subscription due to extremely poor quality of the products. Was told that I could have to toys replaced and that was all they could do for me. That is ridiculous when all five of the toys fail. I can understand if one or two fail but not all five. That is an example of extremely poor quality. The company will not offer any other resolutions to the problem. I have contacted my credit card company and have disputed the payment due to their lack of processing a refund.
