COULDN'T CANCEL AND THEN WHEN I MOVED THEY REFUSE TO SEND TO MY NEW ADDRESS
I WANTED TO CANCEL MY YEAR SUBSCRIPTION BUT MY SUBSCRIPTION HAD ALREADY RENEWED. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT BE REFUNDED MY YEAR PAYMENT BUT THAT IT WOULD NOT RENEW AGAIN AND I WOULD CONTINUE TO GET ANOTHER YEARS WORTH OF THE BOXES. I WAS NOT HAPPY BUT ACCEPTED IT. THEN I MOVED TO A NEW ADDRESS. I UPDATED MY ADDRESS INFORMATION BUT THEY STILL SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS. THE POST OFFICE IS TRYING TO CHARGE ME A FORWARDING FEE WHICH I REFUSE TO PAY SO MAY AND JUNE BOXES WERE NOT DELIVERED. I TRIED TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT THE ISSUE BUT WAS INFORMED THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE SERVICE. SO I HAVE BEEN EMAILING WITH "MITO" AND HE TELLS ME THAT AN ADDRESS CAN NOT BE CHANGED DURING THE MIDDLE OF A SUBSCRIPTION. IT CLEARLY STATES IN TWO PLACES ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS. SO NOW I HAVE PAID A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A PRODUCT THAT I DO NOT WANT AND THAT NOW I AM NOT EVEN RECEIVING.

Desired Outcome

I WOULD REALLY LIKE A REFUND OF THE UNDELIVERED BOXES FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. I UNDERSTAND THIS MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE BUT I WOULD AT LEAST LIKE TO RECEIVE THE ONES I HAVE PAID FOR WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. THIS MEANS THEY HAVE TO ACTUALLY DELIVER THEM TO THE ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT AND NOT MY ORIGINAL ADDRESS TO BE FORWARDED.

I prefer to have a refund for all undelivered boxes and not have any further dealings with Bullymake at this time. Even to this day the boxes are still being delivered to the original address instead of the one that shows up on my profile when I log in to my account on your website. I

I wrote to customer service and they gave me the runaround, so I had my bank stop payment. They finally sent the first shipment. As soon as I realized the nature of their terrible products, I wrote to their customer service and cancelled. I just got a renewal notice of a 3-month subscription -- which is automatic. I wrote again and they denied that it was ever cancelled previously. PNC Bank did an entire investigation after I asked them to cancel payment! There is a huge email trail, but this business is obviously out to gouge people. Please investigate this -- it is obviously a sham business and could harm the health of pets.

When I got my first box I have to say I was impressed. The packaging was very cool and the themed toys equally fun. Unfortunately, while my dogs chewed a few of the toys, they soon lost interest.

So I canceled my account. Or so I thought it took weeks and months of constant nagging. I would get "we'll just place it on hold" or "we can just send fewer shipments." I just wanted them to stop.

I didn't ask for a refund just to stop sending me boxes. Yet I am due to get another box because "this is the last box in your subscription." Ugh.

I caution anyone looking to start a subscription with them. Their customer service stinks and they're nearly impossible to break up with. There's too much competition out there to deal with this.

Toys were not the quality they have boasted of. Made the mistake of paying for subscription for the year. They would not refund me. My puppy would destroy everything in the box in less than an hour. Very expensive, very disappointing!

I canceled my subscription, my account was charged anyway.
I subscribed to Bullymake on May 1, 2019, I received the shipment for May. I contacted Bullymake due to issue with one of the toys, my dog destroyed it within 1 1/2 (they have a policy it your dog destroys a toy within 15 days they will replace it) I have yet to receive a response to that email. I cancelled my subscription May 27, 2019, I received a confirmation of the cancellation. Today I receive an email saying my June shipment has been shipped, I contacted Bullymake through their online chat talked to customer service representative "John" I explained to him I cancelled the subscription before the June deadline to cancel. He said since the shipment had already shipped, I could keep it and continue my subscription or I would have to take the shipment once I received it to the post office, return it and then they would submit a refund request. If I wanted to continue my subscription I would not have cancelled it. I received the same response four times from Bullymake. Returning the shipment is not my responsibility, it should've never been sent and my account should not have been charged, and I do that a package can be recalled before its delivered.

They automatically resubscribed me without notice or an email giving me a heads up for a year sub and I can no longer afford what I could previously
A year ago I had a better finical stability and was able to purchase a year subscription for toys for my dog. well the year is up and without notice or an email notifying me that my subscription is up to renew they just charged my card 372 dollars. I can no longer afford them and it has now put me in a finical hole. The charge was made yesterday, 5/21/19, and I saw it today in my bank and emailed them right away. I asked if they could undo it, or change it to just this month subscription and not a year and he said he won't change it. I can't pay my bills with this unexpected large charge for the month.

I would like BullyBox to fully refund the new subscription and cancel my plan, If they are unable to cancel it for this month I would like to be charged just the one month fee and refunded for the other 11 months to come.

Horrible business. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE GUYS, EVER. It took me 10 contacts/messages to get them to replace toys my dog destroyed, and then when I asked them to cancel my subscription, twice, they still tried to take payment. Luckily the card I used was empty but ***. PREDATORY BUSINESS. CANCEL MY *** SUBSCRIPTION!

Subscribed to there product and I feel it's a scam
I ordered a box for a month at a time. My dog goes through toys like crazy. Saw this ad thought it would be amazing. 10 minutes after having the rope he destroyed it. The other plastic toys that were in the box destroyed. Contacted customer service and told them I wanted to cancel this and a full refund. They say it's final sale and they can replace the toys. Why would I want the toys replaced if he ruined them in 10 minutes? The gentleman that I was speaking to says "We do send the Toughest chewing OptionsBut we can re-inforce Them if a replacement is needed" and offered me 10 percent back. I just want my money back this is a a scam

The company claims they shipped my goods and that I received them, but I did not. They are cheating me out of my money.
On the 6th day of each month of July-December 2018 Bullymake claims that they mailed me my subscription boxes. None of those boxes arrived at my home. The post office stated that they don't have record of receiving the boxes, yet bullymake claims they were received by me. The total dollar amount for all 6 boxes if $240.

USPS does not allow for tracking after a certain amount of time. We would not be able to track them today since the tracking has expired.

Did you perhaps move during the length of your subscription? You did receive the first 6 during your time.

I attempted to cancel delivery in November 2018 and they continue to send me boxes
They do not provide a phone number and are very bad at communicating via email. This is my third attempt at cancellation, on 5/7/2019(request (XXXXXX)). On November 26 2018(request (XXXXXX)) they just continued to respond to my email saying 'Are you sure'. I did not respond to the fourth 'are you sure' and they did not cancel it. On May 2 they started another round of 'Are you sure' email with me(request (XXXXXX)) When I threatened to contact the Revdex.com account.

If they were to offer any kind of refund that would be great but I really just want them to stop billing and sending at #39 each month.

I sincerely wish I could give zero stars. I kept seeing ads for Bullymake on Facebook; the comment section seemed to have pretty good reviews. Factor in a 40% off coupon and it was a done deal. My first (and only) box came in March. As soon as I opened the box I knew the ballistic 'hammer' I received would not last long. Considering how it was paper thin, there was no way this subscription service actually takes into account "power chewers", as it so claims. I'm not sure how these products actually make it past R&D, considering there must be testing involved, or so one would be left to assume. The hammer lasted less than an hour. The shamrock rubber hat toy I got lasted 2 days. Upon seeing the "St. Patrick's day" themed March box, I'm confused why I got the hammer and not the ballistic shamrock, but an error in packing is far from the issue here.

I reached out to customer service to inquire about the 14 replacement toy guarantee. *SPECIAL NOTE: not all toys are approved for the 'replacement'. Which should say A LOT about the company. Further to boot, they offer NO refunds of ANY kind. Again, that should say a lot about the company. I really wish I knew this going in. I sent in my photos of the destroyed toys and was told only ONE was approved for replacement. It's been over 2 weeks since I 'ordered' the replacement and I've had to reach out to customer service on THREE different occasions to inquire about said package. Some reps would respond, but mostly I got shifted to a different rep EACH TIME I sent a message (continued from my original email). Not a great way to do business.

Further more, I sent a Facebook message. They opened it 5 minutes after I sent it and NEVER responded. As a quite disgruntled customer (and with justification) I assumed Bullymake actually cared to provide high quality products and customer service.

I found all evidence of the contrary.

I ordered three boxes from bullymake. My boxer hated the toys, so I contacted bullymake to cancel the subscription. THEN, they charged me for another three months, THEN, they refused to refund the money and THEN they refused to let me speak to a higher up in the company to resolve the situation. Thanks, ERWIN, you're a real help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like overpriced toys that you'll be paying for, every three months, forever.

The company will not refund my payment after I cancelled on the day they charged my card.
I signed up for the service in March 2018. March 5 2019 I was charged 372 dollars for the new year. I sent an email as instructed on their sight requesting to cancel on 3/5/19. On 3/6/19 they sent an email asking me to keep the service
I responded at 629am and presumed that it was taken care of. My card is still being charged. I exchanged multiple emails and cannot get straight answer about when my account was closed and I cannot get my refund from my credit card until I have an email stating when my account was closed.

I have been informed by my credit card company that they do not accept my email from Bullymake as proof that my subscription has been cancelled by them. They also report that they have closed their case as of 5/8/19 and they have notified Bullymake of their decision. They further advise that I will need to contact Bullymake directly to obtain my refund. However, that cannot be done as they do not have a telephone number for me to contact them directly. Please advise as to how to obtain my refund. I have attached a copy of their letter.

They continued to send me notices that my box was on the way and I continued (5 in total) to tell them I did not want them and was not paying for any additional services. I notified Discover...who is investigating, but upon contacting the company...Discover said the charge was legit...even though I have 5 emails saying that I had cancelled.

Resolve this by telling Discover that they are wrong...I cancelled in time and remove the $92.00 charge from my credit card.

We can certainly help you out in this situation. Please contact your credit card provider and/or bank and remove the dispute.

While a payment is in dispute status, we cannot refund the payment as we are no longer in possession of the funds. Stripe, our credit card processor, takes the funds and holds it until the dispute is resolved. I have attached a screenshot.

If you remove the dispute we can refund the payment right away. Either way I will issue the refund once funds are obtained.

The credit card did not receive information from Bullymaker to remove this disputed amount. Bullymaker must contact the credit card company and TELL THEM to remove the dispute. Not taking responsibility for their bad business practices is not fair!

It is not possible to remove a dispute on your behalf. Since it's your dispute with your credit card company, we cannot simply call them and tell them to remove it. Further, we don't store full credit card information and would not be able to provide them with your full card number/information.

Please contact them and remove the active dispute so we can issue the refund. The other option is to let the dispute process end, at which point we can issue a full refund as well.

What they needed to do is remove the bogus charge that never should have been placed on my credit card right from the beginning. This company has many disputes with both credit cards and with the Revdex.com....just look through the records.

They advertise themselves for power chewers. The toys they sent were nylon and splintered and chipped within 10 minutes. No exaggeration. I emailed them pictures and they sent a replacement. I told them no nylon...only rubber or ballistic. They sent all nylon. They said they'd send another replacement shipment, but I haven't gotten it in almost 2 weeks. With all of these emails back and forth, from the start, I told them I no longer wanted anymore boxes and I wasn't happy with their product. One box was enough for me to know their product was not good. Well, last night I got a charge for $39 on my VISA and an email from Bullymake telling me there is new box on the way. These people are either dense or predatory. I tend to think predatory. I was very clear that I no longer wanted to receive Bullymake boxes. Another problem is that you can't call them. Everything is handled via email. Which in one respect is good, because I have written proof of our conversations. I would absolutely not recommend this company or its products.

The communication is very poor.
I ordered a Bullymake box around February 15 2019 for my dog and when I received it there was one toy that was a piece of plastic that he did not like. I chatted with customer service about getting a replacement and the response was rather confusing. Never knew if I was getting a replacement or not. So on March 5 I emailed to cancel my box from renewing since I never heard about a replacement and did not think my dog would benefit from another box. I also asked about my replacement, they said they didn't hear about the replacement and would send one. March 17 comes around and they are trying to take money from my account for another box. I emailed saying I canceled and they said they didn't see that. So they pulled the money out of my account on the 18 and said they would not refund me. On March 28 I receive my box and received 3 plastic toys collectively between my regular box and replacement. Customer service says there's nothing they can do. When I asked for a replacement of a plastic toy because my dog won't touch it and asked for it to be replaced with a different type of toy I don't understand why my box would be filled with plastic toys. The communication on their end is extremely poor and the customer service is poor as well. When a customer is not satisfied, telling them that there's nothing they can do and seeming like they do not care is not the approach that I would take.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund. I will gladly send all 4 plastic toys that I have received in this time back as my dog has not even bothered to touch them. All I want is for my money to not go to waste over something my dog doesn't like and the company doesn't seem to care. At least with a refund the only thing that would have been wasted is my time.

I thought it was a one time purchase rental box until they debited my account a second time. I tried to cancel with customer service, no response.
I purchased one month ago. Products weren't even dog toys they were ridiculous flat as a pancake piece of plastic aave a piece of nylon made into a handle. They were not worth the money nor would I have purchased a second time. I tried to contact then through live chat in the supposed open hours, no response I emailed they responded with other ways to keep me and I refused all offers only wanted to cancel Still no response after that. I had no choice but to come here to warn others there's no way to cancel kbb their site and they won't let me cancel.

Continuing to charge my credit card after canceling my subscription in January and receiving confirmation they received my e-mail
Order #XXXXXXX $39.00 charged on March 18th. XXXXXXX is my subscription id. I also contacted them by responding too the email on February 19th after being charged again from January.

Desired Outcome

I am looking to get my money back for the automatic delivery that I cancelled in January and canceled again in February. I never received any further contact other than the first e-mail stating they received my request. No way to contact them by phone or to take your credit card info of of website.
