I had a subscription, canceled and 7 months later they charged my card without my permission. They then treated me like I had buyers remorse.
In March of 2019 a beautiful pit rescued us in our time of need after losing our loved lab of 13 years to cancer.
We soon learned he was a chewer and went on a search for a good subscription and settled on Bullymake, we got our first box and all was great with the products,....
Do to very unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the subscription but was planning on one day picking it back up. Now fast forward 7 months...
I look at my bank charge and got a 31.00 charge from Bullymake and so I contacted them and they said oh we can take 10.00 off the cost for you, I said NO I NEVER ORDERED A BOX. He then tries to sale me a reduced subscription and even went as far as going over the subscription rules that apparently I missed. ( BTW All of this in emails) again I stated you charged my card illegally, he states well when you return the box we will refund you as I can't stop the shipment. I explained I would be contacting my attorney and social media for fraud. He refunded my money immediately but it took days to get it back. I kept watching for the box so I could return it but it never showed, once again I contacted them via email and they said we stopped the shipping, I copied her on his email saying they couldn't do that, and she replied with he did it as a 1 time consideration for you. We have been going back and forth over this. This could all have been avoided had I not been treated like someone with buyer's remorse. Why did they hang onto my card 7 months after I closed my account? I asked her why hadn't it been deleted before and in email she said we did after we refunded you.
Do I and others need to worry about there cards being illegally charged.

WOW REALLY!!!

Desired Outcome

Why was my account charged when cancelled? They should be required to delete peoples cards on cancellation. They costed me days of running around and moving money so stuff didn't bounce. I have all emails to verify.

I also would give 0 stars if I could. I have no idea if the reviews on their webiste are actually real people, because what company gets 5 stars for EVERY review? They must pay them or make them up. This was the worst waste of money! My dog was completely uninterested in the toys, and each box I received had a duplicate toy from the previous month. When I called the first time, the customer rep (no service here), told me I needed to send a picture of the two toys next to each other to prove that I reveived a duplicate. I have never heard of such a thing! I jumped through the hoops, and evetually she agreed to replace the toy with a different one. The next month's box had the very same issue - a duplicate toy! I sent an email, and explained the situation, and indicated that I did not want to have to send another picutre. The reply multiple days later, asked me to send a picture of the duplicate toys again. I'm not sure that they even read the email.
I can't imagine that others haven't had the same experience.
Don't waste you money - go with Bark Box, they are wonderful!

First time trying bullymake. I gave my dog 2 treats and about 2 hours later she started to puke. She's puked 4 times.

Asked to cancel service, 30 days later I got charged and emailed again with no response
I used their "live chat function " which was not working so I sent an email asking to cancel my service. I got an email back asking if I wanted different terms, I responded no I want to cancel. I got no answer and was charged the following month. There is no phone number to reach anyone.I sent another email and no response

Your subscription was cancelled as requested! We see that you have an open credit card dispute on one of your charges. When the dispute is in process, we are unable to refund as we are no longer in hold of the payment funds.

One of two options will play out: the bank will return the funds to you once they review the evidence of your dispute. Or they will return the funds to us. If they return the funds to us, we will immediately refund. You can also close the dispute with your bank and at that point we can refund as well.

Was sent the wrong sized items. And have not received the promised replacement orders.
I received the wrong sized toys in my order. My dog is 6Lbs and I indicated that on the questionnaire. I received large dog toys. The company said they'd get a replacement order out right away. I've rec'd a shipping notification that it had shipped but it never showed up after 2 weeks. I reached out again and was promised a replacement order right away. I got another shipped notification on Monday and still haven't gotten it. Customer service keeps changing their stories and when I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription, I was told no refunds. I advised I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and attorney general and got a notification that my subscription was canceled. However, no response to the replacement order. I sent another upset email and finally got a response stating another replacement order would be sent out & I'd be notified of shipment. That makes 3 replacement orders and none have arrived. I think this is a scam and I'll never see the replacement order. I'd just like my money back and be done with this horrible experience.

I'd like my money back. It's been a month waiting on a replacement order and now 3 replacement orders have been placed. I'm pretty sure I'll never see it. So I'd like my money back. This was your error, make it right.

I received the credit. I had to go back in my bank account to find it since the company couldn't be bothered to respond or tell me of said refund. Truly horrible customer service. I will never recommend this company because their customer service is pretty much non-existent.

One of the items in the box was s piece of material that they would not explain, my question was avoided in several emails.
One of the supposed toys in the box was s piece of material, I inquired several times as to what this was and the representative kept avoiding my question as to what this was. I asked for a refund after several emails and no satisfaction. They told me that wasn't possible. I asked to speak to someone but he said they had no phone contact only email. He never tried to explain this supposed toy and kept saying to watch the YouTube video which doesn't explain this supposed toy.

A refund or replacement of a toy for my 80lb Shepherd puppy.

I asked bullymake to cancel my subscription over a month before it would renew. They charged me for a renewal subscription ,anyway.
Bullymake charged my bank account $204 against my wishes. Now I will not have access to my money for 2 weeks or more before it is refunded to my account . During which time I will incur penalties and charges. I wish to be compensated

Desired Outcome

I wish to be paid interest on the money that was fraudulently taken from my account along with reimbursement for any and all penalties I may incur. I also wish bullymake to be stopped from autorenewing subscriptions without express written consent of customers!

I was under the impression the 1 box option was a 1 time purchase.
On august 16th, 2019, I purchased the one box option from Bullymake. My dog enjoyed it, but on september 16th, I was charged for another box. This means my car insurance payment did not go through. I contacted the company (no phone number listed. Just a live chat) only to be told I would NOT receive my refund, but I could refuse the order and only then the process would begin for refund. This is not an issue of being incapable of refund, but UNWILLING. Other companies can refund money (Wish.com is a perfect example), but Bullymake literally bullies its customers and holds their money hostage. I know the endgame for their inability is in hope that after a long day at my full time job,I would be too tired to return the package and just deal with it. I refuse to be bullied. They threw corporate jargon at me, I felt less like a valued customer and more like a number for their bottom line.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back, and I want Bullymake to understand that this business practice is uncalled for. Their decision to hold money hostage is not because they cannot, but because they choose not to.

I asked to cancel the subscription for a refund as the nylon toys fray and cause bleeding gums and the rubber toys don't last.
After receiving my first two boxes, the nylon toys are too hard for my dogs. They hard frays on the toys cause my dogs mouths to bleed. The rubber toys don't hold up for my chewers. They were to replace a rubber drum toy with a 'replacement' but I was sent a nylon toy instead. I didn't try the rope toys as my pitbull will chew off pieces and literally swallow them making them unsafe as well.
I chatted with Val and after explaining the problem with the toys and kindly requesting a refund for the remaining boxes was told that I had to still receive the boxes I paid for. The box is basically useless to me and I would hope their would consider changing their refund policy if it honestly doesn't work for a customer such as myself.

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate a refund for the 10 remaining boxes I paid for can't use. I paid a total of $480 for a full year, received 2 boxes and have 10 left @ $40 each for a total refund requesting of $400.00.

Consider this my acknowledgement of refunded $$ from Bullymake. Thank You.

I was approved for 2 separate replacement orders, I continue to get told that the shipments are lost and that they will correct it.
This company sends out a monthly box of chew toys and treats, they give the consumer 14 days and if their dog destroys the toys, they will replace upon approval. Of which both months they my approved me for replacements.
On July 22, 2019 I was approved for my July order replacement. I even received a shipping confirmation. The order never showed up, I have sent numerous emails trying to get my replacements. I keep getting told they will fix it and resend, I still have received nothing.
On August 22,2109 I was approved for my August replacements. I still have not received my July replacements. Again, I keep getting told they will look into this and then I am promised it will be fixed. It never gets fixed. Needless to say I have discontinued my service with them, but I feel they owe me the two months of replacements that I was promised. I have tried to resolve this with them and even let them know I was contacting Revdex.com. I hate to see other people go through this.

I would like my 2 months worth of replacements.

I have finally received my 2nd promised replacement. Too bad it took so many emails to the company and finally filing with Revdex.com. Either way, it was made right. I just would not deal with a company where I had to invest as much time as I did.

Would give zero stars if possible. They send the same toys over and over, the treats they send are old and stale and too hard my dog to chew, most of them have gone in the trash. I canceled my subscription in May before my renewal date in June yet they billed me again and am fighting to get my money back. They said I didn't give them a reason to cancel so they did not cancel my subscription and they billed me again. I'm pretty sure that's not legal. Total scam company.

They charged my credit card without my permission.
I requested they cancel my account. They told me to keep it open, but that they would suspend it and not charge me until a I requested a new order. Without my permission they charged my account and sent me another order. Now they are refusing to refund my credit card until what they shipped me is returned. They had not right to charge my card . The rest is not my problem.

Awful. Toys didn't stand up to heavy chewers like advertised. Then after 7 emails back and forth to cancel, a month later got charged again. Said it wasn't "fully processed" but it is now, but the box was sent out and couldn't be stopped. Was told I could keep it for a $9 discount or send it back and get a refund once they received it again. I don't have time to wait for my money. Especially since the ONLY way to cancel subscriptions is from their end. TOTAL SCAM. I had to fight to get my refund. DON'T RECOMMEND.

I requested cancellation prior to my renewal date, and I was charged $39.00 anyway. There is no phone number to speak with a live person to dispute.
Bullymake's policy states they auto renew subscriptions, unless you cancel before the renewal date. On 8/6/19, I made a request to cancel my subscription. My renewal date was the 7th of the month. My request was made a day before my deadline. I made the request to cancel by "live chat" since they provide no phone number to contact a person. I received a response an hour later, offering me less frequent shipments as an alternative, and asking me to confirm that I wanted to cancel before they proceed. I replied, the same day, by saying, "For now, I'd just like to cancel," to which I received no response. The next day, 8/7, my bank account was charged, and all my subscription and tracking information was removed from their system. I contacted them immediately asking for a refund because the charge was unauthorized. I was told my box was shipped 2 days prior so I could not receive a refund, which makes no sense, since not only was that before my renewal date, but I had also not been charged 2 days prior. The agent told me they would discount the box, and I told them I would be returning it, as I did not authorize it. I asked for a phone number, and asked again for a refund. I was totally ignored about the phone number. I was told a refund was issued, to which IT WAS NOT ISSUED, and told that if I did not return the box, I would be charged again. I have no refund as of yet, and no tracking information to prove the box was even shipped. I have tried to remove my billing information from the account, but it will not allow me to do so. I have not received anymore contact from the business.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the total $39.00, and want my billing information removed from their system. I would like to be contacted by telephone by someone from Bullymake.

Confusing/inconsistent information, timely delivery, product quality
I first ordered my box on July 3rd. While I understand they have a 2-3 business day shipping plus however long it takes for the currier to get my box to my location, I didn't receive my box until July 16th. I first contacted BullyMake about my shipping concern and was connected to Cheyserr on July 7th. She offered me a new plan monthly to compensate for the trouble. I agreed to it thinking that it can be mistake from the currier. Time goes by & I check my package ETA & I found myself talking to them on the 10th cancelling my subscription. This is where I expressed that I cannot trust BullyMake with my future deliveries as they did not meet my expectations. An additional 2 days go by on 7/12, I contacted them again about my package as it still did not deliver & was connected to Val. I shared with Val that I did not receive my package & kept telling her that this was not my first time expressing concerns about shipping. I advised her to Next Day Air me a package as a solution, she decided to compensate me 2 new toys. BTW, as of yet I did not receive them. I took the offer. Val also shared that she will escalate this matter and connect with the currier to investigate. Val also offered to do a reshipment if not arrived by next day. Next day roles around by 7:44PM, I tell BullyMake that I did not receive my initial package. I was connected with Abbey where she advised me that my package was "lost in transit". She also advised me that I DO NOT have to ship the packages back if the original arrives. This creates an assumption that they "finalized" the investigation of the package being lost in transit as they CONFIRMED WITHIN 1-2 days that it was lost. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times as at first I was not directed to one. Then finally I got an email (not considering the time) at 2AM by someone named "Shift Manager Kaye" that my orders have been reprocessed. I requested from a director, finance or an executive to forward me documentation from USPS that my package has been lost. No response. I get my original package. First blue toy, damaged. Got it replaced by a Nylon star which hurt my dogs gums. NOWHERE IN MY PROFILE WAS MY PREFERENCE WAS NYLON MATERIAL. Oh by the way, that $9 premium toy I added, also cheap material. All within 20 mins. I forwarded photos of now 5 toys being damaged within HOURS. Cheap material. Waist of time I will never get back fighting with them. You don't go make a purchase and find yourself having to write to them for a whole month of this matter. They shared inconsistent information about my packages. Material and premium made material did not meet my expectations as they advertised for "powerful chewers" and they send material for toys that are not at my preference. My last communication was with Kaye again and she shared that I was "advised" to return the box back when 2 different people VALIDATED NOT TO. And lastly the poor material made by this company. The toys that I got shipped back as replacements, ARE NYLON TOYS AFTER REQUESTING RUBBER TOYS. This company is not here to build a relationship with a customer who wants to partake in the subscription program, because if they were seeing me as a potential client, someone would have followed up with me along the way about my concern on shipping and product being better. I am requesting my $32 back.

I have tried to cancel this subscription for 3 months now. I have sent emails that do not get answered. I have tried the chat
Company refuses to cancel my subscription and is taking money from my account after attempts to cancel. They do not answer the email or their chat. There is now no way to call them on their website and I do not want to open the most recent box received however, I have contacted them in the past, they say the box is cancelled and I am still getting them and they are still billing for them.

Please help me.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to refund the latest box and send a return label. Then I want all of my information, including my banking information wiped from their computer. I have made it clear they are no longer authorized to take my money and yet they keep doing it.

Companies website states 5-6 premium toys. I received 3 toys. Company will not issue even partial refund.
I signed up for a 3 month Bullymake Box (no treat option) on June 20, 2019. The company's website states 5-6 Premium Toys will be delivered. I was charged $94 on June 20, 2019 (Order XXXXXXX / Receipt #XXXX-XXXX). Upon delivery, I received only 3 toys, one of which was destroyed by my puppy within 10 minutes. I contacted customer service on June 30, 2019 via email asking where our remaining toys were and was informed the website is "wrong" and we should have received 4 toys. When I explained we only received 3, I was told I needed to submit a photo of the toys, however one that had been destroyed had already been thrown away. I asked for my subscription to be canceled. I received an email stating my subscription had been canceled on July 1, 2019 but did not receive any of our missing toys nor was I even refunded a partial refund. This means I paid $94 for 3 dog toys. I contacted customer service again on July 7, 2019 and was told they are not extending a refund at all.

Desired Outcome

Not only did we NOT receive the 5-6 premium toys as stated on Bullymake's website, but the ones we did receive were not "premium." I believe this company is a sham.

The verbiage states "We send 5-6 super premium toys and treats every month. The toys are long lasting chew & play toys. The toys are all heavy duty in nature and will last throughout the month."

Of the toys and treats, you'll receive 2-3 toys and 3 treats for a total of 5-6 items. If you opt-in for the toys only option, you should have received 4 toys each month for 3 months, for a total of 12 toys.

The verbiage on the website under FAQ, under the question "What's In The Box" is as follows: "We send 5-6 super premium toys and treats every month. The toys are long lasting chew & play toys. The toys are all heavy duty in nature and will last throughout the month." That is where your website is conflicting and confusing. While I am thankful I received a PARTIAL refund, not charging me for further boxes, I am still upset I wasn't issued a FULL refund due to the misleading information on the websiteand that it took 12 emails and was only issued AFTER I filed a complaint.

Bulllymake neglected to honour my cancellation email.
Bullymake state on their website that cancellation is allowed anytime. However, when I cancelled my subscription after one month and they confirmed receipt of my email, they did not cancel the subscription and debited my account again the next month. After reading all the complaints lodged this seems to be their business tactic to coerce customers in staying with them.
They literally BULLY their customers and continue to illegally charge them.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund and an assurance that my subscription is NOW CANCELLED and an apology for their unethical business practices.
