It took a long time to get someone to come out& putting my repair on urgent status eould have required additional $eventhough I have a service Contract with the company The agent arrived 1/hr before the end of the day( appt time was -pm) His demeanor softened after being here a short while ( at first, he seemed impatient& rushed After my persistence w/ unclear answers, he calmed down , explained in layman's terms what the problem was Overall visit was above satisfactory

DO NOT USE SERVICE AMERICA! I had an appointment for a water heater before the Christmas break from - 5pmI took off work for this appointment and the service tech never came during this timeI called and they reached the tech who informed them that he will be there between - pmIf he wasn't going to show to our scheduled appointment, why not notify me so that I can go back into workThe service tech finally came out at 8:45pm and informed me that he called in earlier to the office to let them know he was going to be late, that they should've called to let me know which they didn'tWhile he was there, I informed him that when he comes back to change the water heater, that our building requires an emergency permit for him to work on the water heaterHe said no worries, and he'll ask his office to get itThe day before my next scheduled appointment, I called service America to see if the permit was issued and to fax the copy to my management officeSurprise, surpriseno permit was in the works but they assured me they'll apply for one right away and get it faxed to my property management office the next morning as my service call was from 7am - noonThe next day comes and still no permitI called a number of times asking for them to fax the permit or else the building will not let the service guy in and they assured me they would but didn't each timemy management office closed early that day for the holiday and had to cancel the appointment because they did not get us the permit in time for our scheduled appointment from 7am - noonThey finally had someone courier it to my building at 1pmSo now, I've been without hot water for a couple of weeks now and in an attempt to make up for botching up the last two service calls, they assured me they will have a service tech come to my unit today during my lunch hours so that I don't have to call off work againIt is now 2pm and the guy still isn't there...so i'll be forced to take more time offI called and the lady I spoke to did not care one bitThey level of incompetence by not only their office staff but also their techs is astoundingDO NOT USE THIS RANCID COMPANY!!!!

I highly recommend Service America Their technicians are knowledgeable and they arrive within the promised time window It is easy to schedule a service call and we are extremely happy that we have their home warranty plan

Service America claims to care about you time and appreciate your business, but neither are trueAfter contacting Service America to use my service contract I was told they could not have a technictian out to look at my A/C for daysAfter doing some research I found online that I could have them come earlier if I paid an emergency fee of $Living in south Florida I happily paid the extra service fee to expedite a technician to my houseThey claimed a technician would be to my house the following day between 5pm and 12amThe technician showed up the following day at noon and couldn't repair my A/C because he had to order a partI called their service department to try and speak to a manager or supervisorThey promised one would call me back with in the next few hoursAfter not recovering a call back the following day I called and requested to speak to a supervisor and was told I had to leave my number and that was all they could doThe part came in days later and was scheduled to be installedService Americas parts department had ordered the wrong part and the technician showed up unable to fix my A/C unitCalling the service department only lead to more frustration as I was passed *** representative to representative when I requested to speak to a supervisorAfter nultiple calls and extreme frustration I finally received a "supervisor" *** told me that they were sorry but wouldn't be able to repair my A/C for another daysI requested ***'s extension number so that I could call her directlyShe provided a extension number and now has been in reachableThis company has the worst customer service and constantly fails to provide service I have paid forI am currently waiting the days for them to rectify their mistakenly wrong ordered part in degrees south FloridaService America stance on leaving a customer in this predicament is "eh that sucks, but there isn't anything we can do for you until Monday" - *** customer service supervisor (XXX) XXX-XXXX ext ***

Great service -- called yesterday about two items: Air conditioner and dishwasher They sent two different people -- both experts! Everything fixed and working and done quickly, efficiently and pleasantly

Service America is horrible regarding timely serviceThey seldom can give you an appointment within a couple of days, and if you need parts, it could take weeks before their sub contractors complete the job
I recently had a problem with an ice maker and took almost a month to repairThey do not call you to let you know the status of the repairYou only know if you call them and only after waiting on hold for long periods of timeTheir customer service people are not train to provide answers to the customerTheir usual respond is "I'm sorry"
I would not recommend this company to anyone

The technician was on time and resolved the problems quicklyHe also offered advice on how to avoid future problems and better take care of our plumbing

I have used this company for years and have always been very satisfied Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional

Customer service has improved dramatically in the past few months The phone reps are very responsive and seem dedicated to giving first class service My last few calls have been Disney-like quality and their service Tech's have always been very competent and professional When their plumber was delayed on my last appointment, I rec'd several calls keeping me aware of his new expected arrival timeGreat value and peace of mind having Service America on my properties

The serviceman was very helpful and I am waiting now for the company to pick up my washing machine to be repaired

Timely, courteous, efficient,knowledgeable

my policy has paid for itself many times over

Had an AC problem,had to cancel my flight up north,I called Service America for immediate help,they scheduled an appointment late the same afternoon,technician arrived,checked the system& found the problem & cleaned up system & make sure it functioned well, it took approx minutes
As he was checking system, he explained certain elements which will help us in the future with AC

we have been with this company for a long time, they have always performed a good work, being polite, on time, and resolved all of our problems in any fields, we take the opportunity to thanks them

I have been a Service America Customer for over years I have always been satisfied with their service and professionalism My last service call was performed by their employee "Jimmy".........he has serviced other appliances in our home also He is the best! I was so happy to see that he was the technician servicing us I recommend Service America to friends and neighbors

Horrific Customer ServiceI have been calling for days now, looking for an A/C repair service call (as per my PAID contract and the pre-paid service call)Appointments book, no call/no showsCall again today after 3rd no show, told they have no record of ANY service calls(I'm so infurated now, it's actually funny)I'm told by "***" (who refuses to give her title or last name) that no one is in charge for me to speak withApparently Service America runs it's office with a bunch of employees and no one to report to(where do I sign up for THAT gig?!?) Of course she flat-out lied to me, as did all the previous people who claimed to have booked an appointment for me, as they are now no where to be found
RUNNNNNNNN away from this CompanyDo not walk...RUNNNNNNNNNNN!!
