I had a wonderful experience with Service America recently. We had an experience with our Appliance contract. Service America's Reps. were absolutely helpful and saw to it that our Contract covered all that it said it would. At first, it was not the way it was supposed to be, but our Rep. , a women by the name of " Marilyn", in the Customer Service Dept. , helped us to be the way it was meant to be, when we took out the coverage. She was truly wonderful in helping us. I only hope this gets back to her.....she deserves the credit. I thank her very much.
We have been with Service America for 8 years now. They have always been responsive and their technicians knowledgeable and courteous. they make sure the job done right before they leave. The office staff usually follows up to make sure you are satisfied. I have recommended Service America to many of my neighbors and friends. so far they are all still talking to me!!
I have been extremely pleased with Service America having an annual service contract since 1995. Their technicians are always extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this service.
On 3/7/16 I had a scheduled service call to fix drainage issue in one of my bathrooms. I had the appt schedule almost a week in advance and took the day off. I waited at home all day as technician was scheduled from 12 noon to 5 pm. No one showed up or called. I called Customer Service at 450 pm was placed on hold and only to be told that they were unable to reach the technician and I would need to reschedule. I asked for supervisor and was to that all we already gone at 5:03 pm...
This is totally unacceptable. Thiso company is extremely unreliable reliable. No regards for customers time at all. They don't care or seems to value their customers at all.
The technician for the leak under my kitchen sink was sent out the very same day that I called Service America. He located and repaired the leak. He worked quickly and cleaned up efficiently. I couldn't have been more pleased.

JUNE 18, 2016 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING THE PHONES OR TECHNICIANS TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS. EVEN THE TECHS ADMITTED THIS TO ME. THEIR SERVICE TECHS FRIED OUR A/C UNIT BY HOOKING UP THE WRONG WIRES!!! I HAVE HAD A SERVICE AMERICA CONTRACT FOR ALMOST 21 YEARS. IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS, THEY USED TO BE A QUALITY COMPANY, BUT NO LONGER. TECHNICIANS HAVE COME OUT THREE TIMES TO REPAIR MY A/C UNIT IN THE LAST WEEK AND A HALF (INCLUDING A SPECIALIST!!) AND MY A/C STOPPED WORKING AGAIN THIS MORNING!! WAIT TIMES ON HOLD HAVE BEEN UP TO AN HOUR. HAD TO HIRE ART PLUMBING AND AIR CONDITIONING TO COME OUT THIS MORNING FOR A SECOND OPINION. HE TOLD US THAT THE A/C TECHS SHOULD KNOW THE BASIC WIRING, BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T. THE SERVICE AMERICA TECHS SHORTED OUT OUR WHOLE A/C SYSTEM!! SO UPSET!! SERVICE AMERICA WILL HAVE TO REPAIR/REPLACE WHAT THEY FRIED!!
We had an 8" fluorescent circular light burnt out as we were preparing our condo for renters. Its replacement didn't work or burn out. We got another bulb which might be better for a dark closet. We called our maintenance contractor Service America over the weekend and, after explaining we wanted to leave before Friday's traffic, was able to set up a Tuesday morning 12/27/16 service call.
The electrician called before he came and started work shortly after 8 AM. He tested for power near the bulb and got none. He checked the wall switch, found it defective, and changed it. He ensured there was power at the bulb - fortunately it wasn't the fluorescent transformer or ballast. He agreed my second bulb choice was better and installed it and its cover.
The representative of Service America was respectful,courteous and informative.Performed the required maintenance without waisting my time or his.He checked all aspects of maintenance of the AC units,and gave me a full report.

Had a problem with our washer. Scheduled the appointment on line. The service tech was very knowledgeable and was able to correct the problem.
