We called several vendors to replace our Tons AC systemService America came out with flying colors as the most professional, competitive and efficientWe planned to replace the water heating tank at the same time and they coordinated their work flawlessly They kept the appointments, sent a most proficient Representative to prepare a detailed estimate, apply for all the City permits and put together a crew with all the materials and parts to execute the job promptly and painlessly in the middle of one of the most oppressively hot Summer daysAt the end of the job, we were 100% satisfied

I will not be renewing when my contract is over.
I lapsed on my contract due to financial difficulties and had to put everything on HOLD. All my other companies I do business with were able to work with me, and restart after I was back on my feet except service america.
Please do not tell me to call your customer care dept again. EITHER the CEO or a manager calls me at 407 739 1596, or I will continue to make everyone realize to never sign a contract with your company once they ask me in detail what happened.
So disappointed with your 40+ year company that has ratings of 1 from almost everyone

No job gets done, will NOT EVER be transferred to a manager or supervisor. I have had 6 visits to solve a problem and have different excuse every time and the problem is still NOT RESOLVED. I only get put on hold for over 10 minutes and put in a voice mail.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!
The representatives at Service America were very professional, courteous, and prompt, and they provided first-class customer service! The technican assessed and completed the plumbing job within 10 mins and the problem was solved. Thank You!
I bought an AC unit from them a little over a year ago and so far they've been out to my house almost a dozen times to try and fix leaks that have ruined my ceilings and walls to no avail. The last guy who came out said the drainage pipe needs replacement and would get me a quote but no one called back. I finally called another firm to check it out and they found out that the unit is not properly installed and the drainage pan is cracked. How on earth that escaped the dozen technicians and managers who came out here is beyond me. Also, if you have an appliances maintenance contract w/ them, be aware that you'll wait weeks for someone to show up and when they do, they find out they need another part and it's yet another few days waiting and having to take off work to be there when they arrive. This is the worst business I've ever encountered.
The Service America air conditioning service technician came on within the appointed time and fixed the A/C in few minutes. Very good diagnostic skills.
Service America is easy to use; scheduling is simple! on-line or call customer service. Service tech calls 1/2 hour prior to arrival; always on time! Very professional & courteous!
called the company on Friday, needed refrigerator's repair, service call was scheduled for the next day that was Saturday. Service person came on time and fixed it. Great service!
