WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

First they broke my refrigerator while doing a repair.
The customer Service is completely lacking, there is none. After they broke my refrigerator I called and was told I was speaking to a supervisor to tell them about the technician that broke my refrigerator. They refuse to fix it. They say the door of the fridge is not covered. Even if their techninical broke it, it is not their responsibility, it's in their contract. They broke it by forcing in a part that was not fitting correctly.
The Phone Time for customer service is extremely long. If you have an issue after waiting an hour on hold for someone to get on the phone, they put you back into the que so they do not have to deal with you. You are put back on hold for another 30 minutes or more. For A/C Repair, they broke the air handler to the air conditioner when they installed the coils last Saturday August, 22, 2015.\. Now it is leaking in the wall, and the wall in my home is filling up with water. We have called Service America soooo many times. The hold times are at least 45 minutes. They charge you over $500.00 for their service, and in return for your money, you do not get any service. This will be the 5th time someone has to come to my home to fix the leak that their technician caused while installing the new coil's which I had to pay for. They are never on time with their appointments. Each time they were scheduled to come out between 8am & 1pm. They call after the scheduled time to let you know that they are about 1 hour away from your home. People work. Service American sends out service techs that break your appliances, they will not hold themselves accountable for breaking your appliances and they just don't care.
I had issues with my central HVAC unit. The technician came over to repair a leak and the system not blowing cool air. The technician was kind and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair and even gave me some helpful hints on how to prevent this is the future.
I've called Service America my "rent-a-husbands" for many years and for many types of repair. They are prompt, personable, reliable and professional. Love 'em!
Quick response to phone call. Fast service to check problem. Ordered part for dishwasher. Repair was done in reasonable time and all works well. Very pleased with entire service.
Had two different tech, one identified the problem and ordered the part necessary to repair the dishwasher,
and the second came and installed the new part and insured the dishwasher was repaired. Both men were
Friendly, professional, met their time window, and got the job done. Very happy!!
Service America gives you fast service, with competent service people. It's good to know that when something goes wrong, you only have to dial one number, or better yet schedule service yourself online.
I am very pleased with the technician that repaired my microwave and he did a great job getting it working again. He and his supervisor repaired my electric slide in range and they were both very prompt, polite, and courteous and were able to get the range working again. I am very happy with their service nd to have both appliances to use.
I found the technician, Tiffany P., who visited my home was a most professional, competent and reliable representative of Service America.
I highly reccomend this company!! They are super customer friendly, fast reply time, and the technicians are not just professional but super nice !

Service was great. Tech's were great and knew what they were doing.

Washing machine was not turning on, tech saw that door latch was not latching, and replaced it. Very happy customer.
