I would highly recommend this company..... loved everything about the experience!!

We had a great experience with Empire, great price, quick and professional installation.

I recommend Empire Today for your flooring needs. I made my appt. Online, which was convenient. Confirmation was made by e-mail. The sales Rep "Mike", was friendly, knowledgeable, and "not pushy". He gave opinions without judgement. Example, we have two dogs. We wanted hardwood flooring. Mike suggested to avoid hardwood. Because of claw scratches. He suggested laminate flooring which is highly resistant to scratches, wear, etc.. ::: Empire robo called the day before to confirm my appt.. The day of the install, a rep from The install team called and confirm the appt., the appt. Time, the materials, and confirmed the price and method of payment, the names of the install team and how long the onstall should take.:::The install team was processional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and installed the laminate in my living room and hallways. It looks totally awesome!!!! The Carpet team installed our rug in the dining room. Again, it looks and feels awesome!!!!. We could have installed the flooring ourselves. But the intricacies of the install, such as the trimming and cutting around difficult corners made me feel totally comfortable in hiring Empire Today. They started the install at 8:45ish AM and were gone by 2:30 PM. They cleaned up all there belongings and sweeped and vacuumed the floors. I am definitely using Empire Today for all my future flooring needs.??

Had laminate flooring & carpet installed 01/17. Salesperson was really knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. Installation crew were great and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the whole process and would call them again.

I am stating that I was completely satisfied with Empire Today business. Salesman, Appt. Scheduling, arrival on time for install, installation was EXCELLENT, paperwork offered and excepted on WARRANTY, care and cleaning if flooring, All done in a timely manner in one day by 2 very pleasant well mannered young men. I will gladly give my recconendation to use this company to all my friends and on Social Media!! Very nice a experience that did not break the bank! I'm thinking about them doing window treatments for me next!! They are great! Im even thinking about getting my WINDOWtreatments from them now! That's hoed impressed I was with them and their product. Thank you for this opportunity to put in writing my opinion.

The installer didn't bring the 1/3 round we selected. We had to choose what was in the truck or reschedule. I called the main number while they were installing. She was going to have customer service call me. We chose the white. After looking at it over night, I called the main number again. She said my notes are there & they will call me back. We noticed they didn't match up the ends of the 1/3 round. The next business day I called again & was told to hang in there. 3 days later, they finally called, 1 week after installation. I was told the salesman cannot remember what we ordered & I couldn't just change my mind after a week. I would have to pay an additional $75 for them to fix it because I signed off on the sales order. They made another appointment with me which they didn't show or call me. I have not heard from them since.

We just used Empire last week. I was so happy they came in and showed me the options in my home, I didn't have to get dressed up and leave and the salesman I had was absolutely wonderful. I was SO happy with my entire sales experience and then they came in the next day for installation. I don't have any patience so that also made me happy! Happy customer here!

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding his concerns. We have spoken with the customer regarding the lack of cleanup completed after the installation. For customer satisfaction and goodwill, we offered the customer a partial refund,...

and he accepted this offer. We appreciate the customer's feedback and hope to assist him with future home improvement projects.

I couldn't be happier with my experience from the initial appointment, to the sales rep, to the products, to the installation. I never had a job this big where my Wife and I were so completely satisfied. The salesman and the installers seemed to go out of their way to please us and they definitely did.

I was hesitant to call empire at first because of the asvertising issues I read about and I was concerned I would be pressured. My experience was the opposite. My sales representative appeared genuine although I do think he was only showing select samples and at the end I just told him what I would pay. Theninstallers however were fantastic. They had great attitudes worked hard and did an expert job. I would actually use them again.

My recent experience with Empire Today and all their Revdex.com credentials has been a VERY expensive nightmare. The salesman was flawless. The product top quality but the installer’s crew is surely "independent" but I would not define them either as “experienced” or "qualified". The client is highly overcharged for an installing that sets the sq. ft in something around $4.23 for vinyl plank. For that price I should had been given a shopping /installing experience with no complaints. A well supervised crew of two with no material wasted and customer care would had been well paid at least for $1200.00 less.
But I got sent the worst crew available. Demolition was done by a father son team with the father being a perfect gentleman. The next day came the real mess: a crew of five where one knows what he is doing, yet gets insubordinate in Spanish to the “supervisor”, another one has good handwork but a [redacted] poor attitude, talking back to the client and talking behind her back which I find out of place and disrespectful. They are missing the point completely who is making their business possible. The third, the supervisor, is talking continuously on the cell phone and two more are just hanging around bringing a tool at a time and the rest of the shift just hanging around checking their phones. Add to it that one of this extras ‘job was collecting all pieces left, some of them of 2 and 3 ft that at the end of the day looks like a huge waste of material or that they take it and profit in their independent business.
The supervision is a joke, zero attention to detail and the client´s requests are not honored. The salesman understood the need to treat with care a 1977 interior, old but in good shape. The installers would not care less. Their continuous chit chat trash talk in Spanish may work with some clients but certainly not with me. If they would send a supervisor for the crew it has to be someone that at least has the client of Empire Today interests in mind and priority, not their "compadre".
Seems Empire finds the cheapest bids and then overcharges the client for whatever comes out. To give an idea of the crew: they present themselves in their personal run down vehicles and a van they use to haul debris in. From that point the client can expect no planning to protect the installed kitchen on the demolition until the client requests it and they had to go to [redacted] to buy it. Primitive tools and of course no ladder but a [redacted] bucket. They may work perfect in a structure under construction not yet occupied but having them for three days at my home was invasive and unpleasant. They do not understand English and even the one who speaks it, his mind is not set in the American business practices and best customer care. The wood they damaged at the bottom of an installed bookcase –painted with high gloss original aged enamel- was promptly dealt with spackle and caulk. I had never seen the quarter round used to cover sloppy work done in haste. My new vanity had the bottom brutally stapled to put the quarter round and another built in wood cabinet also got the same treatment. To leave them as they were they would had to make them new. Is not something that will be left as they found it dealt with spackle and caulk. The quarter round they bring is priced as made of exotic wood but is the cheapest synthetic material used in old cheap mobile homes, matching terribly with the baseboards made of wood. To them as long as the color matches they do not care.
Count with having them all camp at some time in the only available restroom for good private time and frequent breaks to have a smoke and more chat outside. They left remains of the sweet stuff they ate stuck on the garage floor. I found it by night by the spots covered with swarms of ants and bugs. And some hot power tool sitting of the grass left a couple of burnt areas in front of my front door.
Empire gives a survey of YES /NO to make sure they get a great rating. “Did they installed the floor” Yes. “Dis the color matched” YES…..but then the client will have to be sending reports. Will I have to file on Small Claims court for absolute disregard on the side of Empire Today? And it is not over….waiting still for the call of the Installation Manager and for the refund of a double charge to the credit card for the full amount of the price. Now will be 24 months paying a top dollar rip off.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding his concerns. We regret the miscommunication regarding the amount of the customer's discount, and the additional amount has been processed back to his financing account. We appreciate the...

Empire is the best. It's the only place I will go to for flooring in my home. From the sales people to the installers they are both knowledgeable and friendly. Their products are outstanding and I love the fact that they bring the samples to our home.

On May 6th my wife and I, Joshua and Amber [redacted], purchased new ceramic floors and carpet from your company. Satisfied at the time with customer service and product installation, no problems were noted, until July 9th. At which point Amber noticed a dime size chip in the new ceramic floor in the kitchen. We immediately called customer service; they gave us a reference number and told us to wait for a call within 3 business days that would handle our concerns. Susan from the Portland, Oregon office called on July 11th and asked for us to send her a picture of the chip. We sent it over and she told us that she would call us back on July 14th but did not do so. Amber called her on July 15th and was told that this chip was not covered under manufacturer or installation warranties because it was only one chip. On July 18th we discover a loose board in our kitchen. Along with the original chip, we began to inspect our ceramic floors closely only to discover multiple chips similar to the first. July 20th I followed up her phone call at 8:00 a.m. and reached Dorene. Dorene ensured us that Christina would be in contact with us later that morning to follow up with our additional concerns. Christina called around 10:00 a.m. and asked us to send over pictures of all the chips we had found. She said she would escalate the pictures that day with an inspection notice. At 3:00 p.m. we had not heard from her, she attempted to convince us that she had tried to send an email to us earlier that morning, but failed, and behold ten minutes after our phone call we received a confirmation. July 21st, Susan called Amber to tell her that the inspection letter had been sent off and scheduled for July 23rd between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. July 23rd the inspector came out, took only a few pictures. The inspector did not look at the entire surface of the floor under question. He told Amber that he did not need to see it all and therefore did not write down the full extent of the damages. 27th we received an email that installers would be here July 31st to fix the floors. Amber was told that the installers would call first thing that morning to inform her when they would arrive. On July 31st at 10:00 a.m. we did not receive that phone call, so Amber called the installation coordinator, Julian. He informed us that they would be here between 1 and 3:00 p.m. At 3:30 p.m. the installers had not arrived and had not called. Amber called Julian back and he let us know that they were running late on a job. They would be there between 5 and 6:00 p.m. The installers were still not here at 5:55 p.m. Amber proceeded to call the customer service line to get an ETA of our installers because Julians office was closed for the evening. Amber was told by Victor, from customer service, that they were unable to connect with our installers as the Portland office neglected to write down exactly who was going to be helping us. At 6:30 Elizabeth and the other installer finally arrived only to tell us that Julian and the rest of the Portland office had failed to communicate with them exactly what needed to be fixed. Upon their inspection of our floors, they thought that the entire floor needed to be replaced. They then informed us, that the Portland office had only ordered two boxes worth of material and this job was going to require at least 8 boxes and probably 1-2 days to complete. At this point, we sent an email and we stated that a manager needed to be in touch with me and only me by August 3rd or we would be seeking legal action from our lawyers. August 1st, Dean, the regional manager called Amber and tried convince her, in a voicemail, that the lack of communication was unusual and that they would do everything that they could to make us happy. He proceeded to offer to replace the whole floor and he would be calling me shortly after that. At 3:00 p.m. I called Dean and left a voicemail because I had not received a phone call from him since he left Amber the voicemail. Dean called me on the third and assured me that they would replace the entire floor but could not do it until the end of August because there was a long list of costumers ahead of our file. I informed Dean that our file was priority number 1 due to the nature of our circumstances, no later than August 5th was acceptable. Finally agreeing to this date, installers would be here August 5th at 8:00 a.m. The installers and inspector arrived on August 5th with a communication breakdown from Dean who had told the inspector the plan had been, from the start, to remove and replace only the tiles and surrounding tiles that were chipped. The inspector and I discussed this plan, yet did not agree. The inspector went out to his van for two hours, making phone calls, while I called Dean to discuss the plan. Of course dean held true to his plan for the day until I reminded Dean of our conversation we had, as well as the voicemail he left my wife, which says the installers would be replacing the whole...

My experiencesibling with Empire TODAY are favorable. From the initial visit until the last day installations we did not have problems. We had carpet, tile and hardwood installed. Each group of workman were professional, arrived on time (also let us know when they nearby). I am very impressed with my experience with Empire TODAY and will recommend to friends even though the product/installation speaks for itself. Looks like a new place ad products removed were nit bad.

This is the 2nd time I have used Empire very satisfied with the results. Will use in the future.

I have used Empire Today for two separate flooring jobs at the home I'm in now. Their work is top notch as well as their customer service; very courteous and professional.

Last week, I decided to get my carpet replaced by empire today. On the day of installation, they wanted all the money upfront. The person who used my credit card was not even their employee. This was very unprofessional on their part. The subcontractor showed me the carpet and pad. The pad was cheap and not what I paid for. The sub told me rudely that it will take him 2 extra hours to get the right pad and thus will not complete it that day.
If I had known that it will be my problem to work with their sub and get the work done correctly, I would have never hired them.

A week after I had carpet installed in my house, I began vacuuming the [redacted] carpet in my basement and suddenly the carpet pulled up and wrapped around the brush of the vacuum. About a 2 foot long string was pulled up and I had to cut the carpet out of my vacuum brush. I attempted to contact Empire Today about the problem at the beginning of June with no resolution. I was told that the installation office would need to make an appointment for the same installer to come out to see if the carpet could be fixed. The installation office never called me back. I've attempted to call and contact the warranty/maintenance office 6 times since then, only to have 2 of my phone calls returned. I was told those 2 times that an installer would be out to look at the problem and determine a resolution. BOTH times the installer was not at my home; the first time no on even called me; the second time I called around 3 p.m. to see if someone was coming and was then told that the installer was backed up and couldn't make it until the following week. It's been about 4 weeks since the carpet has pulled up and since I have attempted to have it fixed. This company clearly doesn't value it's customers AFTER they have paid in FULL. The product I received is what I expected, however, the customer service has FAILED! I will NEVER deal with Empire Today again, nor will I recommend it or speak highly of it to anyone. The motto on the page handed to me on the day of installation says "At Empire, we are passionate about building customers for life!" YOU DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE HERE! The worst customer experience of my adult life!

Whole experience was great. Called on a Friday, set up appointment for Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Salesman, Justin, on time, efficient and very knowledgeable of product. I scheduled flooring to be completed 10 days later due to my needing to paint first. Installers called morning of installation to inform they were on their way and the floors were completed in one day. They look amazing!! Great job!!
