I did speak with ***, and granted, she absolutely refused to be of any help and I informed her I would escalate it with the Revdex.com, FTC, FCRA, CFPD and possible legal suitI also asked, several times, for *** to escalate the issue, and she stated she is the highest person to escalate I was not sure she was the CEO?
Unfortunately, Capital One has not complied to ANY of my complaints, INCLUDING:
Adjusting the late payment on ALL CRAs to REFLECT NO late payments(3rd request)
Put ALL accounts under one login (4th request)
Have paper billing on ALL accounts (4th request)
Not only this, they did the SAME THING to my wife's account! Which will be disputed shortlyIf they wish, I will escalate to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, along with the FTC.
Honestly, I am so sick and tired of Capital One, that not only I am considering closing the accounts, but also going after them LEGALLY

around technical solution that has resolved the technical issue from my endI would like to add that at all times every representative I have spoken too has been incredibly friendly and helpful within their own scope of responsibilityTo that I can't faultIt's a shame that follow up from numerous communications however was not forthcoming (when I was advised it would be) with out me having to file the initial complaint with the Revdex.comAlbeit it an unreasonable time frame for a resolution, it is a resolution none the less, so thank you! I would like to point out that this issue began when Capitol One blatantly lied and said that I had never made payment arrangements to begin withAccording to my credit file I have been reported as being late since at least November My first payment was made on timeWhen I made this complaint I was already being reported as 90+ days late (by Capital One)That is a violation of lawAlso my complaint has absolutely nothing to do with what has been discussed here I have already stated that I am aware the late payments discussed. What I have complained about is clearly stated in my credit file I have detailed the reasons why I am late at this pointI have also added statements to my credit file myself To explain the situation As is my right under the law I have secured a way to bring my balance current by the end of February So I will not need to make further arrangements at this timeI will however take whatever measures legally necessary going forward under the law to have my credit accurately reported by Capitol One

My mother opened an account with my assistanceCapital One never disclosed any annual fee We received the bill and saw annual fee which the rep voiced he could not remove and if we would like him to close accountI replied if hard credit inquiry was going to be removed due to fee not being disclosed? He was rude and said, I believe I answered that question alreadyI replied no and asked to speak to a supervisor He passed me through to a supervisor named Renika, very rude rep #VX-RShe began to read the cancellation agreementI voiced the previous rep had already read and I would respectfully decline she voiced it didn't matter and she needed to read it She proceeded to read, soon as I told her I was recording she was like, I didn't consent to being recordedI replied I didn't consent to having disclosure readShe began attempting to shout over me and hung upTerrible place! I will follow up to see if their cooperate office does anything about this in the AM Never had this issue with *** nor *** ***!!

Thank you so very much for your service! Its appreciated.I received your letter in response to my complaint re: Capital One Financial Corp. ID ***.This company did reply with a ridiculous reply $a month in interest is what they said must be paid and there is nothing I can do about it. I explained that my daughter is a heroin addict (God help us all with this addiction in America) and I now have custody of my granddaughter and things are very very tough. I realize my problems are of no concern of theirs or anyone's for that matter but I had some HOPE of help. But she said that not much can be done for me. ALSO...as I said my first concern was that I spent over ONE HOUR on the phone to resolve a fraud issue on my account and was never assisted. No one could speak good English nor understand me. All were from a foreign country. Not to criticize them at all but English was not something they spoke well nor understood English well Capital One(Shannon G***) said the reason for the long wait on the phone was that I was continually disconnected. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I held on the phone and was transferred over and over again to no avail.Again....thank you for your time and your service at the Revdex.com. It is appreciated way more than you realize....Even if nothing comes of this I am thankful to your organization. So sad today that all these jobs are shipped overseas and the service we receive is less than adequate. Again, I am not by any means criticizing anyone overseas but as a struggling year old single woman trying to make ends meet and caring for my year old granddaughter times are so sad to even get decent customer service or any help for the average American citizen. Company's are just interested in making more and more money And I truly keep making my payments.Many Blessings,*** ** ***

The answer provided was not just unacceptable, but a direct violation of my constitutional rights and my consumer protection rights
It seems Cap I is not providing proper training to their staff regarding regulations & consumer protection
