names or signatures from anyone in the company The documentation was printed

which is a prepackaged website for distributors Moms website is
selling Longevity products, here is the statement from longevity: The paperwork stated that my mom bought the website “***”. This website is a storefront for *** products. I called *** (***, Customer Support ***
account ***) and they said that did not have and had never had
any affiliation with *** ***. I asked what they charged for
a “distributor” website and they said $25.00. I asked about my mom’s
status, they said that she was a distributor and there had been no
activity, no purchases, and no logins to her account. There has been no
e-commerce on ***.
*** stated that they do not work or partner with Innovative
Designs - for distributor websites they provide their own web
development service. In
our efforts to find *** ***, the only piece of information
regarding *** *** identity was their address (*** *** *** *** *** *** ***) on one of the papers delivered to us
by Capital One. The address was that of a “suite” in ***. There
was no business attached to the address in a *** search. There was
no phone number attached to the address in a *** search. I finally
called the building manager (*** ***) and she explained that they were actually a mail forwarding service and not an office. She gave me the contact *** *** ***)
that was paying for the service. I called that contact and got no
answer or voicemail. The building manager then pointed me to the
website and I called the number on the website. The person
answered the phone with “hello” (“*** *** was not mentioned), I
asked if this was *** *** and she said “yes.” I began a
discussion with her that later led to speaking with the person dealing
with the charge back All of these events and the lack of letterhead or
names in the documents from Innovative Design provided to us by Capital
One, make the credibility of *** *** suspect.On
the *** *** website it lists the following people as
officers of the company* *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** None of these names are found on
*** A *** search of these names shows them being in there same
roles in dozens of other companies companies all around the country
Obviously these are fictitious people invented to make the company look
official.The address*** *** *** *** *** ***, *** is a mail forwarding
service The mail is forwarded again to *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** It appears this is another
mail forwarding service.At
close to the same time that *** bought the website from *** *** there was $dollar in charges from a website ranking
company called Impact Rankings Capital One conceded that the Impact
Rankings charges were fraudulent This leads me to believe that
*** *** and *** *** were working together

As per my conversation with Capital One representative there was an issue with the online website in this case being my preferred choice of paymentPayment was made on effective due date based information displayed on mobile phonePayment was made on time and a confirmation was never received due to technical issue with Capital One websiteI request to accept your technical IT errors and modify past due remark on report as a Technical error from your websiteI have never had this issue before, therefore I strongly believe capital one was experiencing technical issues with their website and did not have notify me about it.

Capital One's disputes department is terrible My dispute went on for months back and forth Merchant had no proof of agreed amount or signature But Capital One wants customer to provide proof of non authorization Crazy My word was told and recorded by them when merchant tried to charge account Told them the situation They said they take care of it But that meant asking me more questions I answered them Then they send notice of chargebacks to my account I dispute these but they was fraudulent seeing that I did not authorize said amount They wanted it in dispute They keep it going back and forth they credit my account the money then they charge it back then credit it then chargeback then ask me for proof I didn't charge The person had no proof of authorization I just closed account and sent them my proof But it's crazy they don't care about the customer They don't believe you You gotta prove it while others lie and they take their word Never do business with them

Thank you for sending me the letter to attempt to clarify what happened to my accountI partly consider your clarification correct about the fact that you should've not closed my account and consider it as an errorI also think that your apology is sincere
What I cannot accept is the fact that you still ignore my driver license different from other *** state residentsIn addition, your bank teller already verified my ID when opening the accountTo make matters more ridiculous, my other accounts, Capital with savings, checking, and brokerage accounts all used the same driver license for identification and never issued any concern or problem
As a result, I cannot accept your letter because you don't still admit your negligence or mistakes from branch managerI hope that Capital One, as a corporate and one of the big banks in the States, showed the full extent of apology as I originally requestedCovering your employee's negligence or lame performance is not what I cannot accept

I am not satisfied because when I seen the advertisement, it did not state only new customers it stated open up a checking account, apply direct deposits and put code promo*** & its was acceptedI opened me and my son a Checking with direct deposit, so I feel it's advertisement!

According to Capital One, I was more than 30/days past due for my September 25, paymentIronically, my September payment was posted on September 25thTheir due datePayment confirmation number, ***They still reported me as being over days lateOn November 4, 2015, I was told that a negative charge would be removed from my account and not have it reported to the credit bureausYet when I received my annual credit report, the delinquent payment was assessed to my credit scoreInstead of disputing the charges with each of the credit bureaus, I called Capital OneI filed a dispute, case# ***I just received notice Capital One has resolved the disputeThey are not removing the delinquent charge because the information is correctThey also informed the major credit reporting agencies, to place a disagreement code with a resolution of dispute in my credit fileAlthough Capital One hires these reps, apparently they can not be held accountable when their employees lieHe is still gainfully employed with the companyAS SOON AS THEY MODIFY THE CONTRACT TERMS MY CARD WILL BE CANCELLED! WORST CREDIT CARD ON THE MARKET! STAY FAR AWAY!

Capital One says that, "respectfully," they decline any offer of compensationThis means that the approximately hours I devoted to this issue, over the course of weeks, due mainly to the fact that Capital One is understaffed, ill-run, and keeps callers on hold for in excess of minutes each time, will not be compensatedThey are also not compensating me for the hours and weeks of intense frustration I experienced while trying to deal with them--over issues that were entirely their fault. I find their response wholly unsatisfactoryEven if I were to be paid only minimum wage in the lowest-paying state of the country for the hours I lost dealing (or attempting to deal) with Capital One, this would still add up to a minimum of $130.
