Capital One is one of the CC I ownI have very good credit and I am in excellent standing with all of my ccsRecently Capital One closed my account, unprovoked and without prior notice even though I have been a good customer for over months; the reason I was given, was rejected paymentsThis happened because I used a new account and some of the info was incorrect, so when I attempted to pay my bill twice, the payment did not go through properlyI was told my account would be reopened once I submitted the reason for the errorAfter doing so, a supervisor informed me that the account would remain closed and I would have to apply for a new oneAll representatives so far have admitted this is a new system used and it has caused many problemsMy family owns three more capital one ccs which we will surely also closeThere were NO excessive returned payments and the issue would have been resolved should someone have contacted me to simply use another account to make paymentsIf this is how good customers are treated, then I consider this financial institution a failureGood luck to all other customers, I will be happy to use the credit cards from the rest major institutions that actually have the decency to resolve very simple issuesbe aware my credit score was *** and because of them now is *** with no reason

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI left a message for Ms***Her letter was a pathetic attempt to pacify me and the situation at hand by indicating Capital One could not "FIND" any information to substantiate my claimI am substantiating my claim, quite simply my request to have my due date changed was not put in placeI want it put in place now, retroactive to the date I started every week paymentsThe entire reason and purpose for my bi monthly payments was to accelerate my payoff, and reduce the interest paidI would not have gone through this process otherwise. I also want to clarify the late payments, IF any of these "late payments" were during the time frame of my every week payments it is inaccurate, and needs to be corrected I would like this resolved as soon as possible, a mistake was made and it needs to be resolvedI am not interested in another letter portraying how Capital One cannot find the information, that's quite frankly too bad.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The transcript reviewed was of the chat I am complaining about and only further deepens my resolve in this matter.There isn't a way to chat with someone prior to opening an account because you need to sign in to chatthe conversation in which I was assured I would receive a larger credit line occurred before I opened my account and was verbal but I will provide the transcript upon request &/or the recording.The reviewed transcript is what initiated my complaint that capital one representatives treat customers differently and mislead them once they open an account.As far as the cardholder agreement goes, there is no mention of additional depositsin faact, I chatted with a Dallas last week who spent minutes trying to find where it says that I will only get my dollar amount back in the form of credit and he could only find it in the FAQ section which isn't part of any agreement.While I appreciate the offer to refund my $700, I hope you'll understand why I find that to be an unsatisfactory offer.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,
