This August we had a metal building installed on our propertyHowever, it was not built up to code and has failed inspectionFor four months we have been calling and emailing different Carolina Carports representatives to resolve the issueNothing has progressed and our last attempts have been ignored We would like this matter resolved promptly and amicably, but are prepared to escalate the issue if it is not addressed soon

Thanks for responding, but I am not happy with it where it said( Our sales manager, called the complainant to let her know that it would be a couple of weeks before we were out to look at the driveway and that the driveway was out of warranty) NO BODY NEVER EVER SAID THAT MY DRIVEWAY WAS OUT OF WARRANTYAround mid September Mike left me a massage and he said ( He knows that I called couple times and he said we will see what we can doHe left his cell phone number if I need to call him, and he said he will get back to me with the next couple of days )Never said a word about the WarrantyAfter few days I called him back to check, he said that he is in a meeting and he will call me, but he never call me back Among my calls, I was able to get a hold of Den ( who I was told many times, Den will give you a call because he is out of the office now )Anyway, the one time I was able to get a hold of Den, he said that he did stop by and took a look of my driveway, and someone will be out there to take care of it, but he could not give a date or time, and I told him it is October, as long as it will get done before winterNever said anything about the warranty, and nobody came Finally, I got a massage from KristianI called her, she knows my story very well as I told everybody about it each time a called for weeksShe said, we will schedule somebody to come out to put extra extra extra coat of a certain martial( I can not remember the name of it ), to fix the cracksI was glad to hear that Monday the 19th, after work I came back home my driveway was sealed, ( do not know why ), I still can see the cracksI thought I was suppose to get ( extra extra extra coat of a certain martial for the cracks only), as Kristian told meI called her and I said they sealed my driveway and the cracks still thereShe said send me pictures on my cell phoneI did, then I call again to make sure she got themShe said( it is getting late I will have to leave the office to pick up my daughter, and I will look at them and will call you later )She never call again I do not have any documents to support my situation, because it was all by phone Your response ended the story I will just have to say LORD HAVE MERCY

After being rescheduled multiple times, and after calling countless timesI have a building that I have sunk tens of thousands into that still leaks, and it looks bad because it's not trimmed out fullyAnd when I purchased the building I was told one thing and I got another....after calling in and requesting it to be fixed I was told that's how they do that type of building, well if I would have known that I was buying a building that was not going to be fully trimmed out and leaked then I would not have bought it, still waiting in trimming to be replaced( not all of it just pieces, they will not install the).....But when you purchase the building from a 3rd party and then Carolina carports uses a 3rd party to install the building every one just points the finger and blames someone else.....at the end of the day I would not recommend this outfit to build a dog house....poor customer service, poor craftsmanship and just a overall bad servicea modern-day carpetbagger type of co

April 21, I ordered a carport door for an existent car port which was installed by the same company 8/25/without a doorwhich was OK with the company and that I could install the door at any timeThis was done as indicated aboveSince I have called times and every time I was given "the next two weeks" Now I am waiting again for a date of installationBy the way I also was given different excuses such as we have another big project to do" or in the next two weeks" or the door got on another truck" or no answer at all I am years old and live alone and will not be able to take care of any snow fall drifting into this port In advance I thank you for of this matter Respectfully [redacted]

Purchased a steel building from this companyWas told delivery and installation would be 10weeks from calling for delivery (called on 9/12/17)Have been told times it would be next to be shippedGoing on months nowLast time I called woman told me I needed to talk to her boss but wasn't in but would give messageThat was 2weeks ago and have not heard from anyone yet

The crew was to arrive mid morning on a TuesdayThey called at PM and said they were comingIt was dark and they were told not to comeThey called multiple times that night with last call at 11:PMThey arrived at AM the next morningDrove a truck with no reverseDid not have a drill to cut anchor holesTried to block the base beams with firewoodThe building quality is good but the independent service contractor was terribleThis is the second and last carport I will purchase from themCustomer service is irrelevant to them

We ordered a carport on March 24, At the time the company we purchased it through told us that Carolina Carport was on a 6-week delivery We were fine with that, it is now June We have called a number of times to check on a delivery date only to get the run around over and over againThey finally called last Friday to tell us they would be her on the 27th of JuneNow today they call and say it will be next Friday the 30thI asked to speak with a manager which I have asked everytime and have always been told we will leave them a noteToday I was not taking no for a answer, I was connected to Nichole, I explained my frustration and asked her for some tye of compensation her response was I am only able to give you 5% discountI asked her if they could through in the anchorsAgain she responded with she was only able to give us 5%I told her if the carport is not in my drive way completely set up by Friday the 30th at 5:00pm they could just cancel our orderHad I looked at thier Revdex.com ratings I never would have ordered from them.I have to give them a rate for this to post but is more than I would ever give them

Would not install my carport and left and never came back I want my deposit back they were also two days late and when they were supposed to be there

Have been waiting for over months for our open carport to be installedThe permit person in the Tampa area, Mike [redacted] , waited over months to file our permitWe were told by our dealership that it would be 8-weeks to be installedThe dealership, [redacted] in Dover Fl, took our 15% deposit but never heard from the againThe Carport company kept telling me we were waiting on the permit, but they lied several times because the county had no record of the permit being filedAfter multi calls and complaints, they finally file the permit on November 2, and now we are just waiting in line for the countyPLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANYThey are so unhelpful and will give you the runaround

I have a Carolina Carport for many years, just ordered side enclosure's back in July it's now November and still nothingWhen I call it's still the same excuse,"your an add on" and we have to wait for the same contractor! It's been years, does that contractor still work for them? No answerYou can't just put it on any truck heading north? No, has to be same contractorThis place absolutely has no customer service! If you don't care about waiting and poor customer service this would be the company for youPay a tad more and buy local! I wish I had

Worst experience of my lifeWaited days was told the delivery would be between and And that they would call when on the wayI had to drive an hour to the location of the deliveryAt I called to see where they were, was told they would be there by noonAT I called again and was told they were there at 7amAND they would not be backTHE woman I spoke to was incredulous to say the leastI asked for a refund of my deposit and was told no refundsWE will see about thatSteer clear of this company is the best advice I can offer

AmeriCoat sincerely apologizes for not resolving these issues in a timely manner If the day is convenient for the customer, we would like to come out on Monday, September to repair the driveway Once that service is complete, we will be out to clean the sealer from the concrete and garage door We have tentatively scheduled the driveway repair for September 12; however, we will wait for confirmation from the customer before performing the service on that day

I ordered my carport through [redacted] , a reseller for Carolina Carports [redacted] made a mistake on my order; once the product was delivered, both [redacted] and Carolina Carports were complete jerks about correcting the mistakeCarolina Carports lied to me about color matching and tried to price gouge me on replacement metalI ultimately had to fix the problem with my carport myself, at my own expenseHORRIBLE customer service!

With such poor ratings by the Revdex.com and an "ALERT" warning, I was really worried about ordering my carport from Carolina Carport, IncI researched other major carport dealers and found that most had the same rating and "ALERT" as Carolina CarportsWith this info, I was left the choice of taking a chance with Carolina Carport or not purchasing a carportThe latter was not an optionI purchased my 18X36Xcarport on Feband was installed on March WOW! That was quickThe two installers who installed the carport, Ulises & Jose, were very professional, hard working, and informativeThey asked me how I wanted certain things done and gave me tips for better ground supportI would recommend them every dayThe quality of the frame and siding was top notch along with the install

We purchased spring of and in fully enclosed metal buildings Now with the rain season we noticed the building leaking and upon checking the roof area noticed that there were very few screws appliedWe started checking all prior buildings purchased through Carolina carports and noticed that the older ones are well screwed along the frameThe and buildings are NOTthe roof panels rattle badly, leaking, buckling of the overlap seams where it leaves a gap We called several times, left messages and nobody returned our calls We have sent numerous emails which were equally ignored At the time of signing off on the buildings we were not able to check the roof due to the building height and since the roof area is hunter green one can't really see the screws Same as in the assembly crew charged us cash in hand for a measuring mistake Carolina carport had madeI had requested a garage door which was quoted first and affirmed then quickly changed in foll

Bought the carport in May received two phone call, July and September both because I call the dealer and complainedHad enough by the end of October called the dealer again and the dealer emailed several people including a top person finally got a response said the would delivered Oct 30-They called said the carport would be delivered on Monday Oct Now on Friday Oct I get another phone call they moved the date to Thurs Nov I have patently for months with ONLY a few calls needless to say I am Happy with this company and will NEVER buy againI had to put a star would have not put anything
