I ordered my carport thru a dealer on June and it was installed today, July by Carolina carportsThey had called about two weeks ago to notify me of delivery date Excellent job by the two man crew, three hours start to finish and no mess at all! Would definitely use your company again! Extremely happy with product and services

AmeriCoat does stand behind the quality and workmanship of our product We can either reduce the total cost of the invoice to $100, or we can reseal coat of asphalt driveway sealer on the drive in the spring of at no additional charge to the customer If the customer chooses the repair coat option, the balance of $will need to be paid

Carolina Carports changed the price of our garage after we purchased it and sent us a bill for $ I spoke to someone in the office and they offered to give a 50% adjustment but this didn't even happen

WE ORDERED A CARPORT BACK ON SEPT 24, WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TO WEEKSBY NOVEMBER I HAD CALLED AT LEAST TWICE EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY SAID DUE TO WEATHER OR THAT WE WERE ON THE LIST AND WOULD GET A CALL THE FOLLOWING WEEKWE NEVER GOT A CALL I CALLED AGAIN IN JAN STILL NO CARPORT BUT TOLD THEY WERE GOING TO CALL US NEXT WEEK EVERY TIME I MADE SURE THEY HAD THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBERS I CALL AGAIN THE END OF MARCH THEY PROCEED TO TELL ME THEY TRIED TO CALL US IN FEB NEITHER I NOR MY HUSBAND GOT A CALL FROM THEM AND AGAIN I MADE SURE THEY HAD THE RIGHT PHONE NUMBER AND THEN THE MIDDLE OF APRIL WE HAD TO PUT IT ON HOLD AND THEN A WEEK LATER I CALLED AND TOLD THEM TO BRING IT..MAY STILL NO CARPORT OR CALL I GO TO THE LOCAL DEALER HERE FOR THEM AND REQUEST MY MONEY BACK AND SO HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT MORNING TO GET MY CHECK IN THE MEANTIME I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE COMPANY TOLD HIM BECAUSE THE NEXT DAY THE MAN WAS RUDE AND SAID NOW THAT HE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THAT THEY HAD CALLED US SEVERAL TIMES TO DELIVER WHICH WAS A BALD FACE LIE..AND THAT WE HAD PUT IT ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES ANOTHER LIEI WOULDNT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY CAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR CARPORT WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED IT UP ON Revdex.com BEFORE I ORDERED IT

On 7/6/I paid a deposit to Carolina carports to install a awning over my RvI was told it would me installed in weeksUntrue! After poor communication from the coit was installed on 9/That's over weeksWhen the installers arrived they discovered they only had open tube of roof sealer (not enough)I provided a tube from my truck(still not enough sealer)After the install I emailed my sales rep from the co and informed him of the problem and that the roof leaks in several spots due to not enough sealerI stated that I did not expect them to drive all the way back, rather just send me the sealer and I will resolve the issue myselfThat was on 10/Today is 11/and after several attempts to contact the rep, I received no reply to my email, no roof sealer! All I have received is a leaky roof, lies, and no service after the sale I do NOT recommend doing business with this coYou WILL receive VERY poor customer service, VERY poor service after the sale, and lie

I bought a building from them through one of their dealers April 24thWas told once a down payment was made I would be contacted by CCI representative to complete the saleWhen making this purchase The sale person stated usual delivery was within weeks I was contacted by CCI and asked about a set of plans to take to the local building inspector to get them approvedThey emailed me a set and said they were approved for use in all of Texas Took them to the inspector and was advised they do not meet the requirements for my areaThe engineer that signs off on them for CCI is not approved for Texas as a wind storm engineerI spoke with Whitney Hat CCI and was told she would check with the engineers and see if there was anything that could be done as they had never had this problem beforeShe returned my call and said the engineers could not change the plans and there was nothing else that could be done, April 30th I spoke with the local building inspector, his recommenda

I was leery of buying a building from Carolina Carports because of their dismal track record. The dealer that sold it to me assured me that they are working on some issues and considering they install many buildings across the country you are gonna have some complaints. I took the dealer on his work cause we found out we served together in the Marine Corp and in the same unit. Process of building went great. Crew showed up as I was told and 24 hours later the 30x41 bldg. was completed. The crew was organized and worked very hard and steady and answered any questions my site foreman had, (brother-in-law). I was not able to be their cause I had to work but I would give the 9 out of 10 stars for workmanship and only because I'm fussier than most people but two rows of screws on one side were crooked. They should have snapped a chalk line to follow. However, it was not a deal breaker and most people would not notice it. Having said all of this I have not, at this point, looked for any leaks or seen any or other issues that would probably all under the warranty. The office stall in Dobson, especially Mallory was very helpful and fair. So far I've had a lot of compliments on the building. So maybe they have turned things around and I would recommend and use them again.

In November I had a building installed30x35xThe installation went wellOne dayAbout weeks after the build I was working in the shop when I noticed a leak in the rooof close to the ridge and in the backUpon inspection it looked like it was leaking in two locationsWhen I touched the roof I saw water appear along a seam of the roofI contacted Carolina Carports was was told they would schedule someone and let me know when they would be outI called back today, about two weeks later and was told that they would have to schedule it when someone is in the area and it could be 6-weeks from nowI find that unacceptableA happy customer should be importantIt appears that it is notA better system to address issues should be in placeI will note that this is my second building built by themI never had an issue with the other oneThat is why I chose them againI am now regretting that decision

For asphalt sealcoating services, the only equipment used to prepare a driveway is a backpack blower and a string trimmer to trim the grass along the edges When the crew arrived at this customer’s property, they notified the office that the condition of the drive was too poor for sealcoating The bottom portion of the drive had deteriorated due to lack of maintenance and no longer has a solid base of asphalt necessary for the adhesion of sealer A message was left for the customer at that time to discuss estimates for possible paving work AmeriCoat did not perform any services on this driveway We will be happy to provide the customer an estimate for a hot patch at the bottom of the driveway or a complete replacement of the driveway

David Bought a build form Carolina Carports 12/1/It was installed by Ramiro [redacted] *** on 1/15/2018.The installer was very professionalThe only problem I have is the bottom panel on the left side of the buildingIt starts goof in rear but by time it gets to front of build it is 1/“ from ground, in turn will cause panels to rustI called and talked to Alison with Carolina Carports around April of 2018, to inform them about problem She took my info and said would get back with meDid not hear from Carolina Carports again around June and Alison told me to send pictures of problem area of build , so I did August heard nothing so called Carolina Carports, Alison informed me that my info had got mixed up with someone else and notes said problem takin care of ,NOTAlison said she would get it straight and get back with me,weeeell that never happenedOn 11/29/I called Carolina Carports AGAIN, spoke with Sarah , she informed me that Alison no longer works here anymore that she would handle issue from here onI sent MORE pictures ,they had lost first fileShe spoke with shop Forman and engineer and said that nothing wrong with buildingCalled them back on 12/06/and Sarah told me that they had scheduled a crew to come out on week of 12/12/, I thought GREAT, Wrong, they were going to charge me $to do job , now they had NOT informed me of this .Only reason for giving stars is bld came out great except for that panel to low to groundAlso I have a one year warranty on workmanship on building, well that’s a bunch of BullThis also make me wonder about warranty on Building

Carport was ordered August 2, Have been given several tentative delivery dates since September and one definite date in December that was then cancelled by the companyI was then told I would hear from them some time in January which means I've been waiting almost months and still no delivery dateThere are also other orders in my area which have been cancelled due to their inability to deliver in a reasonable time after I had cancelled my own orderI would never do business with this company if looking for a carport or storage building

This was the first notification that I have receivedI did not receive a phone call that I requested nor an emailThe only email I received was that you were closing the complaintThis is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately The business did not address any of my concerns and is merely giving me a unapologetic apology I expect this to be re-opened and handled more professionally I would like to speak with someone higher than the managers such as a director or owner [redacted]

After purchasing a carport, I was told that I would receive a call after 4-8 weeks of the purchase. When they called me to schedule, they required a small down payment to secure the delivery. They scheduled the delivery for June 30th. On June 30th, I ended up having to call them, and when I did, they said that the truck had broken down, and they needed to reschedule for a different day. They didn't have availability until Tuesday July 12th. It wasn't ideal, but I tried to understand, even though I took off a day of work to be available for the delivery. On July 11th, they called and said that they would have to reschedule for Wednesday July 13th because they wouldn't be available to get to my house in time. Ok, again, not ideal, but at least they called me the day before. So, today, on July 13th, the day my carport is to arrive, I am waiting aimlessly for a phone call or something to fill me in on what time they will arrive. Nothing.. I purchased a carport through Carport Central in the form of a garage with automatic garage doors (extra $1000) after waiting nearly two months for the garage to be built, the crew up and left after a days work - leaving it nearly finishedI ended up finishing the last few things myself and cleaning up hundreds of small pieces of sharp metal and screwsHowever the garage doors never worked rightFrom the beginning they would open and close themselvesOften times we would come home to an open garageUnfortunately, the door decided to close while I was exciting the garage recently and damaged my vehicle, this is after the company sent a crew out months ago to remedy the problemWe are getting two new garage doors installed today (if the installer shows) and I am hoping they can speak english as it is difficult to explain a problem when they cannot understand youNot a company I would recommend

I ordered a Carport, this is the second one I ordered from [redacted] ***, dealer of Carolina carports [redacted] *** was my sales specialist I had a delivery install date from the Florida install department of Dec I believe I called the office a few times that day to check on delivery times, first she said after lunch, I called again after lunch and she said before dark I reminded her it got dark around 5pm 5pm rolls around and no call and no installers At this time the office was closedThe installers called me a couple hours later stating they were finishing a job and that they would arrive soon I had to call them back a couple times, asked them about rescheduling because at this time it was after 8pm They said that if they didn't install it that evening it would be put off until the new year I told them we had no outside lights, they said they had lightsThey did not show up until after 10pm at night They did not finish until after 1am They bu

Carolina Carports has exhibited a pattern of poor customer service relative dealing with my questionsWhen I’ve called them, they have put me on an extended hold as they contact a second party to deal with my issuesAs well they offered no help with determining which product I should purchase which led to my ordering the wrong productWhen I confronted their customer service employee about not helping me choose the right product, she responded that they do not help customers choose the correct productUnfortunately I chose a product that when delivered to me would not fit my driveway, as they required more space than the width of the actual carportI had no idea about this requirement because they didn’t inform me of the requirementTherefore, to ultimately receive the correct size carport I would have to pay a restocking feeI feel this company is only concerned with selling their product, and expanding their customer base, and do not offer adequate customer service

weeks after ordering my carport, they still cant tell me when I will get delivery say its due to rain in Georgia..Cant believe that would hold up my order in central Florida!!! Not at least if they have any crews that will work for them outside of a few areas I have bought three carports from them and each time they get slower on deliveryI will never use these characters again for anything
