Electronicsforce.com aka CELL2GETCOM Product: Cell phone LG G7 ThinQ LMG710ULM
Worst experience ever. This place completely screwed me over and I lost over $400 in the process. Not to mention hours of time and frustration. The story is too long and went on for months but bottom line is I would and will never do business with this POS company. This is my personal opinion and experience with this horrific business. I attempted to save money by buying a cell phone online from this place and it turned into a complete nightmare. My takeaway is that it is not worth trying to save a few bucks by buying something like a cell phone online. Too many shady characters like this place (electronicsforce.com aka CELL2GETCOM). Factor in shipping time, shipping costs, personal time... Just not worth it. If anything goes wrong any money you may have save goes out the window. If buying a cell phone I'd buy from a place local where you can see it before you buy it and you can return it if any problems. If you buy online, unless you have another cell phone, you will be without a phone if you have any problems. I knew when I paid $30 extra for expedited shipping and it took 2 weeks I had made a mistake. Then they sent me the wrong (cheaper) model phone TWICE, took weeks which turned into months. Not to mention both phones appeared to be used and/or refurbished and not new as described. After the 2nd wrong phone they abruptly refused to communicate with me any longer. In the meantime I could not go without a phone so ended up buying the one I bought and asked for from this company from amazon. Now I am stuck with the other phone as they become obsolete and go down in value quickly as the new models come out. Nightmare. Never again.

The business sent an identical message previouslyThis message evaded all points that were brought up, including first and foremost that the order was supposed to be CANCELLED and the transaction REVERSED at a time that predates the item shippingThe alleged scenario of verifying the address with the issuing bank, legitimate or not, becomes IRRELEVANT due the the fact that the order was cancelled due to Cell2Get waiting too long to ship the itemOn top of that, the item had been shipped by United States Postal Service, when the shipping option on the original order was United Parcel Service (UPS)None of what Cell2Get has pocketed is legitimate due to the fact that the order had been cancelled completely, and this is notwithstanding (1) the ignoring of the shipping method and (2) charging a restocking fee even though the item was sent back for a full refund WITHIN the terms and conditions (i.eit was not past days and the package was never opened.)

I called up the guys at cell2get and was treated with nothing but respectThey explained their policies, their gaurantees, and lo an d behold, they had new Lumias in stockIt seemed to good to be true but I knew I could rely on Revdex.com and other outlets to correct any wrongdoingThere was none to be had, however, as my phone arrived within seven days and looks even better than my friend's device
Im never left in the dark and now am taken care of because of this companyThey are a better business indeed and Im happy to share this experience with you all before you (hopefully) dont get fooled by other agenciesCell2get is the real dealGood service

Cell2Get lists on it's website that "When it comes to services, being good is not good enough, we strive for excellence." However, they sold a defective phone and then were not responsive to numerous phone calls and emails Their "fixes" did not solve the long-term problems and then they said the, phone returned to them at my expense, which would be fixed by the manufacturer, would be returned in "2-weeks." Instead, the phone was returned in months and not fixed By which time, the warranty had run out I make this complaint not only because the product was defective, but also for their blatant disregard for customer service I have attached some of the correspondence

I purchased a Lumia phone from Cell2Get that was advertised as 32GB with expandable memory up to 128GB The phone they provided was 16GB When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told by a representative that the 32GB represented an internal 16GB of storage and a 16GB expansion card that could be purchased separately This was clearly not what was advertised During a phone call with the same rep, he indicated that I didn't want the 32GB version, since the only 32GB version available was an international one that is not unlocked and only works on the *** network I told him I was aware of this when I ordered the phone and was fine with that as I use *** He then informed me that Cell2Get did not have the 32GB version that they had advertised and that I had ordered The rep offered to send me a 16GB sd card, but I intended to get a better, more expensive card (64GB with a faster data transfer) We then offered instead to credit my card $25, the approximate value of the 16GB sd card he had offered I accepted his solution, but no credit was ever applied The phone that I ordered (and that they said they could not provide) is still listed for sale on their website as of the time of this writing I could believe Cell2Get made an honest mistake in selling an item that they did not have, but shipping an inferior item, followed by misrepresenting the initial ad and then offering a resolution that they did not provide demonstrates intentional malfeasance

I have been having Internet problems on top of a very heavy work schedule, which resulted in my inability to respond promptly
In all, I am sorry to say that I am completely dissatisfied with the way this complaint has been handledIf looked at closely, my points were clearly made, while the business was being constantly evasiveThe last statement from the business was even as a run-on, which indicates a lack of professionalism or interest in really resolving the infraction committed by the businessTheir "terms of service" clearly stated exactly what both of us (parties) saidThe problem is that they decided to arbitrarily ignore it simply because they can (as mentioned in my last response in the thread)They clearly state that a restocking fee applies if at least one of the criteria is metNeither was met in my case, as I both shipped it back within the 30-day policy and the merchandised was never opened (for the record, even the shipping package was never opened)Although, this is all assuming that the return is the main issueThe business does not have a leg to stand on regardless of the fact that the terms of service were met, as I was lied to by them when I called to cancelled and the person on the phone hastily said, "Ok, it's done." Clearly, that was a lie as well
This is a business that, given its history with customers, the man named "***" in customer service has a history of being obnoxious and rude to the point of harassing customers and attempting to set up bogus charges to serve via an alleged "legal department." I have a witness that can corroborate this
