Review: I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 16gb GSM UNLOCKED GT-I9200 cell phone and paid for FED-X Shipping, item was shipped the First Class International from China when I was told phone was shipped from New York. Then finally when the phone showed up I received a Samsung Galaxy 5.8 8gb which is a totally different phone and a cheaper phone then I purchased and I can't get them to answer the phone or call me back. They robbed me for over $150 and charged me for shipping that I didn't get.Desired Settlement: Get me the phone I ordered and pay for return shipping on the wrong phone they sent me or refund my money back to my Debit Card.

The item didn't arrive until Friday 9/**, but they told me it was shipped via FedEx SmartPost and it clearly was not. I called FedEx and they had no record of the package and spoke to someone at the post office and they looked at it and told me it was send USPS First Class mail for a cost of less than $4.

Review: First phone I received was used, not new. sent it back. Second phone I received proved to be defective after a few months. Phone would not charge properly and would not maintain a charge. Sent it to Samsung and was told the phone was water damaged. Sent the phone into Cell2get for their repair and have not received the phone back. Dozens of emails and phone calls and no response. now no one even answers the phone at their office. I recently read that the type of difficulty I have experienced with the phone's charging is not uncommon with the S3 model. I would like to get a new phone or a full refund.Desired Settlement: I think at this point I no longer have confidence in Cell2get and prefer a cash refund. Two phones, two bad experiences, not a good company to bank on.

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy S3 on June **, 2013. When the phone arrived is was scratched and ding. I contacted Cell2get on June [redacted] and they said to return it and they would provided a new phone. I mailed the phone back to them on June **, 2013. Cell2get provided a new phone and reimbursed me $16.22 for my shipping cost on August *, 2013. The new phone appeared to function properly for months and then it began not holding a charge. Cell2get instructed me to send it to Samsung in that it was still under warranty. I began communicating with Samsung in January 2014. I sent eight emails between January ** to February **, 2014. Samsung eventually claimed the cause was water damage. This was not true unless the phone had been water damaged before it was shipped to me by Cell2get.

Cell2get said to send the phone to them and they would have their SPECIAL TECHNICIANS repair it. I sent the phone to Cell2get on March *, 2014. I followed up with thirteen email messages and more than 24 telephone calls. I have not received my phone back and I have not received compensation for the phone.

I ordered and paid for a new unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3. The June phone was used. The second phone in late July early August appeared new but developed critical problems. No one at Cell2get has answered my emails or my many phones calls for a month or more. According to them they have had possession or control of my phone since March and perhaps they have held it until they thought the warranty had expired. If necessary I will forward copies of my emails, correspondence from Samsung and Cell2get, shipping receipts and credit card receipts. I am very disappointed, Cell2get had high ratings according their reviews but my experience has been horrible. Please obtain a cash refund, I have no confidence in Cell2get to do the right thing now or in the future.

Review: I ordered 16GB IPhone 4 on December **, 2103 and received it on December **, 2013 from cell2get company. When I was placing order over the phone I asked representative if the phone is new, he told me yes its brand new with one year warranty. When we received the phone it was 8GB instead 16 GB and they charged me for 16 GB. I bought the phone for my husband Christmas gift, when he opened the phone and we called apple store to check if the phone is new and if it has one year warranty from manufacture the apple store representative told me that IPhone is not brand new and its registered under somebody's name under AT& T carrier and there is no warranty since 2011. My husband didn't use the phone, because he wanted to return it back to cell2get company, and called to get a return code they gave me, also they have two weeks return policy, so I returned the phone on January **2014 its one week and five days. When I called cell2get and asked them if they received the phone on January **on Monday. I request refund for 391.99 and they only refunded 309 dollars back to my credit card. I called cell2 get and asked them why they didn't refund all the money, they told me that its restocking fee. Why they charged me restocking fee if the item they shipped was a wrong item plus they lied to us about the phone being new and has warranty, but its not new and no warranty. The phone was not used by us, and they said that they cannot resale it, why not? we didn't use the phone at all and its was return in the same condition that it was received. I feel that they just rip off people like that, charging almost 100 dollars for nothing, for something that they lie about. I feel their company should be investigated if they sell product that they say its new..Desired Settlement: I need to get full refund of 391.99.

Review: I purchased a new motorola droid maxx cell phone on there web site on 2-**-14, I ask for and never received tracking info, on friday feb **2014 I received a refurbished motorola droid razor phone. I called and left several messages, I finally talked to melvin on monday. I sent the phone back on tuesday the **with a signature required and tracking info, he received the phone on friday the **of feb. I have since received two e-mails back one stating please allow 9-12 days one stating please allow 10-14 days for a refund, I have also received an e-mail asking for a pay-pal account info to refund. I used a first national bank credit card to pay for the item. I have placed a complaint with my credit card company also on this issue. It cost me $441.83 for the phone and $16.00 in return shipping. Since this has happened to me I have looked into there web site seeing several other people with the same issue of buying a $400 phone and receiving a $100. phone instead and everyone with issues of getting any money back out of them. There web page states in very large print stating (Bran new phones) and they send you a low end refurbished phone and make you wait for a refund.Desired Settlement: To receive the cost of my phone of $441.83 and $16.00 shipping, they at minum need to replace the word new with refurbished and as many complaints and what you have to go through, they need to have there business closed.

I called my credit card company today, there is no refund as of 9am this morning. Also where did [redacted] account come from? I used the same credit card to purchase the phone and to pay usps to send it back. I do not want or will I accept a [redacted] payment, refund to my credit card used only.

As for phone, I ordered a motorola droid max, the one I ordered from your web site showes a picture of a droid max with three buttons at the bottom of the screen, it also stated new phone in origional box, I received a motorola razor max which has four buttons at the bottom of the screen and valued at $100 on [redacted] if I wanted to purchase one of those. also the phone I received was not new, I have purchased refurbished phones before and there was no book and a plain box, we took pictures of there web site and the phone I ordered and a picture of the phone and box I received.

Review: I had purchased this mobile phone from cell2get with it being advertised that it was a brand new phone of apple I phone 4.When the product came over, it had problems with connectivity and when I called the person at cell2get he stared speaking to me rudely.Further he stated that I can go ahead and complain wherever I wanted and refused to furnish his name. I then left the matter and seeing that this problem still persisted, took it to apple at the genius bar whose technicians looked at the phone and stated that this has been a used phone and been refurbished and stated the phone was origiallly a black phone but they went ahead and put a white cover and sold it to us.The technicians stated that this phone has sure been tampered with and this is for sure a used phone. I would never recommend anyone buying from this seller.The worst customer service and would for sure recommend anyone wanting to buy a phone to never get cheated this way and buy from the apple dealer.Desired Settlement: I have lost almost 450 dollare to cell2get and since the phone was not working had to pay an additional 149 dollars to replacce the phone.I felt cheated.

I ordered a nokia lumia 930 and it ended up breaking within the first couple of weeks of use. I contacted cell2get to get an RMA and it was super easy! The whole process was straightforward, fast and cell2get was very accommodating. They even let me change my shipping address to have the replacement cell phone sent back to my current address. Wonderful! All of my experiences with customer service at cell2get have been nothing but positive and the shopping experience has been wonderful.

Review: I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Note N7000. I paid an extra $20 for 3-day FedEx shipping. It came through the mail USPS and was the wrong item. I was told to ship it back and they would exchange it and get it to me by that Wednesday. I put it back in the mail literally minutes after I got off the phone with them and started waiting. The website marked at as shipped around 9am ( I know because I was checking at the moment) on Monday. I waited and it was supposed to be here Wednesday. It didn't come in Wednesday, or Thursday, or Friday. I called and was assured it was a problem with the mail and that it would be here today, Monday, and that he would have a [redacted] call me this morning (also Monday) to talk to me about my issue. I was given a tracking number that says that the shipping information didn't go through until Tuesday and it hasn't even shipped at all yet. Review: I placed an online order at 14:52 PM CST 12/*/2013 on cell2get.com, and then I found the company has reviews complaining sending the buyers used or refurbished phones, so decided to cancel the order. I sent an email at 15:23PM (I have proof for this one), and used an online form to cancel the order, but got no response, so I made a phone call at around 16:00PM (I have proof for this one),, nobody picked up the phone, so I left a message to cancel the order. I called again at 17:18:56 (I have proof for this one),, and this time someone picked up the phone. I told him I want to cancel the order, and was immediately told the phone was shipped out one hour ago. I used the tracking number they provided me, but not found in the system. At the same time, the order still shows as "pending" in my account. According to their website, any refused or returned shipment will be charged a minimum restocking of 15%, and they simply don't give the customer a chance to cancel the order. Review: I ordered a phone from these guys and after weeks of complains and silly excuses I finally received a phone which so happened to be already damaged and thus did not work. I travelled from Philadelphia to Brooklyn in person to return it since I had suspisions about their business at this stage. I was promised a refund but after two weeks nothing. I called back again only to be told my request for a refund had been denied because I had damaged the phone; a phone I received already damaged and I confirmed this at the apple store too. I just want a refund that's all. Review: After my experience, I believe that purchasing a phone from Cell2get.com is a gamble. It took me 78 days to receive the correct model and new phone I purchased. I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Nexus Mobile Phone Model SPHL700KIT on 4/**/2013 and paid for FedEx Ground delivery. I received the wrong model phone 10 days later on 4/**/2013. (FedEx Ground shows 2 days from Brooklyn to the Chicago area). The phone was NOT Shipped FedEx Ground as paid for, but standard USPS First Class mail. I contacted Cell2get.com and spoke with [redacted]. He said he would get a replacement phone out expedited and shipped to my work address. After numerous calls and emails to [redacted] and an additional 23 days later, I received a replacement phone on 5/**/213. The replacement phone was: - Not shipped expedited as agreed - It was shipped USPS First Class mail - Not shipped to the updated work address as agreed - REMANUFACTURED and NOT NEW as advertised on the Cell2get.com web page subsequent emails and calls to [redacted] The replacement phone's battery cover was used and it did not fit correctly due to broken snaps. After many calls and emails to [redacted] at Cell2get.com, I understood from [redacted] at Cell2get.com that he believes remanufactured is new. After [redacted] agreed to replace this remanufactured phone with a verified new one, it finally arrived via USPS First class mail an additional 28 days later on 6/**/2013. It was the correct phone and appears to be new but the box and phone were opened. (not sealed). The replacement phone was not shipped expedited and did not arrive at my work address as agreed. It arrived USPS First class mail shipped inside a USPS Priority Mail padded envelope turned inside out. -The price dropped $15 to $304.99 and there was no effort by [redacted] at Cell2get.com to adjust the price. -The FedEx shipping $10.32 was not credited -The return shipping of 2 phones @ $24.84 to [redacted] at Cell2get.com (due to Cell2get.com fault) was not credited or adjusted -Items were never shipped FedEx as paid for -USPS tracking numbers are generated days before the package is received at the USPS orgin facility -USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes are turned inside out and used to ship (slower) USPS 1st Class Mail -Remanufactured phones are being sold as new and Cell2get.com doesn't seem to understand he difference My opinion based on my experience - look else where to purchase a phone.Desired Settlement: Due to the dismal and inexcusable mishandling involved with this routine on-line purchase, I believe it is appropriate to credit me $126.41 as a customer satisfaction adjustment. Review: I have ordered through the cell2 get twice: first time I found an add for the cell phone Nokia e71 that was advertised as an unlock phone. It wasn't! it took me about 10 days to play seek and hide with the business rep who pretended to help me to unlock the phone until I gave up and returned it. soon enough I was shopping online again and came across the same site. this time I have ordered nokia e63, also advertised as available in stock and unlocked. I have placed my order, got the confirmation number. I have placed my order on june **, and received an email on july *, simply telling me that my order has been cancelled - 10 days later, and NO EXPLANATIONS WHATSOEVER! Review: I ordered a Nokia Lumia 925 (advertised as new, factory unlocked) on December **, with 3 day shipping (order #[redacted]). After one week, I had not received the phone. I called more than 5 times, then finally received a phone on January [redacted]. However, it was not the phone that I ordered. It was the wrong model number (Nokia Lumia 928, branded by Verizon) and clearly not new. It did not even come with a manual or factory box. Review: I ordered a cell phone from Cell2Get.com on August [redacted], 2013 for a total of $122. I also paid for 3 day shipping via FedEx for an extra charge of $19.26. This made the total of my order $141.26. As of August [redacted], 2013 I had not received the item I ordered and my transaction was still showing as "processing" on the Cell2Get.com website. I emailed their support to ask why the transaction was still not processed and why my order was not shipped in 3 business days as I had paid extra for. They responded by asking for my order number and then took another day to respond, giving me a tracking number for USPS instead of FedEx. I asked why I was given a USPS tracking number when I paid for 3 day shipping through FedEx, and they responded the next day by saying it would be delivered by FedEx and not USPS. They did not provide any further information. Upon doing some research on the company, I discovered that they had a long list of complaints filed through the Revdex.com and many consumer rights websites had dozens of accounts similar to mine. I then immediately disputed the charge to my credit card, as I never received my order at all. On August [redacted], 2013 I received an email with a notification that my order placed on August [redacted] had been cancelled. The date today is September [redacted], 2013 and now this merchant has re-billed my card for the original amount of $141.26, despite having cancelled my order and I have received nothing at all from them.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of my original order ($141.26) credited back to my Capital One mastercard immediately.

Review: I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Sii phone from cell2get on 9/**/13. I could not find the phone in any of the local phone carriers because it was released in April, 2011. The website states that all phones are Brand New. When I recieved my phone from FedEX, the box itself had wear and tear on it. the phone inside does not appear to be new. It was a little dusty, and smells bad. on the back of the phone, there is a sticker that says Made in Korea, refurbished by [redacted]. I had assumed that it had been factory unlocked because the phone was advertized as brand new. If something is brand new, it should be in a sealed box. When I called the company to tell them that I was not expecting it to be refurbished, I was told that they would charge me 25% of the phone's cost, or I could buy another phone and pay shipping to send the current phone back to them. I had read the return policy, not expecting to need it, and it states that shipping costs would be charged and I would be responsible to ship the item back. It also mentions up to 15% restocking fee. I didn't see anything about having to pay a quarter of what the phone was worth.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund upon receipt of this item instead of the 25% deduction offered by the company due to false advertising. Refurbished and new are not the same. Item descriptions should be clear for consumers. I saw many refurbished phones online while I was searching for a phone and passed them up, because I wanted the peace of mind to know that the phone was unlocked by Samsung under their standards. I am not in the position to lose a quarter of the phone price.

I have not seen a refund of any sort credited to my account. The seller told me on the phone that the refund would be minus 25% of the total purchase. I challenge the seller to show me the fine print that mentions specifics of returns other than a 15% restocking fee. If a phone is refurbished, that should also clearly be stated on your product to avoid customer/seller disputes, especially when the site says in big letters ALL PHONES ARE BRAND NEW. I will be elated if I do in fact receive credit back to my card in a timely manner.
