Review: Ordered a Unlocked unbranded Samsung Note 2 GT-N7100 and received a Samsung SGH-T889 T-Mobile branded phone. Paid $10.32 for [redacted] shipping and phone came [redacted]. They would not supply any [redacted] Tracking. Phone was suppose to be brand new in original packaging and came open box (shrink-wrap was missing. Requesting a full refund.Desired Settlement: Requesting a full refund. Will return phone as received.

We regret your dissatisfaction. please check attachment for your Pre-paid Return Label. please ship the phone back within 48 hours otherwise the return label expire. once the item returned we will issue a Full Refund of $314.31 to your credit card. again We regret your dissatisfaction and the inconvenience you've experienced.

Review: I purchased a Motorola cell phone from this company. On their website it states "all phones are brand new". When I received this phone it was used and showed wear all over the phone.

I called customer service and was told to send the phone back and they would refund my money. I sent phone back and received a call from them and was told a refund was being sent.

About four days later, I received notice of package at post office requiring delivery conformation. When I got to post office, I noticed that the package looked exactly like the one sent to me with first phone. I refused the package and called customer service again and was told this time that they would not issue refund and would only send replacement.

On their web page they state a refund would be sent if requested. This is what I requested when I sent the used back to them. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and awaiting results.Desired Settlement: Something needs to be done to protect consumers from companies like this.

Review: On November **, 2013 I ordered a new phone from Cell2Get.com with 2-day shipping.

On November **, 2013 I received a USED phone with incompatible accessories.

On December **, 2013 an exchange was processed from China, despite the website stating they ship from NY city.

Cell2Get.com provided incorrect tracking information, requiring numerous requests for clarification.

On December **, 2013 I received an incorrect exchange from Cell2Get.com.

On February **, 2014 an exchange was processed by Cell2Get.com.

On March **, 2014 Cell2Get.com was notified that they once again provided incorrect tracking information and that an exchange has still not been received.

Cell2Get.com has demonstrated incompetence in fulfilling orders accurately, unreasonably long delays for exchange and unprofessional customer service inadequate at communicating.Desired Settlement: 1.) Fulfillment of order.

2.) Refund for 2-day shipping of incorrect product (company error).

I am writing in regards to complaint ID [redacted] my Order # [redacted]from Cell2get.com still has not been fulfilled. The exchange they claimed to have sent was not.

They have provided false or erroneous tracking information to me on numerous occasions. This includes the latest response to the NY Revdex.com on 3/**/14.

The response states:

" we send exchange phone to you usps tracking # is [redacted]

The USPS tracking page states "Electronic Shipping Info Received" on 2/**/14 with no log entries indicating shipment.

It should not take 1 month for a package to arrive in California from New York.

I would like complaint ID [redacted] reopened and the following 4 actions to take place:

1.) Fulfillment of Order # [redacted]

2.) Refund of 2-day shipping charges on incorrect product (due to company error) - $29.14

3.) Compensation for returning incorrect product (due to company error) - $13.64

4.) Compensation for returning incorrect exchange (due to 2nd company error) - $13.64

I have spent $56.42 in total shipping charges due entirely to Cell2get.com negligence. I would like my order fulfilled and this amount credited to my card or I will seek legal recourse through the NY Attorney General.

I checked into customer order and this is my findings customer placed the order on 03/**/2013 ( 9 MONTH AGO) cutomer contact us on april [redacted] and requsted to return the phone we issued a customer RMA # and customer failed to return the phone to us. due the customer had the cell phone for over 9 month we are unable to issue a replacement at the moment we can only offer a repair

The return was not done only because we disagreed with 15% restocking fee and return shipping fee. I should have full-refund plus two way shipping on seller because it is solely seller's problem (sending used-phone while it should be new phone, I can provide photos showing that the phone has calling history before the date it is delivered).

The reason that it has been 9 months is only because we never reached an agreement.

customer [redacted] bought a cell phone from cell2get.com on 03/**/2013 customer contact us by email on april ** 2013 asking to return the phone we reply back to the customer same day and we issue RMA # and advise customer to return the phone to us. customer never attempted to return the phone. in the last year we gave customer many chances to return the phone for exchange. customer did not return the phone and also stated that he is already using the phone. at this point we unable to provide further resolution due to following reasons

1. customer received the phone over a year ago and had many chances to return the phone and many times with advise him thru the Revdex.com to return the phone customer refused and never return the merchandise.

2. customer stated that he is already using the phone that he received over a year ago. (if the phone was not as described why is customer is using the phone and did not attempt to return it?)

3. at cell2get.com policy and terms and conditions that customer agreed during checkout its clearly stated 14 days return policy. and during this time frame we try many times to contact the customer to return the phone.

at the past year we did our best to resolve [redacted] complaint but customer is not satisfied

Let me comment on cell2get.com's input one by one.

reply: cell2get tries to imply that my return request was too late but the truth is that the shipping is extremely slow it took about 3 weeks to arrive. Cell2get sent me an USED phone that HAS CALL HISTORY DATED BEFORE MY ORDER DATE AND ALSO MISSING PARTS while order was for a BRAND NEW phone. Cell2get refused to cover shipping fee, which was the reason phone was not able to be returned.

reply: Not true. I didn't received reasonable solution. For example paying return shipping isn't acceptable, providing that root cause is that CELL2GET sent USDED phone.

reply: Only reason is that cell2get didn't provide a reasonable return solution. Instead of paying return shipping fee, and/or estimated 3 weeks of no phone to use, I chose fight for my right.

reply: cell2get tries to imply that my return request was too late, but the truth is that the shipping is extremely slow it took about 3 weeks to arrive. How funny it is if return has to be in 14 days from order date, and delivery is, for example, on 18 days after order date. Also the term works only when cell2get didn't do wrong things.

A message to Cell2Get, a real suggestion: While spending so many time trying to resolve all of kinds of complaints, writing those fake reviews online, have you thought of really improving your service? That might end up with less work. Like in my case, if you have sent me a new phone, you could still earn money. Or at least, when it's caught that you sent an USED phone, why not covering two way shipping of the return? Why do you make it sound unfair to you while ROOT CAUSE if that YOU sent not-as-described item and don't provide good solution? If you want to keep writing at Revdex.com, I'll continue. My bottom line is that you send replacement phone first.

A separated note, cell2get once also provided a phone number in the communication at Revdex.com. I called the number and was not answered or called back.
