before a customer purchase a cell phone from our site he needs to agree to TOS before he can submit the order our records clearly indicated that customer agreed to TOS our business does not charge restocking fee because we can we have it clearly in our policy as agreed by customer

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy S3 on June **, 2013. When the phone arrived is was scratched and ding. I contacted Cell2get on June [redacted] and they said to return it and they would provided a new phone. I mailed the phone back to them on June **, 2013. Cell2get provided a new phone and reimbursed me $16.22 for my shipping cost on August *, 2013. The new phone appeared to function properly for months and then it began not holding a charge. Cell2get  instructed me to send it to Samsung in that it was still under warranty. I began communicating with Samsung in January 2014. I sent eight emails between January ** to February **, 2014. Samsung eventually claimed the cause was water damage. This was not true unless the phone had been water damaged before it was shipped to me by Cell2get.
Cell2get said to send the phone to them and they would have their SPECIAL TECHNICIANS repair it. I sent the phone to Cell2get on March *, 2014. I followed up with thirteen email messages and more than 24 telephone calls. I have not received my phone back and I have not received compensation for the phone.
I ordered and paid for a new unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3. The June phone was used. The second phone in late July early August appeared new but developed critical problems. No one at Cell2get has answered my emails or my many phones calls for a month or more. According to them they have had possession or control of my phone since March and perhaps they have held it until they thought the warranty had expired. If necessary I will forward copies of my emails, correspondence from Samsung and Cell2get, shipping receipts and credit card receipts. I am very disappointed, Cell2get had high ratings according their reviews but my experience has been horrible. Please obtain a cash refund, I have no confidence in Cell2get to do the right thing now or in the future.

The phone was supposed to arrive last week from [redacted], this past Saturday when we called we were told it would arrive Monday and given a false tracking number, now they say it will arrive Thursday but the tracking number (valid this time) still says the package is in [redacted], geographically speaking I don't think it will make it from [redacted] to [redacted] in 1 day. When and IF the package gets here I will return to sender and expect a FULL REFUND, NO RESTOCKING FEE.

Cell2get.com, you are correct on the time frame and that you informed me I could return the phone, but within 7 days, not 14. However, you leave out the detail that you would not cover shipping for the return and that you had also assured me that the phone was covered under the Samsung warranty (SEE ATTACHMENT). This was a major determinant in my decision to just bite the bullet and accept a used phone, made evident from the charge count (SEE ATTACHMENT), despite your claims of it being new and opened for unlocking purposes (SEE ATTACHMENTS).Your offer to fix the phone and send a shipping label is a small step in the right direction but unfortunately it doesn't match the promises made by you that warranted the transaction from my end. You say you'll fix it "under warranty" but this is some vague warranty that you're creating under the circumstances that don't have any terms and seemingly aren't up to par with what I would be offered from Samsung since you have to make an exception to cover my shipping. With the Samsung warranty the phone would be out of my possession for 10 days maximum. Although your time frame  for how long I would be without a phone hasn't been stated yet I think it's safe to assume you would not provide this turn-time in your offer. As well, even if you did, it would not change the fact that you falsely sold me a used phone and tried to cover it up by saying it was opened for unlocking purposes that I had never requested.
It for these reasons that I feel my complaint has still not been resolved and would like to re-request a refund in full with a shipping label.

I read good stuff about this builder, but you sure could NOT prove it by my house finished in 11/15. kitchen cabinets are very cheap and not put together very well. my house was not managed very well as it was being built, and it shows with just about every facet, and every step of the way. Quality control does not seem to be in their vocabulary, and service after the fact is just as bad. They replaced tile in my bathroom, but did not seal the room off. ruined furniture, and created a mess you would not believe. they did not even have the simple courtesy to apologize! do yourself a favor....

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a new yet discontinued Smartphone from a company other than my provider. I was mainly concerned that the new phone would be either counterfeit, refurbished, defective, or nonexistent. I was very confused, But I was determined to get my hands on a new Samsung Note 4 for the Sprint network long after it had been discontinued. To my delight, I received an authentic Note 4 within the promised time. Contrary to the online reviews about Cell2get, the customer service was outstanding during the entire process. A representative even called the day the phone was delivered to ensure that I received it.

as stated in our previous messages our return policy clearly stated for 14 days you received the phone almost a year ago. please be advise. as stated in our policy the phone is warranty thru the manufacturer only. we try to help you as much as we can as a courtesy. at this point we unable to provide refund of any kind. please contact Samsung directly if you need any repairs to your phone.
