I checked our records and the item was already shipped to you usps tracking # *** I contact usps and the package should arrive by monday

I purchased an Xperia phone from Cell2get about weeks agoThe phone was working well except for a weird screen issue from time to timeIt was refurbished so I expected thisI called CS and they replaced the phone for me really quicklyIm really happyCS send out a replacement even before I return the bad device customer service is fast and efficient will defiantly recommend this website

fact you receive phone over month ago beyond our return policy we unable to offer a refundbut as a courtesy to you I will mail you a free shipping label and you can send the phone to us and we will repair it under warranty

I have few points I like to clarify
per web site
terms and conditions its clearly stated that we can ship to a
credit card
verified address the only address was verfied with your credit
card company
is your billing...

address. as quoted in our policy
"we can only ship to
addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This
has to be either the
actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an
"Alternate Shipping
Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that
card. There are no
exceptions to this rule. Please Be advise if we unable to
verify you
shipping address with your credit card issuing bank your order
will be
shipped to your billing address"

Hiwe checked the phone customer returned and find out its been Water Damage by the customer. per website TOS its clearly stated water damage does not cover under warranty. as a courtesy to the customer we can get the phone repaired and ship it back to the customer

 I was also told on the phone that I would get refunded $50 but according to my bank statements, that was a lie. Where is my refund?

Unfortunately $0 price items are not in stock therefor the price set to $0 its basickly means the phone is not available for purchasing

I called my credit card company today, there is no refund as of 9am this morning. Also where did [redacted] account come from? I used the same credit card to purchase the phone and to pay usps to send it back. I do not want or will I accept a [redacted] payment, refund to my credit card used only.
As for phone, I ordered a motorola droid max, the one I ordered from your web site showes a picture of a droid max with three buttons at the bottom of the screen, it also stated new phone in origional box, I received a motorola razor max which has four buttons at the bottom of the screen and valued at $100 on [redacted] if I wanted to purchase one of those. also the phone I received was not new, I have purchased refurbished phones before and there was no book and a plain box, we took pictures of there web site and the phone I ordered and a picture of the phone and box I received.

I am writing in regards to complaint ID [redacted] my Order # [redacted]from Cell2get.com still has not been fulfilled. The exchange they claimed to have sent was not.
 
They have provided false or erroneous tracking information to me on numerous occasions. This includes the latest response to the NY Revdex.com on 3/**/14.
The response states:
" we send exchange phone to you usps tracking # is   [redacted]
 
The USPS tracking page states "Electronic Shipping Info Received" on 2/**/14 with no log entries indicating shipment.
It should not take 1 month for a package to arrive in California from New York.
 
I would like complaint ID [redacted] reopened and the following 4 actions to take place:
1.) Fulfillment of Order # [redacted]
2.) Refund of 2-day shipping charges on incorrect product (due to company error) - $29.14
3.) Compensation for returning incorrect product (due to company error) - $13.64
4.) Compensation for returning incorrect exchange (due to 2nd company error) - $13.64
 
I have spent $56.42 in total shipping charges due entirely to Cell2get.com negligence. I would like my order fulfilled and this amount credited to my card or I will seek legal recourse through the NY Attorney General.
