[redacted] returned the next day, with the new faucet, and replaced the leaking one. He did excellent work, showed us how it worked, gave us all the items with it. Al Coronado Plumbing re-piped my entire house to rid it of polybutylene pipes, which was something I knew for years needed to be done but had put off when thinking about the inconvenience and disruption. Well, that turned out to be a false concern. Al Coronado Plumbing started within a couple of days of my contracting them and finished within a work week. This was all the more amazing since I took the opportunity to also replace bathroom and kitchen sinks, toilets and fix an upstairs shower drain leak unrelated to the polybutylene re-piping! They worked with an astounding speed and efficiency, causing minimal disturbance in my house, and cleaned up extraordinarily well after themselves. I had many estimates over the last five years (while I procrastinated) and Coronado's bid was competitive. I could have gotten it done cheaper. You can always get something done cheaper by someone ... and get poor work, inefficient work, and second rate materials. Moreover, the employees I dealt with were all very professional in every way and, at the same time, very personable. They know what they are doing, take the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions. I was especially impressed to the attention to detail (a support for a pipe here, an upgraded connection there, etc.) They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it all when they said they would do it. I especially praise the supervisor, [redacted] for his customer service skills, ready availability (anytime, by cellphone), courtesy, and knowledge of the job. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone as hard-working, skilled and efficient as Sean, who did the plumbing work and who, despite having so much work to do on a tight schedule, was still personable, very friendly and able to take the time to explain details to me. Al Coronado Plumbing is a top-notch, first-class company and I would hire them again in a minute (although I'm sure they will understand that I hope I don't need their services anymore :)) I certainly would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

A supervisor, *** first came to the home in response to our call for help, and stopped the leak We asked *** if his people had the time to replace the valves and service lines on all our sinks and stools, since the builder had installed inexpensive types that have a potential for catastrophic failure and extensive water damage He said they did
The next day, after hours of drying with fans, a master plumber named *** came and completed fixing the dishwasher problem He than began the time-consuming job of replacing valves and lines He was unable to finish in one day, so he came back the next day, a Saturday morning on his day off, and completed the job
The following Monday, the supervisor returned to verify that the job had been done correctly, which it was

We had a pipe burst inside our wall and called Al Coronado Plumbing, they arrived with in in time frame*** was the first plumber on site and diagnosed the problem to be burst pipe in the wall and got another company to respond with an hour to take care of the water damage issue (flooded home and garage)Shortly there after plumber by the name of *** was here to fix the burst pipe and replace the water heater and recirculating pump that had damage to itI was very impressed by the timely manner in which everything was completed and work ethics of the employeesThey will be highly recommended to anyone I know who has any plumbing issues in the future

We were going to have a softner system put in, but when *** *** came out and checked our house pipes over he found that a lot of the pipes were made from polybutelethen pipe which is posinous and was taken off the market years ago, but had been used in our house, so instead of the softner, we had the house replumbed Not only were we pleased working with *** but the young men that did the plumbing, *** and *** were great,very neat and explained the work they were doing so that we understood what was being done, then the men that did the drywalling repair and also the young man that came and removed the old equipment was very personable Along with the plumbing we had to have new tolets, new hot water heater and faucets, as well as shower heads, all taken care of so we didn't have to run around and get the parts, *** took care of that, so we are completely happy with the new plumbing and when we have paid this off we will definetly get the filter system put in and by no one except Al Coronado Plumbing Thanks you all

My first service person was *** who checked my house for any possible leak but unfortunately found none He did find that the pressure coming into the house was extreme and recommended replacement of the valves coming into the house which I readily agreed to He gave me an estimate and the work was scheduled for the next day Mike, our installer came out early the next day and did what I think is an exceptional job of reinstalling the valves The new valves with reduced pressure might solve some of the leak problem I am very pleased with my experience with Al Coronado plumbing and will happily recommend them to anyone
