We would like to thank Al Coronado Plumbing for the excellent job they did on our plumbing for us. A year ago this month our water line burst while I was at church. My wife was at home working on her school work and called me. She was able to shut the water off and save a lot of damage. I raced home and called Al. We had a man on site in a couple of houres and he was able to determine the damage, the cost, and the completion date. As promised everything was completed on time and is still running smoothly. It is nice to have a company that leaves no guess work when they are done. A big thanks to ** and his crew.

This past Saturday, August 27th, our hot water heater developed a leak; we called our heating & cooling provider, [redacted] but his company did not handle water heaters, He recommended Al Coronado Plumbing.

We called and contacted [redacted] who came to our home as advertised, and analyzed our problem in an efficient professional manner. Laid out cost options, and made it relatively easy to make a decision without shopping around.

The next day, again as advertised, [redacted] proceeded to do the heavy lifting so to speak, as he installed a new hot water heating unit. Once again, most impressive!

I recently contacted Al Coronado Plumbing to replace my water heater. I contacted them because I have used then in the past for some other issues. They always come on time and are very helpful. They sent [redacted] to look at my water heater and he was able to tell me what went wrong and how to prevent it again in the future. He was very helpful in helping me select a water heater that meets my needs. Him and [redacted] were able to remove and install a new heater in the same day with no issues. They took the time to walk me through the features and to show me how to use them. With their knowledge and advice I feel confident that this heater will last me for many years to come. I will be using them again to install a very much needed water purification system.

We discovered our water heater had failed suddenly on a Sunday and ended up with calling this company after failing to obtain any response from other companies. They were very efficient about getting someone out to us. And from the first contact with the phone person to the person Kevin K. who came out and got us online again with some water and gave us a good selection of options for prompt replacement to the installation by Miguel, we were impressed. While it may not be as inexpensive as some, the professionalism and follow-up so far, has been superior.

I have been working with Al Coronado over the course of at least 20 years. During that time, I have received exemplary service and have recommended his company to numerous people.
It is a pleasure to deal with his company and I am looking forward to prolonging our ongoing relationship.

I am quite skeptical about the honesty of most plumbing companies after having had negative experiences in the past. Al Coronado Plumbing's guys (specifically [redacted] and [redacted] put my fears to rest. The twenty+ years old water heater finally sprung a leak, soaking a portion of the living room carpet. [redacted] was here within an hour of the emergency phone call and showed me what the problem was (and on a Sunday night). The water heater was in need of replacing (something THAT rusted out was sure to expire soon). Assuming the replacement and other necessities would take a week to complete, imagine my relief when the entire job was completed within two days. The professionalism and expertise displayed by [redacted] and [redacted] ensure that Al Coronado Plumbing will be our plumbers for life.I won't lie... the repair work wasn't cheap but would you trust a company that charged less but cut corners? I didn't think so.

I was very pleased with my experience today. [redacted] the service man called before arrival to verify the order, he arrived on time and worked efficiently. He installed a high rise toilet for me . Made sure to clean away all the old grout before installation.m the finish work was great. He also took care of another repair that I just mentioned. The price was competitive and matched the estimate. I will call on them again.

My water heater was leaking. Friend referred me to Al Coronado Plumbing. [redacted] came out the next day. We discussed the cause of the problem and the options to fix it. I also have a water softer system. I asked about other options. Kevin was very helpful so that I could make an informed decision. Could not have asked for a more pleasant wonderful person to work with. [redacted] came out that day to start the process of a new water heater and water filter system. [redacted] is one of the nicest most helpful person to do work at my home. [redacted] did above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them and the company they work for.

I had drain sevice performed by Al Coronado Plumbing on 07-09-2015. [redacted], the technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and clean. The drain problem was resolved within 30 minutes.
I was most impressed with the office communications. After making the initial appointment, I was advised three times as to the progress of the technicians arrival.

Had 2 of 3 household toilets fail on Easter Saturday and was having company. With guest room rented and me in master bedroom, I tried to get my home warranty to classify my problem as emergency which they declined. Coronado responded quickly and [redacted] could not have been nicer or more efficient! An well pleased with their service!

Kevin was our initial contact. He thoroughly analyzed our sewer-line problem, and then explained what should be done to fix it. He went over all of the costs involved, the scope of work, and explained the company's philosophy of standing behind their work.

They all went "above and beyond" in dealing with a complex and exhausting process to repair/rework our sewer-line problem, and then carefully return the landscaping to its previous appearance. And they were all exceptionally courteous and polite throughout.
We confidently recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services of any kind.

We had a shower leak during the night - and called at 5:40 in the morning. The repair man came at approximately 8:05. Shawn introduced himself right off - and told us what the problem was. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done efficiently and the bathroom was clean when he left. We would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repair.

Our experience with Al [redacted] Plumbing was exceptional. Although they may be one of the more expensive companies, we were very impressed with all aspects of their operations. We had to have our sewer system replaced under our house which entailed tearing up foundation through the middle of our house and digging a trench to expose the old system. [redacted] was the foreman who orchestrated all of the activities and everything worked like a well oiled machine. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always available if we had questions or concerns. The workers: [redacted] and [redacted], all showed up for work on time and in clean uniforms. [redacted] especially was the hardest working person I have ever seen. He is a machine. Everyone was polite, hard working and respected our property. Every precaution was taken to insure that our safety and comfort during this ordeal was satisfactory and that an excellent job was performed. Al [redacted] came out one day to personally supervise part of the plumbing installation. They worked with us on the cost and when asbestos was found in one of the rooms there was not an added on expense. If something got broken or a problem came up that was unexpected, it was taken care of immediately. In summary, our overall experience with this company has left us confident that the best possible job has been done by the best plumbers in Tucson.

I don't do this often enough but I wanted to communicate to folks out there that the service I received from Al Coronado Plumbing was outstanding. Beginning with [redacted] who came an assessed the water leak in my main incoming line. He was truly professional and went right to the crux of the problem, taking time to explain the various options and costs involved. The gentleman who came to do the hard labor of digging up the 15 foot trench on a very warm day [redacted] did a tremendous job. I've never seen anyone work so hard and give so much attention to detail to make sure everything was right and I had running water as soon as possible. He even came back on his off time to double check that I was satisfied. Truly a professional and decent employee, one that deserves more than just Kudos. I would recommend this crew 100% and I know who to call the next time I have a plumbing problem.
