We live in an older house on the edge of Downtown, so it came as no surprise when a waste pipe from our kitchen became blocked We called Al Coronado Plumbing and they send someone within the hour to check out the problem Of course, there was a lot more that needed doing - the bathroom was also blocked and we discovered a leak in one of the pipes They then sent *** and *** to take care of the problem, something that should have taken a day and a half It ended up being much more complicated and working in a crawl space barely inches high was no fun But the two did it, even though it took longer than they estimated They knew we were going away and made sure the job was finished before we left I am amazed at *** and *** patience and dedication, something rarely found nowadays And I'm extremely impressed with the company for sticking to the estimate even though things were tougher than first thought We're definitely going to go back to Al Coronado if we have any more problems

I woke up to find I had a busted water heater I had a magnetic sticker on my refrigerator for Al *** Plumbing stating 24/service At 6:45AM, I called (thinking no one would answer) A technician was at my home, assessed the situation, answered all my questions, paperwork completed and I was on my way to work at 8:45AM Beginning with the dispatcher at 6:45AM, the initial tech and the tech that installed the water heater were all very professional, polite and courteous, like this was their company Would I use Al *** Plumbing again...yes I would!

Everything went back together with no problemsHe showed me how some extra features work that were not on the original equipment, cleaned up the area, and leftI consider it an excellent job

My experience with Al Coronado Plumbing was excellent My main water line ruptured and the problem needed to be mitigated asap I called Al Coronado on a Sunday afternoon and *** was dispatched to remedy the problem within an hour What I hoped would have been a quick fixed ended up being a complete replacement of the main water line I am always very cautious about who I let into my home and who I trust to provide services, especially costly repairsBut *** inspired confidence and trust *** was able to diagnose the problem, explain the needed repairs and effect a workaround, restoring my home with water within hours of first being called As the work needed was more extensive than patching the line, *** manager, *** called me the morning, scheduled a review of what was needed with me and gave me several options for repair The replacement of the water line was effected quickly, with me being notified every step of the way The end results were that I had my water line, replaced, inspected and the landscaping appears as if no work had ever been done Major Kudos to Al Coronado, *** and *** I highly recommend this plumbing service

We had a problem with our shower which required us to shut down the water to the entire house on July 4th We called Al Coronado Plumbing on the holiday, had a serviceman on site within an hour He was able to identify the problem, had the part to repair it, and did the servicing within an hour after arrival He was very professional, courteous, and efficient We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them

We have waited months to get over the anger of knowing we got ripped off by Coronado Pluming they came in and started digging and didn't even give us a chance to get another estimate, they charged us $12,to replace a pipe that probably should have cost I would never recommend this plumbing company to anyone...in fact, I have made it a point to tell as many people as possible not to use themWe feel they took advantage of our situationSo Beware
