Having trouble with a "simple" kitchen faucet replacement due to old fittings and odd sizes, suggested to my wife that a plumber might be safer option Mentioned ACP as I'd used them at my business, and thought response time would be adequate It was, and the work was accomplished in a clean and professional manner The thing is, I believe the bill was about double what I think fair and reasonable There is no breakdown of parts and materials, although the sales tax figure suggests about $parts I struggle to see $ Day or two after, emailed their service department, agreeing that work was acceptable, but politely requesting a billing explanation No response, hmmmm Yes, my wife accepted the estimate provided, but really?

I had a needed to add a water pressure regulator to my house water systemI called Al Coronado Plumbing and they quickly sent out an experienced PlumberThe installation was somewhat complicated because of minimum space to add the regulator, however the plumber quickly assessed the situation and recommended a so;ution which was acceptableHe completed the work expertly and winterized the installation before completing the jobI was completely satisfied and would use this company again for any future plumbing needs

Purchased a new hot water heater and a water filtration system, *** ** was our technician *** is very patient, deliberate, and stubborn (a good thing), he had some problems with the pipes on the filtration system and he worked, and worked on it until he solved the problem *** ** checked *** *** work, good to see a company doing great quality controlThe techs cleaned up the work areas, looked better than when they started! Al Coronado uses quality equipment and parts Very impressed with everyone we talked to and would definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY (AL Coronado Plumbing)
We have a clog in my dishwasher, call them and the plumber
inspected with the carmera and told us we have grease in the pipe
They told me, they need to use the big sewer jetter
(high tech machine) to be able to remove the grease with
the work taking from to hoursThe cost $
We accepted, they brought in the regular washer sewrer jetter
and the high pressure hose,they finished the work around
1hr and mins.We paid the $for only 1hr and mins
work.THIS IS A BIG RIP OFFDON'T USE THE COMPANY

The day before I was planning to leave town, I had a water pipe burst in one of my exterior walls. I knew I needed a plumber, and was expecting the worst (hours or maybe days before someone could come out, days to repair, having to cancel my trip, etc.). When I called I got someone right away. They dispatched a service advisor who arrived in less than 1 hour. [redacted] was great. Explained exactly what happened, and what my options were for repair. He arranged for a work crew, and they also arrived in less than 1 hour. [redacted] and [redacted] were great - professional, polite and hard workers. They had the repair done and my water back in 5 hours or less after I originally discovered the problem. They were back early the next day to finish repairs to the wall and foundation, and I was able to leave town as originally planned. Extremely pleased and grateful!! If I am ever in need of a plumber, Al Coronado is who I am calling, and I am pleased to recommend them highly.
