Had [redacted] install a new toilet today. Very neat clean and professional. Nothing but positive to report.

Called on a Saturday for the kitchen sink draining into the cabinet. They arrived within two hours and were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Very professional, knowledgeable and CLEAN at a fair price. Would definitely recommend Al Corornado Plumbing. [redacted] and [redacted] were amazing and went over the top with their level of service!

On Wednesday, November 18, [redacted] replaced three sink faucet sets and two sets of shower valve cartridges in our Tucson residence. He was efficient, competent, thorough, neat, cheerful, and courteous. He would be a great asset to any service firm requiring his skill set.

This is a review of the recent plumbing job done at my home by Al [redacted] Plumbing. On 4/27/14 my after pipe burst in the back yard between the water meter and the house.
I called Al [redacted] and Kevin was on the scene almost immediately. He diagnosed the problem gave me an invoice of what the job entailed, including obtaining all permits having the area blue staked and arranging for an inspection by the city of Tucson when the job was completed. He also arranged for one of his plumbers "Adam" to connect a temporary water line so that I was only without water for less than an hour. Adam and his assistant a Mr. Rodriguez excavated the area on Tuesday 4/29 and laid in the new pipe line the following day. On Thursday 5/1 Adam was present when the city inspector arrived and walked him through the job site. The inspector approved the work the same day and the trench was refilled and landscaped the same day. All of the work was done in a very exceptional manner and I was completely satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Al [redacted] Plumbing to anyone I know in need of plumbing services.

We needed a hot/cold water faucet reversed in our shower. The plumber that came out quoted a price of $1100. $800 to fix the shower and $300 to put a loop in our dishwasher. I called for a 2nd quote from another business. They came out and did the same thing that was quoted by Al Coronado. Their price was $125. The plumber was here less than 1/2 hour. I couldn't believe how we were about to be taken! I guess that I will read reviews and check out businesses before we use them!!

We had a plumbing leak in our mobile home due to a polybutylene burst pipe which did a lot of damage. [redacted] from Al Coronado Plumbing came out and informed and educated us on exactly what the problem was and gave us options on how to go about a solution to our problem. We chose to repipe our home with a new plumbing system and replace the water heater while we were at it. They were very prompt on getting the work done. [redacted] and [redacted] took pride in their work, explained all they were doing as they went and they went and had nothing but good things to say about the company they worked for. It was a pleasant surprise that they had so much respect for each other and they were " super clean" and did not leave any messes behind. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

called the office the girl was real nice and said she could have a plumber come out today the plumber called and was here early. he was a good plumber and a nice guy. too. he did good job.they will be the ones I call if I need a plumber again.

[redacted] from Al Coronado Plumbing was professional and very friendly. He went out of his way not to make a mess and made sure everything was placed back in the area it came from. He explained the billing and took care of the problem immediately. Very efficient and the sink now flows properly.

Al Coronado Plumbing re-piped my entire house to rid it of polybutylene pipes, which was something I knew for years needed to be done but had put off when thinking about the inconvenience and disruption. Well, that turned out to be a false concern. Al Coronado Plumbing started within a couple of days of my contracting them and finished within a work week. This was all the more amazing since I took the opportunity to also replace bathroom and kitchen sinks, toilets and fix an upstairs shower drain leak unrelated to the polybutylene re-piping! They worked with an astounding speed and efficiency, causing minimal disturbance in my house, and cleaned up extraordinarily well after themselves. I had many estimates over the last five years (while I procrastinated) and Coronado's bid was competitive. I could have gotten it done cheaper. You can always get something done cheaper by someone ... and get poor work, inefficient work, and second rate materials. Moreover, the employees I dealt with were all very professional in every way and, at the same time, very personable. They know what they are doing, take the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions. I was especially impressed to the attention to detail (a support for a pipe here, an upgraded connection there, etc.) They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it all when they said they would do it. I especially praise the supervisor, [redacted] for his customer service skills, ready availability (anytime, by cellphone), courtesy, and knowledge of the job. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone as hard-working, skilled and efficient as Sean, who did the plumbing work and who, despite having so much work to do on a tight schedule, was still personable, very friendly and able to take the time to explain details to me. Al Coronado Plumbing is a top-notch, first-class company and I would hire them again in a minute (although I'm sure they will understand that I hope I don't need their services anymore :)) I certainly would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
