Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I have contacted the campus where I attended directly to have my issue resolved several times since 06/If I have a grievance I should be able to deal directly with the campus that I attended, and if my issue needs to be escalated they should have helped, or offered to help me file a grievance through the proper channelsIt is clearly another way of controlling bad press for ITT's name by refusing to respond directly to my issue through the Revdex.com, and is another example of their poor customer service, and questionable business practiceMy issue has a very simple solution, and I am willing to work with ITT to come to a resolution, which I have told campus staff several timesStill, no one from that campus, or the corporate offices have reached out

This school is a joke! They promise you the moon and stars and return all you get is a BIG FAT bill that is unreasonable and they expect you to pay when what they tell you didn't every happen No job in the field you studied, no increase in salary, no help in finding a job in your field that they promise they will get you They flat out lie and push you to sign the financial aid forms and the temporary credit forms This was a HUGE mistake on my part and I will forever tell anyone that ITT is a joke and not to ever waste your hard earned money with them

It costs too much and we can't even get text books unless we're "disabled." Everything is online and before I signed all of the contracts, they told me it would not be an online class; it basically isOver half of the time when I'm there, the internet doesn't work so we can't even get on what we are supposed to be on, causing me to get further behindIt's just so dysfunctional

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I don't feel as though any of my concerns have been addressedI have waited from March 9th-March 20th to receive the news that my appeal has been deniedStill at this point and time I have not been provided with ANY information as of whyI cannot receive any information from the Dean, MsKimberly ***, nor from the Director, Ruth C***Since no one from the Merrillville location will assist me, I have tried to contact headquarters, in which I am not receiving any answers from them neitherAs a student for months at ITT Technical Institute, being removed from the program due to circumstances that were beyond my control, such as ITT's negligence and lack of teaching, is unacceptableEspecially leaving me with an astronomical bill of $60,While voicing my concerns to the Merrillville branch, and to headquarters, ITT's "Student Complaint/ Grievance Program" was never mentionedBecause I am in this unfortunate situation and no one at ITT will give me any answers, I have no choice but to take further actionRegards,Jillian S***

What I would like for Revdex.com to do in regards to my complaint is assist me with what I need to do about my enormous amount of student loans because due to the fact that ITT is possibly overcharging students for tuition I've been tricked out of my money and I still don't have a job in my fieldI
