I attended ITT TECHNICAL INSTITUTE with Ann expected graduation date of June 2015 with an associates in nursing. Their policy is that if you fail 2 classes, the student is released from the program with the option to appeal. I did appeal and I was told that I would need to submit my appeal to the chair of the nursing program ([redacted]) because I failed both classes by 3 points (anything less than an 80 is failing, I had a 77 in both classes).She received it one week before classes were due to start over.I 100% accept the policy, but I do have a problem with being ignored. I was told that she did not like my letter and she talked about me to other students badly. I have emailed her on several times for an answer on her/Dean's decision, but she continues to ignore me and is holding me from making a decision on furthering my education. I need to know if I am still a student or do I need to apply elsewhere. I believe that her ignoring me and not giving me an answer is very unprofessional.

This company has committed fraud and the enrollment agreement is null and void. The degree I received from this scam is useless and any respectable employer will not accept it as they are not a reputable school and they have defrauded thousands of students as well as their own investors. I was sold a fraudulent education that has no weight in the real world. The ITT Tech Warriors are a group of thousands of defrauded ITT Tech alumni and we are all in the same situation. We can't use our degrees because the company has tarnished its reputation by committing fraud and predatory lending. We will not just let this go, we will fight this until they do the right thing. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I have tried calling the school and spoke with many representatives and supervisors who were unable to or unwilling to resolve this issue.  I have written letters to officially dispute the balance the online division repeatedly.  I have attached one of the letters I have mailed directly to the office with no response.  Additionally I told the representative I wanted to file an official complaint with the Revdex.com she stated "You can do that if that is what you want to do" without any information on filing a complaint through the school.  The representatives have told me repeatedly that they can only go by information inputted by the person I spoke with on the phone.  If that is the case it means it excludes anything I actually said or any input from my perspective.  With the investigation being one-sided it creates a platform for a person filing a complaint to be dismissed without any real investigation.  After all they can only use what their representatives type in the computer which is the equivalent of only one side being heard in a court of law.The resolution is not resolved.  I was told by Ms. R[redacted] she would call me today (8/19/2015) after she spoke with Dawn P[redacted].  She failed to call me back.A balance occurred to my account two tears after I had stop taking classes.  The balance incurring while I was not attending for a class I could not take two years after the fact in and of itself cause for removal of the balance and a release of my transcript.

It costs too much and we can't even get text books unless we're "disabled." Everything is online and before I signed all of the contracts, they told me it would not be an online class; it basically is. Over half of the time when I'm there, the internet doesn't work so we can't even get on what we are supposed to be on, causing me to get further behind. It's just so dysfunctional.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Because I have not got any help from them in any way off getting off from school.  The only thing that they help me was for a few months after a got off from school but they only send email to were we could applied and all the jobs required more education that what they offered.  Beside I have moved to vegas about two years ago and I tried to get help from the campus back here and they never help me.  Recently I also call the campus in Omaha asking for a transcripts of my grades and specified to them to send me one were it shows at least the name off the school and it does not show it so the jobs that ask for transcripts does not accept them because the transcripts they send are like if my self have done them in my computer and just print them.  Attach is the transcripts they send.  I am asking for refund because this education has not help me in any thing just to have a big debt on my shoulders that I can repay back.
