MrChris xxxx a technician for Russell's Heating and Cooling was very courteous and explained what was going on with my systemHe immediately knew that my heating/ cooling system was not functioning properlyHe did several test to determine the function of my systemHe was friendly and helpfulI would recommend him to service anyone home or commercial business
This is a comunication problem We were called by Mr [redacted] to fix his spa We arrived at appointed time, spoke with Mrs [redacted] about problem with spa ( needed new heater) She said she would call us after she spoke with Mr [redacted] days later she called & gave us a deposit to order a new heater When she made this call was the same day we received the notification of a complaint from Mr [redacted] Mrs [redacted] was told about the complaint and was apologetic about what her Husband did She said she had no knowledge of the complaint & was going to have it removed as she was happy with our work We did not respond to the complaint as we thought it was to be removed We ordered the partIt arrived & we installed it keeping Mrs [redacted] informed of all of the timing She was happy with the results & authorized us to charge her credit card for the balance of the invoice At that time our service tech reminded her about the Revdex.com complaint and she again apologized for it and assured us she would withdraw it
HAD SERVICE TECH OUT TODAY FOR ANNUAL CHECK UP OF HEATING AND AIR I MUST SAY TO MY SUPRISE IT WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY ON TIME AND VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY CONCERNS I HAD MRALEX [redacted] WAS VERY POLITE AND SEEMED TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HEATING AND AIR BUSSINESS MY WIFE AND I WAS VERY PLEASED
I was really impressed and completely satisfied with the amount of time it took to respond and repair my system by Russell's HVACRob [redacted] the service technician, was very knowledgeable and professional

company came to fix my hot tub through my home warranty companywarranty company denied claim to begin with but service company never informed customer and went ahead and did workcompany never provided estimate or informed customer they are responsible for billno approval taken or any deposit or sign takenafter four moth later the work send bill saying last notice to customerand week later asked collection agency to collect billcompletely unethical and disorganized companythis company is fraud
Roberto is very courteous and knowledgeable, he checked out our system thoroughly then informed us of the potential problem,asked if we wanted him to make the repairsthey promptly make the repairs and explained why they were needed
I had Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning provide a spring service and cleaning of my air conditioning system and Roderick [redacted] was the service technician The entire process was a very positive experience Russell's called ahead to inform me when Roderick would arrive within the service window upon which we had previously agreed Roderick was very presentable and professional He discussed with me the service that he would be performing and answered my questions Upon completing the service, Roderick restored the work site and debriefed me on the service results and potential problems which I may face in the future At no time did he attempt to force sell me on any products and I was not concerned that he might have broken something only to offer a costly repairMy experience with Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning was very beneficial and I recommend and would use them in the future
The whole experience with Russell's was great Cory the sales guy understood what system I wanted and arranged everything The installers Elliot and Jeremy were efficient and ensured I was happy with their work They moved the copper line in my attic going to the heat pump that had been in the way of my ladder I think the quality of the install is excellent!
Recently, we had an issue with our newly installed hvac system Roderick [redacted] of Russell's was our technician that day, and this happened to be the 3rd time I have had the pleasure of his service in the years we have rented our home Each time, he has been extremely friendly and personable, and able to diagnose and resolve the issue in a short period of time I would recommend him and Russell's to everyone Thanks for your outstanding service!!!
I had Russell's diagnose and install a new blower motor Rob [redacted] was the service tech The problem was identified quickly and a new blower motor ordered When the motor arrived, it was quickly installed Rob did a great job and explained his work nicely The only problem I had was in getting the part from the parts company The problem was diagnosed on a Saturday and the motor did not arrive until Tuesday Russell's did get expedited shipping and did not charge me for that Overall, very good service and I will continue my annual maintenance contract with them
The service tech Chad [redacted] was very professional and courteousHis attention to detail was on point with the Heat Pump Tune upHe replaced a capacitor that was out of specification that was covered under warrantyHe also asked if we had any pets around before cleaning the radiator because the solution being used could be potentially toxic to the pet but we didn't have anyOverall very pleased with his work and customer serviceWould recommend Russell's Heating & Cooling and the service tech Chad [redacted] any day
Russell's Heating and Cooling are reliable and offer a great customer experienceChad [redacted] came for my annual checkup of my HVAC this year and called when he was on his way, was courteous and did an excellent jobThey even wear booties so they don't track anything in the houseExcellent serviceI'd highly recommend them
HVAC service scheduled between & Mike [redacted] arrived at 9: Great guy, knowledgeable, and efficient Checked heating system and made some minor adjustments to keep in peak performance Have used Russell's for years and all the tech's are great I have confidence that I am in the very best hands with Russell's
