Roderick *** did a great system tuneup for me May 7, Professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable

Service technician Rob *** was courteous, very professional, found the problem and repaired it in a very timely mannerI would recommend this company to anyone who ask

Very helpful! Roderick was very professional and saved me a lot of money He explained everything and really takes care of his customers Very knowledgeable and an asset to his employer Sold the service plan to me, and I will be asking for him specifically next year

9/30/ Chad *** was our service technician and he arrived at my home to do a tune up on my outside heat pump and also on the other part of the HVAC unit upstairs. He was very nice, very polite and seemed to pay close attention when he was working on our outside unitHe answered any questions that I asked. He did find some defects in the upstairs unit and took the time to explain what he had found. He also took the time to go over prices for the upstairs unit and options to decide on.He did however, have to come back a second day to make a small adjustment in the upstairs unit.I would recommend Chad as a worker as he took his time and seemed to be thorough. He had an honest air about him.The only thing I have a complaint about is that he didn't arrive between the 2-6pm time slot to get it done on the second day and I kept waiting.Other than that, everything went pretty well

I was very impressed with Eric *** He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my HVAC system

MrChad *** a Technician with Russell's Heating and Cooling, did an exceptional job conducting a maintenance check, tune-up, and cleaning on both of our heat pumpsHe did a thorough cheon both units, explaining what he was doing and notifying me of any issuesHe was always courteous and professional, and offered many preventative maintenance tipsI will definitely request him by name for future service calls

Good service call Clear explanations It begun quite late due to some IT issues with Russell's

Website says free estimates but got bill for $diagnostic chargeMy hot tub wasn't heating and Imperial came out to give an estimate to fix problemI was given an estimate of $600-$to install new or rebuilt motor (even though motor would turn on manually)After a little Google research, I checked run capacitor and it was badI went to a local HVAC supply shop and bought a new capacitor for $and it's worked like a champ since (months ago)This company is either terrible at their job or were trying to rip me off, I can't see any other scenarioWhen I, who've never owned a hot tub can figure it out in a very short amount of time then certainly a company with years experience should have been able to

Service tech Chad ** Was great! Very professional and truly made you feel like a customer and not just another number! Very lucky company to have him

I am sorry the homeowner is upset with the service we provided
We sent here a contract for the opening and she received a discount for prepaying for the basic service The service is for a pool openingThis service is contracted to take one trip to
open the poolShe had up to feet of water on top of her cover which every pool company charges extra to drain the cover The service tech can't wait for the pool cover to drain Please understand leaving that much water on the cover over the winter voids the warrantee and if the water is not taken off completely before it is open, the excess weight of the water will break the ropes & gears in the system That is why we wanted as much water as possible off the coverIf we had open the cover & damaged it because of water weight, we would be responsible for the damage All manufacturs of pool covers recomends a cover pump be left on cover year round to remove the water during the winterAgain, Not having one can and will shorten the live for thecover an damage the equipment.I do not know of a pool service company that does'i charge extra for a cover drain I called around and asked and spoke with and all charge extra As to the pump repair: We use the terms "pump" & "motor" interchangeably The service tech was talking the same as the other guyWe were at her house times We would tel her a hour window and she would expect us at an exact time Her back yard has no electrical outlets, so each time she would have to put an extension cord out her kitchen window or we could not operate the pump We would arrive at an appointed time and her car was there put no one answered the door We would leave a note Our customers normally don't want to be there when we are there as we don't need to get in the house to work on the poolAs to the vacuuming the pool: With the type of cover she has, you can't use a portable vac as it drains the pool water level and can damage the cover That is why we use the homeowners system to vac the pool
The tech told me about the conversation he had with the homeowners "associate" (we later found out it was her daughter) She was calling on Saturday night as the tech was on his way to her house She called times in minto check on the progress of the tech She was loud & abusive & called him a "sexist" In the end, she told him not to come out That was the last time we were thereAt that time, the pool was running, filtering, clear enough to see the bottom, everything was done per contract, We were doing an extra vacuum that he was on his way to do when her daughter told her not to comeI last spoke to her a few days later & was trying to talk to here, being very professional As I was explaining what we did and what she contracted for, She told me to stop calling her "mam"I can only guess that is why the daughter called the tech a "sexist" because he was using the same polite termI have sent an invoice for all of the work we completed & chemicals used for her pool It exceeds the prepayment by $ I am willing to discount the invoice to clear the accountThanks You,
Bruce W***

Great honest company and very polite friendly employees

Rob *** performed our annual maintenance, as he has for the last couple of yearsHis professionalism is why I continue to do business with Russell's

The Service Technician was outstanding he took me around with and show me what the problem was that gave a good understanding of what the problem was and that help me a lot

Good service, polite technician

I’m going to make this easy; everything she wrote in her complaint is trueWe did everything she saidNow, using her narrative, I will give our view. She called to
make an appointment to have her spa repaired because it was not getting hot enoughShe called at a time I was not in front of the schedule to give her an exact time so I told her I would call her when I got back to the schedule with a more precise timeAnd according to her, this is what I did.I came out when I said I would & did a diagnostic on her spa to find out why it was not getting hot enoughI opened up the service bay, checked the heater to make sure it was heating when I turned up the thermostatI checked the temp with our thermometer for accuracyI spent minchecking her spaI found, other that the thermostat dial not turned up all of the way, it worked fineThis is what I told her in a note & on the invoice that there was nothing wrong except for turning up the thermostat dial, and all she owed was the service call charge/Diagnostic fee of $I send an invoice dated 10/05/for the $Her complaint list phone calls she makes after she received the invoiceI have no record or memory of the first two but I believe she called on 10/in the afternoon (didn’t leave her name) and I asked her to call in morning because that was the time I was in the officeShe never called us but called You insteadThis is just speculation, but about once a month or so, a new client will call and make an appointment & then call back in an hour or so & cancel because they found someone who could get there fasterThis doesn’t cost much more than a few minutes of office time, no big dealIt becomes a big deal when they don’t cancel & we show up & do a service call/diagnosticWe have used our time & equipment, gas & truck cost to perform a serviceI have had on more than one occasion when the customer has said that they called so many companies that they could not remember all of them to cancel the service callsThis is not to imply that this is what this homeowner did, only that others haveAs a settlement, I will except half of the bill ($47.50) as payment in full & stop the collection effortsThank you for your time,
Bruce W*** General Manager

Mike [redacted] was a very nice and did a thorough check of our heating and cooling. He was kind enough to give us a tip on how to remember to change the air filter. I would recommend him and Russell's Heating and Cooling to my friends.

Rob [redacted] Service Technician, provided very professional and courteous service. He is most knowledgeable, and explains his findings in understandable terms. Rob exceeded expectation when he did follow up requests before I even reminded him. He contacted his Supervisor for permission and guidance for follow-up services of which he did not have the require equipment at that time. Yes, I would use and recommend Russell's for heating and cooling needs.

Outstanding service!

Very professional company. Chad took time to explain what he did.
