Rob was great, came in and found the problem.

a technician from Russell's heating & cooling [redacted] inspected my heat pump and gave it a tune-up. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend this company to any homeowner.

Elliot was very professional from the first hello to his final goodbye. The total experience was very pleasurable. He was punctual, polite, respected our home and continually updated me throughout the day on the installation process. Russell's Heating and Cooling is represented well with Elliot on the job. Many thanks for staying until the job was completed!

My AC went out on Sunday and Russell's responded that same day with a temporary fix that allowed my family to have a comfortable home. They came back the next day and made the permanent repair.

The technician, Jeff [redacted], was both professional and courteous. He was friendly and explained the problem and the solution to me before doing any of the work. His attitude and professionalism is why I only call Russell's when I need HVAC work done.

Excellent. Very through and efficient. Rob was courteous very personable. Did a nice job cleaning out pine straw in our out-side air condition system.

Roberto is very courteous and knowledgeable, he checked out our system thoroughly then informed us of the potential problem,asked if we wanted him to make the repairs. they promptly make the repairs and explained why they were needed.

Berto [redacted] was our technician. Courteous, professional, dependable. Outstanding customer service and technical work. Excellent!

I am not satisfied with the outcome at this juncture as the response misrepresents many of the events and descriptions of the nature of the problem.  Again, we stand behind our request to have the entire charge removed from any records.  
No one closes their pool twice in a season.  If done correctly the first time, there is never a need to address it again until Spring.
Before they arrived to our home for the first closing, we made our case as to why we wanted it drained to the lower level.  Had this been done, we wouldn't be at this juncture today.
The indication of a change in industry standard has not been implemented by other companies with whom we have successfully done business in the past and even this last season.  The mention of an automatic pool cover driving a change to standards of closing has no bearing on our pool.

Jeramie and Andrew were on time, courteous, and very informative during the entire installation process. They completed the installation in less than the time allotted and cleaned up after themselves as they progressed through the removal and install process. I recommend this company to anyone in need of a new furnace.

My technicians name was Mike [redacted] and he was extremely professional and worked late to get my unit fixed. I was very happy with the overall experience and I would recommend Russell's Heating and Cooling and especially Mike [redacted] to my closest friends and family.

Jeramie [redacted] took his time to explain what he was doing when he was installing our new system. They cleaned up after they had finished. I was very pleased with the experience I had with him installing my new system.

company came to fix my hot tub through my home warranty company. warranty company denied claim to begin with but service company never informed customer and went ahead and did work. company never provided estimate or informed customer they are responsible for bill. no approval taken or any deposit or sign taken. after four moth later the work send bill saying last notice to customer. and week later asked collection agency to collect bill. completely unethical and disorganized company. this company is fraud.

Berto was most personable and professional. He took his time to explain things and made sure we were completely satisfied with hie visit. I would welcome him back anytime for repairs or maintenance of our system.

HVAC service scheduled between 8 & 12. Mike [redacted] arrived at 9:00. Great guy, knowledgeable, and efficient. Checked heating system and made some minor adjustments to keep in peak performance. Have used Russell's for 14 years and all the tech's are great. I have confidence that I am in the very best hands with Russell's.

Drue ** was very knowledgeable, and he did a great job explaining everything to me!

Received a very thorough and professional A/C service from Mike [redacted] He did an outstanding job cleaning and servicing my A/C system while taking the time to explain what he was doing, why it was essential to keeping my system in good working order, and recommending future service needs for me to consider. I have been using Russell's Heating and Cooling services since I bought my home back in 2005, and Mike is one of their best!

Jeramie was prompt, uninstructive and remained on task. He was personable and tolerant of questions. He took the time to explain a possible solution for a problem I was having with another system. He and his partner left our house as clean as he found it.

Mike [redacted] arrived promptly at the time I was given. He was able to quickly assess the problem we were having with our heat and fixed it. He has serviced our furnace and air conditioner before and both times now, his friendly and professional manner has made it a pleasure to have him in our home. He represents Russell's Heating and Cooling very well and I would recommend him and his company to others.

I have dealt with Russell's for MANY years. They serviced my original HVAC, then installed a new system in 2001 and just installed a new system in Sept. 2016. They are first class and have always been honest and thorough with my 2 annual inspections. My installation mechanic Jeramie [redacted] did a very professional job start to finish. In addition, Roberto [redacted] gave me his usual outstanding service and recommendations.
