My AC went out on Sunday and Russell's responded that same day with a temporary fix that allowed my family to have a comfortable home They came back the next day and made the permanent repair The technician, Jeff ***, was both professional and courteous He was friendly and explained the problem and the solution to me before doing any of the work His attitude and professionalism is why I only call Russell's when I need HVAC work done
Mike [redacted] arrived promptly at the time I was givenHe was able to quickly assess the problem we were having with our heat and fixed it He has serviced our furnace and air conditioner before and both times now, his friendly and professional manner has made it a pleasure to have him in our home He represents Russell's Heating and Cooling very well and I would recommend him and his company to others
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowHis description of events are inaccurateWhen they closed the pool, they never gave us the option to address issue thenThere has never been any attempt from the company to contact meI had emailed initially, text the tech, and spoke with Bruce over the phoneThey never swept the pool, on their first visit they put the pump on the concrete, but did not even secure it as it should have been with bolts they removed the prior seasonThey could not find the remaining parts to put pool together We found remaining parts on pool floor when we cleaned and vacuumed pool, which they are the ones that closed the pool and stored parts the prior yearThey did place chemicals in pool, but never came back to vacuum out the dead algeaAnd as Bruce and I discussed, it is a waste of chemicals to allow them to kill the algea, but to never sweep it out and the algea will quickly returnAt this point we have opened pool ourselvesThe pool water is clear and chemical levels are correctThe contract was for opening the pool, including vacuuming, monthly service calls, and closing the poolThere has been no monthly service calls and the pool is obviously not closed because because the season is not overThey did not vacuum on their initial visit, when they left there still wasn't even enough water to run the vacuumThey have not fulfilled any part of the contractI do not want them back, they already wasted weeks the pool could have been usedI want a refund.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]

I would like to commend Jacob [redacted] of Russell's Heating and Cooling for the professional service he provided me on Nov. 18, 2016. He was courteous and pleasant and did a great job servicing my hvac equipment. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

after troubleshooting the most common problems first, he tested my burner motor,, and that was the problem he gave me a quote for repair and offered same day service !!!!! I am very pleased

He immediately went about his business and was finished in a reasonable period of time He explained what he found and we discussed alternatives during which time I became very comfortable with his knowledge of HVAC systems Our discussion included various system solutions with costs and benefits Eric was extremely patient with the myriad of questions I had and took his time repeating answers he provided until I had a complete understanding I believe we would have tried to "nurse" our system through yet another year had it not been for Eric We have not installed our new system yet and performance to quoted statistics are yet to be determined but I was very pleased with Eric's performance!
Roderick arrived on time for my appointment and with a smile He answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time checking out my system I appreciated him using the shoe covers which is very important to me He was very quiet, pleasant and I would be happy for him to come to my house again
