Roderick [redacted] of Russell's Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job of getting my heat pump up and running. He spent considerable time replacing the thermostat and making sure everything was working properly. I am very grateful for his hard work and will be even more grateful when it is cold outside and I am so warm inside.
The service tech Chad [redacted] was very professional and courteous. His attention to detail was on point with the Heat Pump Tune up. He replaced a capacitor that was out of specification that was covered under warranty. He also asked if we had any pets around before cleaning the radiator because the solution being used could be potentially toxic to the pet but we didn't have any. Overall very pleased with his work and customer service. Would recommend Russell's Heating & Cooling and the service tech Chad [redacted] any day.
I had Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning provide a spring service and cleaning of my air conditioning system and Roderick [redacted] was the service technician. The entire process was a very positive experience. Russell's called ahead to inform me when Roderick would arrive within the service window upon which we had previously agreed. Roderick was very presentable and professional. He discussed with me the service that he would be performing and answered my questions. Upon completing the service, Roderick restored the work site and debriefed me on the service results and potential problems which I may face in the future. At no time did he attempt to force sell me on any products and I was not concerned that he might have broken something only to offer a costly repair. My experience with Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning was very beneficial and I recommend and would use them in the future.

We were called by Mr [redacted] to fix his spa. We arrived at appointed time, spoke with Mrs. [redacted] about problem with spa ( needed new heater) She said she would call us after she spoke with Mr. [redacted]. 3 days later she called &...
gave us a deposit to order a new heater.
When she made this call was the same day we received the notification of a complaint from Mr. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] was told about the complaint and was apologetic about what her Husband did. She said she had no knowledge of the complaint & was going to have it removed as she was happy with our work. We did not respond to the complaint as we thought it was to be removed.
We ordered the part. It arrived & we installed it keeping Mrs. [redacted] informed of all of the timing.
She was happy with the results & authorized us to charge her credit card for the balance of the invoice. At that time our service tech reminded her about the Revdex.com complaint and she again apologized for it and assured us she would withdraw it.
I just want to give a big Shout Out to Steve D. for doing such an excellent job with installing my heating system. He was very efficient and organized. He was courteous and helpful.
We can't say enough positive things about this company. Anytime we call they immediately schedule someone to come out. They are always on time and are very efficient and courteous as they work.
I had my heat pack go out just before the clod weather was coming in. [redacted] my neighbor works for Russells when I called him and before I could tell him he said your heat pack went out. Yep it sure did. He came over to try and see if he could get it working to no evail. I sat at his kitchen he got me financed and on the schedule to have a unit put in in 3 days. The next day he called due to a cancellation I was getting my unit the next day. [redacted] came and installed my unit. The intasllation is perfect beautiful job [redacted] and Russells will always have my business. The work service and professional attitude far exceeded my expectations . You earned a customer
Had my annual inspection completed by Michael ** Did a wonderful job and was able to diagnose a noise problem with my heat pump. Michael gave me some great advice about my filters. Also offered some valuable information about getting the air circulation to my second floor. Very positive appointment.
Outstanding service, this was my first experience with this company and it wont be my last. Jacob was very personable and informative. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Great company. On time and very professional. Mike ** resolved a small problem to our satisfaction. Thanks to Brad for the advice on the system and to our installers Jeremy and Keith for all their labors. I would do business with them again.
The technician arrived within the promised times. Rob was very friendly
and got to work immediately after I showed him the attic over the garage where
the problem area was. He did whatever he had to do and within 30 minutes
or so he said to check the air coming from the vents. Nice cold air. Problem
finished. This was a very satisfying experience. Very fast with the arrival
and repair. have had Russell's for years. Rate them as a nr 1 business.
a definite grade A technician, this time same as in the past.
