They replaced our entire system which unfortunately needed to be done earlier this yearThey were very polite and professionalThey knew their product and took the time to find out what would be best for us; NO hard selling what so ever! Service Pro Terry *** performed service in the home I am renting He was on time, extremely courteous, and made every effort to ensure there was no damage to the floors or carpet in the areas he would be working When 5pm rolled around and there was still work to do, I thought they might stop and come back the next day However, he and his partner stayed until after 8pm to ensure we would have AC to our 2nd and 3rd floors on a VERY hot and humid summer day

Chris *** is one of the best boiler technicians around, he was our tech when he was employed at another local company before we switched to Russell's I am very glad that Chris is with Russell's, he is very knowledgeable on all things boiler related!

Rob Wdid a furnace tune up He found no problems and was very professional and efficient He didn't try to sell us anything and proceeded with the tuneup quickly and thoroughly

I am sorry the homeowner has had a bad experience with our companyWe do over unique service calls a year & we try give everybody a pleasant experienceWe Closed the homeowners pool last fall & the pool was dark green & had dirt &
debris in the bottom that we could not see We told here at that time that it was going to be green & dirty when we open it in spring She didn't want to address it in the fall but wait until springWe sent her a standard contract for opening/closing her pool with a list of what we would do in the openingWhat was included & what was not
We arrived on the scheduled time, and got the system up & running, the pool filtering, & did one vacuumingWe opened the pool as per the contractThis is the standard The pool is open & running, but the water was still green We still could not see the bottom to get a good vacuuming so we added additional chemicals to start to get the water clearOur service crew told the homeowner that he added all of the chemicals as per the contract & any additional chemicals would be an additional costWe left notes, made phone calls & left messages & stopped by separate times to try to finish pool but even though it looked like someone was inside, did not come out, or did not respond to our attempts to communicate Im sure the pool is in worse shape now than when we opened it because without We have done everything we were required to do and then some but if the homeowner will not authorize the additional cost, We have to stop We do not want them to be surprised when they open the billWe are still willing to get the pool clear but we need permission to do so If the homeowner calls the office or the service tect to let us know what she understands the cost, we will work with her to get the pool clear for the season Thank You

service tech (Drue ***), installation lead (Elliot ***), installation support (Shawn) - All three did a great job Drue was upfront and sincere about the issues I faced during the system eval process He presented the options and I made an informed decision to replace my entire 2.5T upstairs unit with a new 3T unit vs the continued band aide fixes Elliot and Shawn worked almost hrs straight to complete the install which was a bit tricky because of course my attic access was smaller than the actual air handler unit by about inch (some disassembly and reassembly of the new unit was required) Unit works great and I was kept informed of the progress throughout the day (and I checked on it also) An AC replacement is a high cost project My expectations are accordingly high They were met Overall job well done by the Russel's team
