Change My Postal Address Reviews (%countItem)

This site is a scam and acts as the USPS Change of Address site, then charges you $60 and states card was declined and there is no way to contact anyone.

I was over charged grossly for an address change from a third-party vender through USPS by US Postal Address Change

Adress change request on fraudulent website.

I needed to change my address, and went to the site I thought was correct. I was wrong. I woke up to see a charge of $59.95 on my bank statement. I was expecting the USPS charge of $1.05. NOWHERE on the site did it say anything about a charge of that amount. It's an absolute scam. I tried to contact them, but obviously nothing is going to come from that.

Website looks like USPS which charges $1.05 for address change. This site charged me $49.95 and said NO WHERE it would charge me this. I went to call someone, the website link under "Contact Us" is a dead link.

I really appreciate you getting back to me! I did send a bit via the website and they did refund me immediately. Thank you again for reaching out, I was fairly certain I would not receive a reply. Hope you are safe.

They advertised themselves as the USPS and stated it would be $1.05 for change of address. They then proceeded to charge me $49.95. When I attempted to call and complain it connected me to the "IRS". I filed a complaint on there website, but based off of my attempts to reach out I highly doubt I will receive a repose

Their website misrepresents the USPS. I placed a change of address and they automatically charged me 50.00 which wasn't disclosed. I have sent e mails to refund my money but have not gotten any response.

I used the website to attempt to change my address. The service asked for a credit card to verify address but did it mention any charges would occur to my account. I then noticed that $49.95 was charged to my account by this company later that day. I did not approve of the charge.

I was mislead while making my change of address thinking I was on the USPS site and when prompted to pay I thought it would be usual $1.05 and when I checked my account they have taken $49.95! I have tried to contact the company a number of times and no one is responding. It is a total scam for people trying to change their address via the USPS website.

I put in a change of address for my boyfriend. I put in Usps. Opened up and it said official Usps site. Said it charged $1.
Well it wasn’t the official Usps sure.
The company charged my boyfriends credit card &49.95.
No where did it say that
It states you can cancel.
I filled out 3 contact forms to cancel.
They do not respond back.
No phone number listed to call.
It’s change-mypostusaddress.website
They have Usps official site all over their home page
Plus it states $1 charge
Can you help me get a refund
The change I filled out was for ***
Please help me.

I was completely mislead thinking this site was the actual site of USPS to change address. They charge me 49.95 instead of the 1.05 USPS charges. This is a complete scam and rip off. I want my full refund.

UDAP Violation -Deceptive practices!

When I googled USPS for the United states post office to change my address apparently I got this company instead because it says right on their website they are USPS. When calling the phone number they refuse to give business name. They charged my account $39 which if I had seen that on their deceptive website I would have known right then and there that I was not at the right place. The refund is in the process. My problem is how deceptive they are being! And they know they are doing it too. Why else not give the business name when you call? They are also selling my information to scammers.

Changed address thinking it was truly the Usps making the change of address obviously it was not .there is obviously no way to contact this so called business but they already charged by credit card.it is rather ridiculous to think you would pay them 49.95 when the post office charges 1.05

Googled change of address. Appeared to be usps. was charged 49.99 for a service that only cost 1.05

I was told to change my address it would cost $1, I googled and went to the first website and my account was charge $49.95. I would like to have a refund on this.

Just moved and needed to forward my mail. Was in a hurry. Googled it and chose the first link. Should not have done that. Went through this website and it was only $1.53 until I saw in my statement it charged $49.95. Sent an email and no response. Not surprised if it was a scam. Would be my luck.

I googled USPS to change my address and clicked on the first site that popped up in my search thinking it was the USPS. Unbeknownst to me, it was a site "posing" as the USPS I proceeded to complete the request to change my address, a service for which the USPS charges $1.05, and submitted the form. I then logged onto my bank account to check the transaction and saw that my account was charged $49.95 for the service. I then went back to the website to cancel the transaction via the website https://www.change-mypostusaddress.website/us_post.jsp?msclkid=ad863f879912157d0... . When I click on the "contact us" hyperlink, I am directed to a "send message" box rather than a phone number. I requested a full refund of the $49.95. I am outraged that these scammers are charging $49.95 for a $1.05 service.5

This company was very misleading following an online search for usps change of address search. It never provided me with a transaction recoept or follow up receipt / email.

I was certain Used this service to change my address and was told that the service would cost $1. My card was charged $39.95, and this price is not disclosed on the website. Nor is there any real contact information such as Phone number, only to send an email if you want to receive services. I would like my 39.95 refunded to my account and for this fraudulent website to be reprimanded for misleading people in this way!

Very deceitful I thought I was on a usps and turns out I was on this site and my charge was for 40 bucks !!
