Change My Postal Address Reviews (%countItem)

Thought I was paying $1.95 to change my address with the USPS. After checking my account no more than 5 minutes later, I found out I was billed $79.95 for a bunch or services I neither wanted or received. I immediately called change my address and some to a customer.service rep who agreed to refund me $78 and only charge me for the $1.95 to change my mailing address. 3 days later, the amount of $79.95 cleared my checking account. I immediately disputed the charge with my bank and called back change my address. I spoke with Brenda, who again assured me that I would only be charged $1.95 as I requested and I was issued a confirmation number. I was also told that someone.from their accounting department would send me.an email with a receipt showing the correct charge for $1.95. 4 days later, after no email came, I called and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told the supervisor was dealing with another customer and would call me.back. no call ever came, so I called back 2 more times to only get the companies answering machine. This company passes itself off as the USPS and STEALS people's money!

postaddress-changes.com created a website that mirrors the USPS web site to make address changes. They conned me out of my debit card information and charged me $79.99 without disclosing they were charging me a fee. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card.

I typed into Google USPS change of address and was sent to a form that seemed legitimate. Thinking I'm in usps, I continue with my order to change address and enter payment information. When I looked into my transactions I seen a charge for $59.95, that said usmail. I knew then I had made an error in sites and it wasnt usps. Iive tried to email and ask for a refund but it's a no reply email. I cant find contact information anywhere for this site.

I googled "change my address" and was brought to this site, https://www.change-mypostusaddress.website/index.jsp. It advertises "USPSChange of Address - Standard US Form". I clicked on it and filled out my information only to notice later it was not the postal service website. They charged my card $39.95 that of which was not authorized.

The website poses as a certified USPS change of address provider. They attempted a charge on my credit card after an error and then my debit card. I asked for a refund and a response and after 2 emails and several days, they attempted to charge my debit card again today 2/14/2020. I would like a full refund of all charges.

I typed in the web address to change my mailing address & up popped what I thought was the USPS link. I recently moved & didn't think anything of it asking for my credit card information, because USPS charges $1. But imagine my surprise moments later when I realized they charged me $39.99 for the change of address. I feel like they're impersonating the postal service & there is no information at all to contact them to request a refund. And my bank will not dispute the charge since I initiated it.

I typed "usps changing address" on google and the first link brought me to https://postaddress-changes.com. This led me to the "Change My Address" website. This was very deceptive, as I went through this, because I thought it was affiliated with USPS. I don't recall seeing any page that talked about any charges to me. It asked for my credit card information because I thought there was a $1 charge for the USPS.

Went to change my address online, this company was losing as as the United States Postal Service. I've used online in the past and was only charged a $1.00 so when I put in my card information I was only expecting that much since it didn't show a price. After I saw the $59.99 taken out of my account I immediately emailed them (this was all in 30 minutes) from the purchase. They responded a couple days later saying there was no record and wanted proof of the charge and I haven't heard back after sending that. I will be messaging them again to inform them I will be taking legal charges if I do not get a refund or response.

I was trying to change my address & successfully did so on this website but was then charged $59.99 without being warned beforehand!!! I got a confirmation email from them, but the email was a no.reply & I can’t find any phone number to call.

was part of mail forwarding scam said charge was only $1.00 charged my card 36.76

Well I must not have seen the 59.95 they charged me to change my address which is rediculous. They are a rip off and it shives you along so you don't have a chance to talk to anyone and make sure it's all good.

They are impersonating the US Postal Service pretending to forward mail and then they are charging $79.95 without informing you of how much they are charging and then when you call to cancel services they continue to give you the runaround and attempts to continue to keep your money they are charging for services that are free to the public and only $1.95 via the US Postal Service they are engaging in very suspicious advertisement and sales practices

Online to file a change of address which cost $1.05 there wasn`t any $39.95 price advertised . When I follow the prompts entering my dehit card information I was informed that the transaction was incomplete due to debit card wasn `t accepted. Within the follow week the company took $39.95 from my Suntrust account

I filed a change of address on this site. It states 1.00 fee. My account has been charged 59.95 to change my address!

This website charged my wife $40 to do a change of address and we never received any mail at our new address. I am not sure where any of our mail is even at. Tried contacting them several times and got no response. This website seems to purely be a scam.

I went online to what I thought was USPS to change my address, I was charged the $1 fee they charge when you do this online. A week later at 2:53am CST, I was charged $49.90 by "Change My Address" without my permission. I called them and they quickly stated they would reverse the charge and when I asked who they are and why I was charged, they hung up on me. It's fraudulent and theft. If I had not caught it on my credit card (which could have easily been missed during the holiday season with more than average purchasing being made) I would have been stolen from.

I signed up to have my address updated by this company with the pretense that they weren't planning to charge me 60 dollars to do so. I looked at their fine print and they made reading and seeing the fact they were planning to charge me that much almost impossible. I immediately went into the profile I made and tried to cancel my order, when that was not an option I messaged them two times. They have yet to respond to me and have no actual contact number. All I want is a refund and to proceed with changing my address through the actual USPS for a whole dollar.

I attempted to change my address, but was routed to this site instead. It did not notify me that it would charge $59.95, did not send any confirmation emails, and did not return my email when I asked to cancel the service.

I was looking to change my boyfriends address due to he just moved in with me, and I typed in USPS and this is the first webiste that popped up. It made you think you were at the real USPS that charges just one dollar to change your address. This company charged 39.95 and offered services such as notifying 3rd party vendors, and an-ebook on how to save money on your power bill. The 39.95 charge must have been in very fine print as I was floored when the charge was 39.95. I immediately filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. They have no contact number on their webiste, only a place where you can send them a message. The phone number that showed up on my bank transaction is a voicemail box. These people are a disgrace and should not be allowed to take advantage of consumers in this way.

I was attempting to change my address through USPS and some how ended up at changemypostaladdress.com but seem to be the United postal service. Filled out my info and no where on the website it showed a $39.95 charge. Only charge that it said it was, was a $1 fee. The website does not offer any type of refund or contact telephone number. The contact us by email is also fake. I want my hard earn money back.
