Change My Postal Address Reviews (%countItem)

I went online to change my address. I clicked on what I believed was the official USPS website which it was not however the wording and advertising would lead most to think that it's the official USPS website. No where did it say the cost would be $39.95. I've done this before and know the USPS only charges $1 for this service. I put in my debit card information and all seemed well. Next I check my account before going to the grocery store only to find that this company who mislead me to believe they were the USPS, has debited my account $39.95. I am a minimum wage worker who simply cannot afford this. Please help.

Their website is
Misleading because made me think that I was dealing with the Postal Service of the United States I thought I was dealing with the Postal Service of the United States because they present themselves like US PS service The company that I am complaining about charge my credit card $39 and some cents, for the same service The original or that true the postal service charge one dollar, when I was putting my credit card information there website did not said how much they were going to charge me , they just collect the money from my credit card, when I check the website off my credit card and I realize how much the were charging, I immediately submit a cancellation of service they didn't respond to me at all.

On 9/16/2018, on Google, I put in a USPost Office change of address. Different web sites came up and I thought the first one listed was USPS. I then proceeded to fill in all the information. Yesterday 9-30-2018 I received my Visa bill and found a charge of $39.95 to USMAIL/ADDRESS UPDATE. I called Visa and filed a complaint. Luckily I keep copies of all my transactions and no where did the SITE tell me that they were going to charge me $39.95.

I thought I was on usps site to change my address, it turned out I wasn't! Now they have all my personal info! Just great! and I'm out 40 bucks! I tried to contact no phone number, no one answers emails....scammers!Site should be shut down! Especially since its happened more than 30 something times!

I have received my money back from this company, believe it or not. Now I still need to change all my cards. It's a shame people are out there who do this. Thank you.

I was informed that this website was going to be easy to use to change my mailing address. However they did not send another email letting me know that the USP received my change of address as well as they charge over $1. When the Post office said it should only been $1. The company charged $40. They never got back to emails about the complaints nor call it inform me what is going on after I have emailed them a few times. When I did get someone on the phone they are like oh you did use this company when I clearly did and I have an original email from the company. I would just like to get my $40 since they company was not helpful nor easy to use.

This website is very decitful and appears as the USPS for an address change. I was charged twice both on my card and my husbands card for $39.99. As soon as I realized the website was not the real USPS I tried to contact them but no phone number is listed on their site. I have sent multiple emails and have heard no response. I am now fearful that they have my credit card information and some personal information. I am hoping at least to get a phone number for the company to speak with someone about a refund. This is a very dishonest site that poses as the USPS.

The only form of contact that I can find for this company is on the website and it is just an email form. I have sent multiple emails with no response from them. There was no phone number or mailing address listed for them.

I would like to add to the already posted info and concern that nothing on the website indicate that they are NOT associated with the USPO. They use "weasel word" to allege a connection to the USPO but actually have NONE what so ever plus charge nearly $40 for their scam service/s. They need to be reprimanded for not posting this information at the top of the web page. GOOGLE..where are your ethics??

The website doesn't list the fee of 39.95, only mentions the 1.00 fee. I was under the impression that I was on the USPS website and I have contacted this business to cancel the transaction, because I wasn't deliberately trying to retain their services. I immediately checked my bank to see if the 1.00 fee was being processed and it was 39.95, NOT mentioned anywhere on their website, it almost seems they mimic the USPS site. I have emailed them about 10 times but they have not responded.

I went to do an internet search to change my address looking to change my address USPS. I went into this site which I thought was USPS. However, I seen it says on their $1.00 USPS fee included. I didn't realize it would cost anything other than that. I think went to terms and there is NOTHING showing the amount I was charged. I was completely misled. My bank account was then charged $39.95. I tried emailing them several times and have not received a response. I also tried to find an email address and can't.

This is misleading. First I thought it was the postal service. Then when it was done and charged I noticed is wasn't. However, website states $1.00 USPS fee included. I guess I should have figured it out by the wording but I didn't. I am super upset because I could have went to USPS like I intended to and done it myself.

Change-My-Address scam, charged $39.55 without intent to change address permanently. false advertisement

I was trying to change the address of my girlfriend so I went online looking for the usps website but instead clicked on the changemypostaladress website because they looked just the same with using the same logo as the usps. They charged me $39.95 when I could of just paid 1 dollar to the usps to change the address. I tried contacting them but have not hear back from them.

Hello. I went online to change my address and somehow was sent to changemypostaladdress.com. I know changing an address doesn't cost anything, but when I looked at my bank statement, I found a charge for $39.95 from this website. They never once advertised any type of payment for anything over $1, which I know is usually the fee charged by USPS (which is also why I didn't think anything of the transaction at first). I would like to have my money fully refunded by them. What they have going on is a scam and now I have to re-secure all my accounts because they have my info. I have not called the company to complain because I researched this scam they have going on, and usually people end up having to contact the Revdex.com in the end because the company won't give a full refund. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I went to change my address with the USPS and the page said Welcome to change my address. I filled out the form which said this service makes changing your address easy with the Post Office. When you move your mail will get forwarded to your new address. for just one cost which includes The Post Office $1.00 filing charge we will file your request. When I filled out the form and gave my charge card number there was no receipt which made me suspicious. Then I checked my charge card and there was a pending charge for update us postal address for $49.95!!!!!! This should have cost me $1.00

After doing a web search to change my address via USPS, I was brought to this website. I did not realize this wasn't the official USPS website so I filled out my information and submitted it. No where did it say that I was going to be charged 49.95 for this and I did not even receive any sort of payment confirmation about it when I was finished. The only way I knew about the fee was by checking my bank account after I did not receive any sort of conformation. I have looked all over the website for a way to contact them besides a email which will just circulate. The website operates with the same questions that the USPS site uses, and even claims that the charge will be the 1.00 transfer fee the post office charges. No where is it stated that it will be 49.95 and there is no review before the purchase goes through, its just a continue button then a page that says allow 7-10 days for changes to take effect.

I have submitted a form on their website twice stating that I was not satisfied with their services and would like a refund but I have not been contacted back in any way to resolve this issue. This website is a scam and should not be allowed to conduct business of any sort.
