We emailed our customer the tracking numbers once they were input into the system and the order is being delivered on 9/*

This is the worst company I have ever done business withI tried to contact them after I order never showed up and you can never get a live personI placed the order on my credit card was officially charged on Its now and I still haven't received my package, I finally got a response from one of their customer service rep who stated that my order was damaged in transit & was returned to them which was I'm suspecting is a very dishonest responseI needed these favors for and now I'm out of $& still no favorsSMHThis is not a creditable or professional websiteSave yourself from aggravation & stress!! Shop any where else but here!!!

This company obviously does not know what they are doing - Our guest, whose niece is getting married at our Inn was told her order had been shipped May **, I received an email saying it was shipped 5/ [redacted] and would arrive on the ***, and then another email saying it was shipped on the *** - The Wedding is 5/ [redacted] and the package will arrive at the inn 5/ [redacted] - This company is obviously lacking in organization and customer service

We apologized numerous times in emails to the customer for the description that was not 100% clear and we have since updated the description to be clear that the item is not sold in sets of We are not trying to offend the customer by saying there was an oversight but in this case the customer either did not see or fully understand the description that states the item is "Priced for individual sale"We do not wish to offend the customer by saying she did not see this, it was an honest mistake, but because we clearly state in the description that the item is sold individually, that we cannot pay the return shipping costWe are more than happy to accept a return and issue a refund to the customer once the items have been returnedWe have had many customers order this item and we have never had complaints about the quality of this item or the description, but we have updated the description as the customer requested

I ordered $worth of salt and pepper shakers on June [redacted] and it was billed to my credit card June ** My wedding is July [redacted] and by July [redacted] I still had not received my shakers I called times and emailed them before I finally got ahold of someone The representative did refund my purchase but I am very disappointed that there was no communication with me as to why I did not receive my shakers Be very cautious when ordering from this website

We searched our database and found no record of an order placed by a [redacted] or any emails from that name ever sent to usWe recommend for her to check her bank statement and to see who charged her card the $as she probably placed her order with an alternate but similar favor website

DO NOT use this company to purchase your favorsThey are EXACTLY what they say they are CHEAP! Let me briefly outline my experience with this company You don't get to sample the favor you are actually planing on purchasing in a larger quantitySome may not see anything wrong with this however when you are PAYING for the sample you should get what you are wanting on the favor You would think a sample (item) would take 3-days tops to ship to your doorTry 3-weeks I waiting before receiving mine, now imagine my frustration when the favor didn't even have my design on it Not only did it not have my design, it was chippedNow, they blamed it on transit but there is no way because the thing they did do correct was pack it, it was packed in so much paper and so tight, they way the chip was this is not possible If you were to place a larger quantity for the favor of your choice, you will pay LOTs of money in Shipping AND a $SET UP FEEA SET UP fee for

We did admit to a mistake in this order and we worked to get the additional glasses made and shipped out as soon as possibleWe spoke with [redacted] , who is the persona who placed the order, paid for it, and is having it shipped to her home address and she agreed that if it is delivered by 5/ [redacted] then everything would be okayWe completed the order and added a few extra glasses and shipped 2-day air to arrive on 5/ [redacted] as we promisedWe were contacted by ***, who filed this complaint, but since he was not the person who placed the order we informed him that we had already come to a resolution with our customer and that the order would be fulfilled in that matter

This review is for Cheap Favor Shop.com ( [redacted] uses the same contact info.)I asked for a sample which was received but realized I requested the wrong size so I called and was able to talk to someone about an order for the larger size I was charged but then did not receive the 2nd sample It took me a week and several phone and written requests to finally get someone on the phone so they could send the sample at no charge I was assured I would get it by a certain date but it was late because of the weekend We still liked the product but then the web site wasn't functioning properly for me to feel comfortable orderingAgain, I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or email (three days now) to ask about a proof or ordering questions I'm beginning to wonder if they are a legitimate companyIt's a shame because we like their product and they have a good promotion but terrible business practices and customer experience (not reliable at all) Part of the business is outsources to WishRocket but I'm not sure what part of the business they operate We do not trust them based on our experience and other similar reviews and will look for our wedding favors elsewhere

Contacted company many times by phone and by email with defective merchandise problem They don't return calls and emails are "we made a ticket number for you and someone will get back to you Which they usually don't They did return emails on asked for a picture of the merchandise, so I sent pictures Then I got an email on May [redacted] saying they will give me a full refund for my inconvenience Still don't have the refund and I have emailed times since and none has gotten back to meIts now June ***

We ordered approximately $worth of "engraved" glass mugs for an upcoming wedding, as wedding favorsThey arrived on and about 3/of them are damagedIn addition, they were not engraved, like the website specifies that they would be, they simple stuck letters/designs on the mugs to fit the design that I choseWhen we opened one of the twelve boxes, the letters were peeling off of the mugs, and if they werent peeling off than parts of various letters/numbers in the designs were missing/scratched offI have contacted this company five times since 416, both on the designated phone number and through their websiteI have not received a response of any kind, and the phone numbers go to voicemails
