Ordered product and have not heard back via email or phone; I have emailed and called and left messages; no 'representative' ever answers or calls back; only spoke with repJust prior to making purchase and they answered right away and were helpful Since payment was processed, no contact and no email correspondence

DO NOT use this company to purchase your favorsThey are EXACTLY what they say they are CHEAP! Let me briefly outline my experience with this company
You don't get to sample the favor you are actually planing on purchasing in a larger quantitySome may not see anything wrong with this however when you are PAYING for the sample you should get what you are wanting on the favor
You would think a sample (item) would take 3-days tops to ship to your doorTry 3-weeks I waiting before receiving mine, now imagine my frustration when the favor didn't even have my design on it
Not only did it not have my design, it was chippedNow, they blamed it on transit but there is no way because the thing they did do correct was pack it, it was packed in so much paper and so tight, they way the chip was this is not possible
If you were to place a larger quantity for the favor of your choice, you will pay LOTs of money in Shipping AND a $SET UP FEEA SET UP fee for

This company is simply to put it in one word: INEPT Their customer service is terrible and that is putting it lightly Why have a customer service number to talk to someone at this crappy *** company when no one picks up the phone and it goes straight to voicemail The people who have emailed me (Kyrin, Ashley, and Claire) seem to have no sense of responsibility when it comes to helping their customers I had ordered wine glasses and they were supposed to ship on June *** (I had placed the order on May ***) As the ship date approached I kept in contact with this so called company but all I got were crickets Finally June *** came and gone and still no communication from them and I finally got an email from “Kyrin” on June *** and he stated that there was a delay in my order and he was going to talk with the supervisor to see the cause of the delay I never got a detailed answer in why it was delayed On June *** my wine glasses order was delivered (were broken) On June *** I get an email from them stating here is your tracking number LOL!!! This was such a freaking joke I got the shipping tracking number after my items were already delivered
Please stay away from this company They suck I have never seen such crappy customer service in my life

The ordered product arrived with a mistake in the engravingThe original receipt shows the order preview and confirms the mistake was on behalf of the companySeveral attempts to call and email the company regarding this issue have not been answered to correct the mistake or receive a refund before our wedding

I placed a sample order on 02/**/ I sent follow up emails, one on 02*** and 03/**/regarding the status of my order and have received no response I attempted to call as well, I called last week and today, and no answer I even attempted to chat with them, and there was no answer The chat session asked me to submit my request

When looking for favors for my reception my mom found this website and we ordered over engraved wine glasses to give to our guests It was such a HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL experienceMy reception was on June 17thWhen first ordered, we were told they would be delivered by June 9thAs the date got closer we called to make sure the order was going well, no answerWe called and emailed multiple times after with no answerFinally we got an email saying that production was delayed and we would not get it by the 9th but they would pay for rushed shipping and we would get it before the 17thOnce again as the day got closer we heard nothing so we called and emailed with no answer for several daysOnce again they finally emailed us back and said the shipment would arrive by the 15th but gave us no tracking number or proof of shipmentJune 15th came and NO SHIPMENT!!! We blew up their phone and email with NO ANSWERIt's now the day of my wedding reception and we have NO WINE GLASSES TO GIVE OUR GUESTS AND NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK FROM THE COMPANY!!! Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!! SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! THEY WILL RUIN AND MAKE YOUR SPECIAL DAY VERY STRESSFUL!!

I purchased a product on line in which I thought I was purchasing mason jars and labels for a my weddingI was charged $for labels that I could have printed from a computer myselfI contacted the company on several occasion through email and phoneI called and spoke to someone on 3/**/and advised that I had sent an email previously about requesting a return shipping label, as I wasn't satisfied with paying $for labels I could have printed myself and that I wanted a refund It didn't include mason jarsI was advised that they would be processing my return request and I should have a return label emailed to me within minutesI wanted a few days before contacting them by email on March *** I have been getting nothing but the run around since I requested a refundThey tried to say that I requested personal labels there is nothing personal about the labels that I requestedthey are not monogram or have any of my personal information on themthe label was

We ordered approximately $worth of "engraved" glass mugs for an upcoming wedding, as wedding favorsThey arrived on 4/**/and about 3/of them are damagedIn addition, they were not engraved, like the website specifies that they would be, they simple stuck letters/designs on the mugs to fit the design that I choseWhen we opened one of the twelve boxes, the letters were peeling off of the mugs, and if they werent peeling off than parts of various letters/numbers in the designs were missing/scratched offI have contacted this company five times since 4/**/16, both on the designated phone number and through their websiteI have not received a response of any kind, and the phone numbers go to voicemails

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cheap Favor Shop regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 They sent half 48 glasses and supposedly the first box had gotten damaged and returned to themby [redacted]. I still have not heard from them...

by email if they are shipping the 107 that is paid for.  I have no tracking number nor shipping info from them. I check with them weekly regarding this and only get an email saying they will ship soon. They never say how many they are shipping when asked.  There is no communication from them unless I interact with them first. They never even told me the first box was damaged and return until I inquired about getting box 2of2 first. I have all the emails from them I just don't know how to send them to you for your records.

We emailed our customer the tracking numbers once they were input into the system and the order is being delivered on 9/*.

We searched our database and found no record of an order placed by a [redacted] or any emails from that name ever sent to us. We recommend for her to check her bank statement and to see who charged her card the $76 as she probably placed her order with an alternate but similar favor...
