Revdex.com:At this time, my complaint, ID *** regarding Cheap Favor Shop has been resolved.Even though my items were not fixed, they agreed to give me back 50% of my moneyThis business should have given me 100% back but told me the only way to do that would be to send
back the items with me paying the shipping so basically it was get all my money back but pay $for shipping or get 50%I still am not happy and don't think a business should be ran this way

These guys bailed me out when the person doing our wedding favors got called out of country weeks before the wedding.They not only came through in a clutch situation, but the glasses we orderd were pristine unbroken, and perfect.I got them a week after I ordered, I would like to thank them for being good people and would like everyone to know that Claire in customer service kept me in the loop every step of the way after I read bad reviews and got nervous.The only thing I can think of with the bad reviews is either they're being written by the competition because it is stiff and they are really good and cheap or they are being written by impossible to please people who wait till the week before their wedding to order."I have plenty of time" peoplePlease review them with open eyes and give them the credit they deserve , thx***

I placed an order on 04/**/for bottomless wine glasses for my weddingI noticed that one invoice there was no shipping info or an estimated time of arrivalI emailed them to ask for details (as they request to do so on the invoice) and have yet to receive a responseI have also called the numerous times and left several voicemails and send additional emailsI even tried the "chat" they have online with no answerThe last time I left a voicemail I pressed # for more options and that's when I felt like something wasn't rightThe answering machine said press one to listen to your message and so forth and then press to deliver as urgentThese are typically the options you hear for a cellphone messageI just want to cancel my order and get A FULL REFUND OF $Every single time I call no one answers its like there's no one workingI know they're no that busyToday is 04/**/and I have yet to hear back from someone

I placed an order for some stemless wine glasses for a bridal showerI was told my product would be shipped by 2/*/I called and emailed numerous times and my order was finally shipped and deliveredon 2/**/The quality of the product receivedevelopment was completely unacceptableTheven ink on the glasses was smeared and coming off on almost every glass making it extremely difficult to readI contacted the company immediately after receiving them but have been unable to get a response via email or by phone

This has been the worst online experienceI ordered mason jars on March *** for an event in MayAt the end of March I only received I called numerous times, left voicemails, left emails and finally I was able to reach someone on the phoneI was informed that my "package got split up" and that the other part got "sent back to the warehouse" which I learned later was a lieI was supposed to receive those "lost" pieces a week and a half later and after two weeks I still didn't receive themI even contacted them asking for a tracking number which I never receivedI called more than times in one day and never reached anyone and no one returned my callsI finally got an email saying they had to replace my items and that they would be arriving April **I never got themI left more messages and I haven't gotten my jars and I haven't gotten a refundI ordered them well in advance, paid the full amount and am very discouraged.This company is all-around awfulWhatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on 4/*/with this company for mugs as a wedding favorI received a receipt with an order number and no tracking informationIt says at the bottom of the receipt to email for tracking infoI emailed at least times and have had no responseI have submitted messages on their website where it says chat with us and no responseI have called at least times and it always goes to voicemail and I have received no call back

This company obviously does not know what they are doing - Our guest, whose niece is getting married at our Inn was told her order had been shipped May **, I received an email saying it was shipped 5/** and would arrive on the ***, and then another email saying it was shipped on the *** - The Wedding is 5/** and the package will arrive at the inn 5/** - This company is obviously lacking in organization and customer service

My fiance and I are using this company for our wedding guest giftsWe have purchased etched ozwine glassesWhen they arrived (within the time frame they gave us) only of them were either broken or had minor defects in the fontWe contacted them right away and they responded promptlyWithin their response they offered to ship us the replacementsWe got them right awayThe product in general is AMAZING and fits so wonderfully for our wedding! The quality of glass and etching is wonderful! We recommend this company to everyone! LOVE LOVE them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- - Placed an order for stemless wine glasses on January ** - was promised deliver of them for February **Reached out to them from 2/** - 3/* and finally received an email on March * and they said there was an issue and they were going to be shipped on March * and be delivered by March Today is March * and the glasses are no where in sightMy 50th birthday party is on Saturday and looking at these other reviews I have no faith that they will be here and just disputed the charges on my credit cardI have left several voicemail messages and sent several emails and have not heard back from anyone since March EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - GO ELSEWHERE! This is the worst company I have ever done business withI tried to contact them after I order never showed up and you can never get a live personI placed the order on 02/**/my credit card was officially charged on 02/**/Its now 03/**/and I still haven't received my package, I finally got a response from one of their customer service rep who stated that my order was damaged in transit & was returned to them which was I'm suspecting is a very dishonest responseI needed these favors for 03/**/and now I'm out of $& still no favorsSMHThis is not a creditable or professional websiteSave yourself from aggravation & stress!! This review is for Cheap Favor Shop.com (***uses the same contact info.)I asked for a sample which was received but realized I requested the wrong size so I called and was able to talk to someone about an order for the larger size I was charged but then did not receive the 2nd sample It took me a week and several phone and written requests to finally get someone on the phone so they could send the sample at no charge I was assured I would get it by a certain date but it was late because of the weekend We still liked the product but then the web site wasn't functioning properly for me to feel comfortable orderingAgain, I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or email (three days now) to ask about a proof or ordering questions I'm beginning to wonder if they are a legitimate companyIt's a shame because we like their product and they have a good promotion but terrible business practices and customer experience (not reliable at all) Part of the business is outsources to WishRocket but I'm not sure what part of the business they operate We do not trust them based on our experience and other similar reviews and will look for our wedding favors elsewhere

I placed an order on 6/**/ Email confirmed order and asked me to reply for status and tracking number I replied and still not have received any response or tracking number

Contacted company many times by phone and by email with defective merchandise problem They don't return calls and emails are "we made a ticket number for you and someone will get back to you Which they usually don't They did return emails on asked for a picture of the merchandise, so I sent pictures Then I got an email on May ** saying they will give me a full refund for my inconvenience Still don't have the refund and I have emailed times since and none has gotten back to meIts now June ***

Ordered Wedding Mugs with more than two months of leadway and they shipped another persons order to us and refused to send replacements with less than a month before the weddingNow two sets of couples are out of time to get their mugsIf you call the phone number on their main page or contact us page no one ever answers
