Review: I placed a order of Souvenir Cups 9 OZ. order was placed on April **, 2015. the business was contacted over 2 weeks later because there was no tracking information on the order. At which time I found out the order hadn't been for filled because they didn't have the 9 Oz cups I had ordered so they upgraded to 15 Oz cups. Upon receiving the order it only contained 48 cups out of 85 cups I had ordered. They acknowledge they messed up and that they would put in a new order and ship it right away. it is now May **, 2015 the party is May **, 2015 and the cups have to go back out to get decorated so I would need the cups no later then Wednesday. May **, 2015. Thank YouDesired Settlement: Delivery of order by Wednesday May **, 2015 or full refund.

We did admit to a mistake in this order and we worked to get the additional glasses made and shipped out as soon as possible. We spoke with [redacted], who is the persona who placed the order, paid for it, and is having it shipped to her home address and she agreed that if it is delivered by 5/** then everything would be okay. We completed the order and added a few extra glasses and shipped 2-day air to arrive on 5/** as we promised. We were contacted by [redacted], who filed this complaint, but since he was not the person who placed the order we informed him that we had already come to a resolution with our customer and that the order would be fulfilled in that matter.

Review: I attempted to purchase items on their site on the [redacted] of April.
Their site rejected my card. It was items being sent to Florida.

After waiting 48hrs I purchased the same items from another site.

At which point these guys sent me an email stating that my purchase was now processed.

I replied stating that this was wrong and to cancel.

The sent me an email asking to confirm cancellation I did.

Then no one replied.

Ive tried calling over 7 or 8 times the number is simply a recording.( [redacted] is what they state isbtheor name on the recording)

I tried calling their landlord at that location and was told that they go by a differnt company name [redacted]

The customer did attempt to cancel the order just after the order was shipped out. We had [redacted] pick up the order at our expense and returned. Once the items were returned and we verified that all items were accounted for, we issued a full refund including the original shipping cost and we notified the customer that the refund was issued. We consider this matter closed with a positive outcome for our customer.

Review: Cheap Favor Shop's description of "Three Assorted Bud Vases" was misleading, and they refused to correct their mistake. Based on the description, the reasonable consumer would think they are buying 3 vases (particularly since they were priced higher than their competitors), but instead, they provided only 1 vase. I asked them repeatedly to provide a refund and to fix their description on the website to say "Each vase is sold separately and not as a set of three." However, they refused to both correct their mistake or to fix their description. I asked for a pre-paid postage stamp so I could return their merchandise (I was shortchanged 2 vases per set; if I had known it would be 1 vase, I would have ordered from a competitor), but they absolutely refused to acknowledge their mistake.Desired Settlement: They should fix their description of the item and issue an apology to me. I would also like a refund.

The description of the product in question clearly states that the item is "Delivered in an assortment of three design patterns" and "Priced for individual sale" and nowhere does it say that this item is sold as a set. We offered to sell the customer more vases at a generously discounted price but the customer refused. Unfortunately the customer overlooked some important information in the product description and we were unable to provide free shipping due to the customers oversight. We have since updated the description to include, "Not sold as a set of 3" (in bold) to help clear up any confusion in the future.

There was no customer oversight, and I am highly offended that they are suggesting this is the case. There is ambiguity even in their response. A reasonable person can read "Delivered in an assortment of three design patterns" to be that three vases will be delivered. I am so taken aback about how terrible this customer service is that I will continue to take action. I would like them to issue an apology for their false advertising. It's not even about the money at this point. They are being defensive and throwing blame on me by saying it was MY mistake in reading an ambiguous description "incorrectly". There was NO meeting of the minds for this purchase, and they need to understand that it's not acceptable to treat customers this way.

We apologized numerous times in emails to the customer for the description that was not 100% clear and we have since updated the description to be clear that the item is not sold in sets of 3. We are not trying to offend the customer by saying there was an oversight but in this case the customer either did not see or fully understand the description that states the item is "Priced for individual sale". We do not wish to offend the customer by saying she did not see this, it was an honest mistake, but because we clearly state in the description that the item is sold individually, that we cannot pay the return shipping cost. We are more than happy to accept a return and issue a refund to the customer once the items have been returned. We have had many customers order this item and we have never had complaints about the quality of this item or the description, but we have updated the description as the customer requested.

I am still astounded that they continue to blame me. An empty apology is not an apology. I expect a straight-forward apology from the business stating: (1) the description was ambiguous, and the reasonable consumer could assume that the vases were sold as "three bud vases" as in the description, (2) it is not customer oversight, but it is their fault for not being clear in the description.

Please do not shop there!
It takes the, forever to answer phone callS. Their return process sucks, they don't refund you. When you harass them enough they refund you so e of it.
They pretended not to receive one of my return shipment just so they dont refund me!!
Beware.

I ordered $37.40 worth of salt and pepper shakers on June ** and it was billed to my credit card June **. My wedding is July [redacted] and by July [redacted] I still had not received my shakers. I called 3 times and emailed them before I finally got ahold of someone. The representative did refund my purchase but I am very disappointed that there was no communication with me as to why I did not receive my shakers. Be very cautious when ordering from this website.

Review: We order two sets of 24 stemless wine glasses. One with writing and the other also had writing but a different set of writing.
We received half of the order so far. I have emailed the company twice and called and left a message this A.M. I have not received a response regarding my order. The original order was placed over three weeks ago.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the other half of our order.

Review: I placed a rush order for 160 stemless personalized wine glasses, totaling upwards of $350 dollars.

I was told by "Jason" the order would ship August [redacted]. Busy planning a wedding, days go by I contacted cheap favor ship multiple times to get a tracking number. on August [redacted], I receive an email saying "[redacted]. This is completely unacceptable in my eyes, considering I paid for a rush delivery, ordered weeks ago and that is the day before my wedding!

I asked for overnight delivery, to which Jason replied "[redacted].Desired Settlement: give a tracking number , immediate contact, refund money if not delivered by Sept [redacted]

Review: I placed an order the morning of Thursday 6/**/2015. They charged my card that same day for $76+, and have yet to confirm the order. I have not received a confirmation email or phone call. Review: I ordered wedding favors online on April *, 2015 and sent them back to the company in unde r30 days in their original packing. I have asked the company multiple times (20 unanswered phone calls and 5 emails) to send my money back over the past two months and I have still not received it. I was told once that my refund processing was delayed but this was a while back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for everything including all S&H since I have waited so long - $119.78.

Review: They were unable to get part of my order to me in time for my wedding, they stated we could return it for a refund. We sent the item back, and have not received a refund. Every single phone call I make goes straight to voicemail and not a single voice mail has been called back. Emails do not get replied to either. At this point since I have returned merchandise and have not been refunded Cheap Favor Shop has essentially stolen from me.Desired Settlement: Since this has drawn out and consumed so much of my time just to attempt to contact the company I want a full refund issued.

Review: I had authorized purchase of 130 personalized wine glasses on 4/**/15. Since their email confirmation of receipt of order says to email for status updates on my order, I emailed my first request on 5/*/15. I had gotten no response so I send my 2nd request via email on 5/*/15. I finally call and was able to speak to [redacted] who had informed me that they had a delay with their manufacturer and my wine glasses would be delayed only a couple days since they were expecting their shipment within the next two days and advised that my order would be filled and shipped out immediately. I was advised that I would also receive tracking information via email as well.

Since I hadn't heard from them in regards to my shipment after I was promised an email with tracking within the week, I had tried reaching out a number of times with no luck of getting ahold of anyone! I left voice mails, emails, and even tried contacting them through their "Live Chat" popup that floats around on their homepage pretending to be a new customer with questions on product and STILL no one reached out to me.

I called them again on 5/**/15 and left a voice mail (surprise! no one answered!) that stated that I no longer wanted my product and wanted a refund! Still no one calls me and I am surprised when I receive an email notification on 5/**/15 with tracking information! I am surprised when I am to receive my product the next day on 5/**/15!

When I FINALLY received my product, I inspect them and find that 22 wine glasses were damaged during shipping! I immediately email the company to inform them of the damaged goods since there disclaimer states that all damaged product must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. On top of this, I also called today, 5/**/15, for due diligence. I am surprised when I actually get ahold of someone who attempts to help me however the problem now lies that I am a week away from my wedding and this company wants ME to pay for expedited shipping on product that was damaged. Which on top of this they won't even process my replacement order without receiving pictures of the damaged goods. This was told to me AFTER I explained that I work 2 jobs and cannot get them pictures until this weekend. So they wouldn't even start processing my request until Monday (which I can't be certain that would even happen since they don't keep in contact with their customers!). So I wouldn't receive my replacement wine glasses until AFTER my wedding which is on 6/*/15!

The company won't refund my money even after I told them that [redacted] will be returning the goods to the sender (I will no longer have receipt of their product). They proceeded to tell me that I will only receive a refund of the broken items. But the problem now lies that I have 108 wine glasses with a 130 guests! I can't distribute wedding favors to only SOME of my guests!

All of this would have been avoid if they had shipped the product in a timely manner and kept their customers up to date!

I want a FULL refund since I will NOT be keeping the product!Desired Settlement: I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

Review: On July **, 2015,I ordered personalized mugs worth $408.61. from Josh. The order was to arrive on the [redacted] or [redacted] of August. I have tried to track my order's progress to no avail. Today, the [redacted] of August, 2015 is the last day for delivery, according to Josh.
I have tried calling, no one answers. It goes to voicemail. I have left messages, but no one returns my calls.
