This company is simply to put it in one word: INEPT. Their customer service is terrible and that is putting it lightly. Why have a customer service number to talk to someone at this crappy [redacted] company when no one picks up the phone and it goes straight to voicemail. The people who have emailed me (Kyrin, Ashley, and Claire) seem to have no sense of responsibility when it comes to helping their customers. I had ordered 58 wine glasses and they were supposed to ship on June [redacted] (I had placed the order on May ***). As the ship date approached I kept in contact with this so called company but all I got were crickets. Finally June [redacted] came and gone and still no communication from them and I finally got an email from “Kyrin” on June [redacted] and he stated that there was a delay in my order and he was going to talk with the supervisor to see the cause of the delay. I never got a detailed answer in why it was delayed. On June [redacted] my wine glasses order was delivered (2 were broken). On June [redacted] I get an email from them stating here is your tracking number. LOL!!! This was such a freaking joke. I got the shipping tracking number after my items were already delivered. Please stay away from this company. They suck. I have never seen such crappy customer service in my life.

I ordered personalized mason jar mugs for my sons wedding on 4/**/I had not received them by 5/**/and started trying to get in touch with this business by phone but had to leave messagesI also contacted them by email on 5/**/and finally received a response on 5/**/But in the email they told me that my order had been shipped and had arrived on 5/**/I then checked the *** tracking number which told me that my package had been returned to senderI have sent numerous emails since 5/**/and have had no responseI have also filed a disputed charge with my credit card company

The company has taken my money out of my account with no production to show for itNo calls or emails are returned or responded tooThey will not provide tracking numbers for my order or any communication period

There was no customer oversight, and I am highly offended that they are suggesting this is the case There is ambiguity even in their response A reasonable person can read "Delivered in an assortment of three design patterns" to be that three vases will be delivered I am so taken aback about how terrible this customer service is that I will continue to take action I would like them to issue an apology for their advertising It's not even about the money at this point They are being defensive and throwing blame on me by saying it was MY mistake in reading an ambiguous description "incorrectly" There was NO meeting of the minds for this purchase, and they need to understand that it's not acceptable to treat customers this way

I ordered glasses and accidentally chose the wrong color for the letteringWithin minutes of placing the order I emailed the company to change the colorA rep emailed me right back and said no problem we have updated the color change to your selected color blackI received my order and the glasses are purpleCalled the company numerous times, no answerI left a voicemail which was never returnedI emailed the company and explained the issue and they said they would send a new order with the correct colorI received my order today and they are purple againAgain no answer when I call and now no response to my emailI have ugly glasses I can not use and I'm out $

I ordered cheers engraved wine stoppers for a total of $on August *** I received a receipt for the purchases and my credit card was chargedI never received a shipping notification or tracking numberThe wine stoppers had our wedding date of September 3rd, on themIt is not August 29th and I have yet to receive my purchaseI have contacted Cheap Favor Shop via email and phone for the past three days and have not received a responseNo one answers the phone calls and I get a generic voicemailThe emails get an automated response indicated a representative will be in contact with me in hoursBut no one have ever contacted meNow I have no favors for my wedding and will have to pay extra to get things shipped overnightI want a full refundThis company should not be allowed to be in business

It’s been over 2months since my order came I’m missing boxes for my wine glasses- I’ve called and called and I’m getting nowhere!!!! Feels like they’ve ripped me of!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cheap Favor Shop regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved
because:
The business was in contact with me, only when I had reached out to them through email or phoneAt every point of contact they refused to take responsibility of the error, and refused any sort of refund or replacement.

On April *** I ordered personalized Mason Jar Party Favors My card was debited $on that day As of 5/**/I still have not received the jars or a tracking number to show that it was shipped I have contacted them via the * *** number times starting the first week of May Each time they have said they are being shipped that day and I will receive an email with the tracking number I have not received a tracking number or the product The times are the times that I was able to get though I have called about times They do not answer the phone most of the time

This order was shipped out in the appropriate time frame and delivered on 6/** signed for by somebody with the last name "***" which is the same as the customers last name* *** tracking number is ***

I ordered favors for a fundraiser, was guaranteed delivery The deliver date came and went, I called times with no answers, sent numerous emails and finally I got through only to be told that my product had yet to go into production I asked that someone follow up with me I was going to ask for a discount and use the favor at another time No one ever called, no apologies, I simply received a generic email with a refund Terrible experience, no customer service Would not recommend The price is not worth the frustration!

Ordered Wedding Mugs with more than two months of leadway and they shipped another persons order to us and refused to send replacements with less than a month before the weddingNow two sets of couples are out of time to get their mugsIf you call the phone number on their main page or contact us page no one ever answers

A refund in the full amount of the price paid for the item was refunded to the customer once the item was returned and inspected as per our return policyA refund receipt was sent to the customer once the refund was issued

My fiancee and I purchased engraved ozstemless wine glasses from Cheap Favor Shop for our upcoming weddingThey were supposed to be shipped out three weeks after the purchase date of January **, I received an email about four weeks after purchasing the glasses saying that I would soon get tracking numbers for the shipmentI never received a tracking number at that timeI emailed the customer service email address about three weeks after that time and received no response or refundI emailed again and received a short response simply stating that tracking numbers were being emailed to me
Cheap Favor Shop said that our glasses would be shipped and arrive to us three weeks after our purchase date, which means we should have received them by February *, The items finally arrived today (March *, 2016) in poorly packaged boxes with no protective packagingThe only type of haphazard protection that they had prioritized was a sticker on the boxes saying "glassware:

I ordered glasses and a design to be imprinted on them on May 24, I received an email on June 2, stating my order was processing and would ship by June 14, On June 15, I inquired about my order status I was told there were broken glasses and the order was held up, but that it would ship in hours It is now June 20, and my order is still processing This company does not respond well, and not to calls at all They are supposedly refunding my money as I just cancelled my order We shall see if I actually get the money back I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYTRUST THE REVIEWS!!!

They never respond to emails or voice mails I placed my order, they charged my credit card and I never heard from them again! I called and emailed with absolutely no response I ordered wine glasses for my wedding and they never delivered them It would be nice if they at least said no, we can't fulfill your order so you can make alternate arrangements Terrible customer service!
