These guys bailed me out when the person doing our wedding favors got called out of country 3 weeks before the wedding.They not only came through in a clutch situation, but the glasses we orderd were pristine unbroken, and perfect.I got them a week after I ordered, I would like to thank them for being good people and would like everyone to know that Claire in customer service kept me in the loop every step of the way after I read bad reviews and got nervous.The only thing I can think of with the bad reviews is either they're being written by the competition because it is stiff and they are really good and cheap or they are being written by impossible to please people who wait till the week before their wedding to order."I have plenty of time" people.  I am still astounded that they continue to blame me.  An empty apology is not an apology.  I expect a straight-forward apology from the business stating: (1) the description was ambiguous, and the reasonable consumer could assume that the vases were sold as "three bud vases" as in the description, (2) it is not customer oversight, but it is their fault for not being clear in the description.

We apologized numerous times in emails to the customer for the description that was not 100% clear and we have since updated the description to be clear that the item is not sold in sets of 3. We are not trying to offend the customer by saying there was an oversight but in this case the customer either did not see or fully understand the description that states the item is "Priced for individual sale". We do not wish to offend the customer by saying she did not see this, it was an honest mistake, but because we clearly state in the description that the item is sold individually, that we cannot pay the return shipping cost. We are more than happy to accept a return and issue a refund to the customer once the items have been returned. We have had many customers order this item and we have never had complaints about the quality of this item or the description, but we have updated the description as the customer requested.

I ordered $37.40 worth of salt and pepper shakers on June ** and it was billed to my credit card June **. My wedding is July [redacted] and by July [redacted] I still had not received my shakers. I called 3 times and emailed them before I finally got ahold of someone. The representative did refund my purchase but I am very disappointed that there was no communication with me as to why I did not receive my shakers. Be very cautious when ordering from this website.

The description of the product in question clearly states that the item is "Delivered in an assortment of three design patterns" and "Priced for individual sale" and nowhere does it say that this item is sold as a set. We offered to sell the customer more vases at a generously discounted price but...

the customer refused. Unfortunately the customer overlooked some important information in the product description and we were unable to provide free shipping due to the customers oversight. We have since updated the description to include, "Not sold as a set of 3" (in bold) to help clear up any confusion in the future.

This review is for Cheap Favor Shop.com ([redacted]. uses the same contact info.). I asked for a sample which was received but realized I requested the wrong size so I called and was able to talk to someone about an order for the larger size. I was charged but then did not receive the 2nd sample. It took me a week and several phone and written requests to finally get someone on the phone so they could send the sample at no charge. I was assured I would get it by a certain date but it was late because of the weekend. We still liked the product but then the web site wasn't functioning properly for me to feel comfortable ordering. Again, I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or email (three days now) to ask about a proof or ordering questions. I'm beginning to wonder if they are a legitimate company. It's a shame because we like their product and they have a good promotion but terrible business practices and customer experience (not reliable at all). Part of the business is outsources to WishRocket but I'm not sure what part of the business they operate. We do not trust them based on our experience and other similar reviews and will look for our wedding favors elsewhere.

We did admit to a mistake in this order and we worked to get the additional glasses made and shipped out as soon as possible. We spoke with [redacted], who is the persona who placed the order, paid for it, and is having it shipped to her home address and she agreed that if it is delivered by 5/** then...

everything would be okay. We completed the order and added a few extra glasses and shipped 2-day air to arrive on 5/** as we promised. We were contacted by [redacted], who filed this complaint, but since he was not the person who placed the order we informed him that we had already come to a resolution with our customer and that the order would be fulfilled in that matter.

I ordered Personalized Coasters for my daughter's wedding in mid-October. They didn't arrive. After several inquiries, I was finally told they had been broken in shipment and would not be delivered. They offered me either a refund or stemless glasses as a replacement. I wanted the refund since there wasn't enough time before the wedding. I never got the refund. I have left several voicemails (note: they never seem to answer the phone) and several emails. Nothing. Not even a courtesy reply. I would definitely stay away from these guys - it's either a small time shop and they are way over their heads, or something more sinister. Either way - bad news.

I wanted to give a good review, but they truly made it impossible. June 30th I placed my order; waited two weeks to get a shipment confirmation. Had to reach out to them numerous times; no one ever answers the phone or returns your calls. The just go into vmail. I finally get a shipment email after two email request and a phone call. They responded by email. FAST FORWARD to yesterday July 14th my shipment arrives im so excited, but I ordered customized glass mason jars wheres the Fragile label? None. Why do I keep hereing a clinking noise? My God! I ordered 23 jars but only 17 of them made it. I wish I could post the pics it was rediculous. Poorly packaged, each glass was divided by a light flemsy cardboard paper, nothing to keep it from moving around in the box, no bubble no popcorn, no styro, no space fillers between the empty glass sections. Just a crumpled shipping paper on the top. I am so disgusted. I called twice, left messages and emailed that was yesterday and today is Saturday. My sons bday is next month and im short on favors. This business has a good concept but obviously poor execution and customer service. They need better management. DONT USE THEM! Pay a little extra to get a better experience... especially for those of you on a timeline. BUYER BEWARE!

I agree, this is the most unprofessional business! I am notifying amazon to remove this company from their site. I made a purchase and I have emailed, called, and chatted and no one responds. I will never order from them again.

Do not order from cheapfavorshop.com this has been the worst online experience. I ordered 70 mason jars on march 5th for an event in may. At the end of march I only received 53. I called numerous times, left voicemails, left emails and finally I was able to reach someone on the phone. I was informed that my "package got split up" and that the other part got "sent back to the warehouse" which I learned later was a lie. I was supposed to receive those "lost" pieces a week and a half later and after two weeks I still didn't receive them. I even contacted them asking for a tracking number which I never received. I called more than 10 times in one day and never reached anyone and no one returned my calls. I finally got an email saying they had to replace my items and that they would be arriving april 27. I never got them. I left more messages and I haven't gotten my jars and I haven't gotten a refund. I ordered them well in advance, paid the full amount and am very discouraged.This company is all-around awful. Whatever you do, do not order from this company!

Review: I ordered 70 personalized mason jars on Ocotber [redacted] totalling $157.00. They arrived on November [redacted] and over 20 were broke. Whoever packed them just put them in the boxes and sent them- no newspaper in between, no packaging to help them arrive safely-nothing. As a result when they arrived there was shattered glass EVERYWHERE. I opened all 4 boxes and there were atleast half of the mason jars broken (I am actually shocked the [redacted] didn't file a complaint because of the broken glass that was coming out of the box). Anyways, I contacted Caleb who said they would get me new mason jars sent asap and he didn't know who packaged them but he would find out. On December [redacted] I emailed and asked about an update- I got an email back stating that they were going to be shipped out that week. It is now January [redacted]- I can not get a hold of anyone on the phone and noone will email me back. I should have just asked for my money back the first time but I really wanted these mason jars for gifts at me wedding. Who packs 70 glass jars on top of each other and side by side travelling across country in the mail without any protection? I have plenty of photos time stamped of the day my order was receivedDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for at least half of the mason jars. I cant give away 24 mason jars that look different from others and I need to order new ones ASAP in order to be here in time for my wedding. This company is terrible. Stay away.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Cheap Favor Shop has been resolved.Even though my items were not fixed, they agreed to give me back 50% of my money. This business should have given me 100% back but told me the only way to do that would be to send back the items with me paying the shipping so basically it was get all my money back but pay $45 for shipping or get 50%. I still am not happy and don't think a business should be ran this way.

Review: I purchased 150.00 dollars worth of products which were for my wedding never received it, it was glasses that were [redacted] very disappointing hope I get my money and they don't answer calls but they definitely take your money!
