I had a really bad experience with cheap tickets.com. after I paid for the tickets they refused to issue the airline tickets unless I paid the surprise additional $200 on to my ticket price. Then they double charged my credit card. I was forced to contact them by phone because they said they couldn't do refund inquiries in writing. Then due to a medical e I was unable to fly and they wouldn't give me my money back even with medical documentation. I was forced again to be placed on hold for over 2 hours. I will never use their services again and hope that no one else will either. I wasted so much money!
