I have been Insured with United Equitable Insurance since 12/09/and the policy was taken by [redacted] Insurance Agency I never had any issues, until I recently was involved in a hit and runI filed a claim through my insurance company I was told days after a claim was filed that my policy is being rescinded for not providing accurate information They said once I submitted my claim they then ran my MVR and I did not provide the agency ( [redacted] Insurance) with the information that was found However, when I signed up for my policy they did not ask me any of those questions, nor did I sign anything stating there information they had was correct So currently my car is sitting in a auto yard where the insurance company told me to have it towedOnly to find out that I will not be covered I think this is a totally unfair practice and how was I to know they needed any of that information if it was never asked When I spoke with [redacted] Insurance they were

I filed a claim with United Equitable Insurance because my car got damaged due to hitting a pothole February 2, Since then they reviewed my claim, and asked me about driving for [redacted] because of the sticker I had on my windshieldI explained to them I signed up for [redacted] in 2016, but I never used the serviceI emailed my [redacted] Log and deactivation letter to my claim coordinator Ashley S [redacted] in March to prove so upon her requestAfter not getting a response from United for weeks, I contacted my insurance agent, [redacted] Insurance, which whom informed me that my claim was deniedSince March I have been trying to contact my coordinator and adjuster over at United Equitable via phone calls and email, and I have yet to get a responseThey still have my car, and are canceling my insuranceThey also allowed me to renew my insurance before they informed me it would be canceled

I have an insurance policy through [redacted] Insurance that has the name United Equitable Insurance Company on my insurance card I have been paying my insurance on time each month, but when I had an accident [redacted] does not want to pay for it I am covered, but they are stating that I did not tell them I live in the home with my parents This was never asked and my parents have their own insurance that I have tried to provide to [redacted] I looked up the insurance claim policy in Illinois and it is illegal what they are doing They cannot deny or shorten my claim amount based on this and that is what they are doing Commingling is illegal and they are supposed to pay my claim and then they can try to bill for anything else I have been cooperative, but I need my vehicle repaired because it affects the front light and taillight and I keep getting tickets that the insurance company needs to pay

I am insured by this company and twice my vehicle has been hit by another party and both times they claim they are not getting papers that are faxed over to them and they are not going after the other party who is at faultThey said I can not be granted a refund because it is not they're problemI have full coverage and everytime they are telling me they can't helpThey have let fees be collected because of not answering or going to get my car when I askedThis place is horrible horrible horrible!!! United Equitable Insurance, Co out of Skokie Illinois needs be shut down!!! On July 3rd, 2019 I was rear ended at a stoplight by Benjamin [redacted] who was on his tablet and insured through United Equitable Insurance, co. I was compliant and submitted all of the proper information to United Equitable per their request. I even took the time OUT OF MY DAY to get an estimate at their preferred vendor, [redacted] in Franklin Park, Il. My insurance company, [redacted] called UEI a month ago and UEI informed [redacted] that their client is not being compliant and after 90 days UEI will make a liability decision based on evidence. Which is ridiculous considering they have a LEGAL DOCUMENT from the Melrose Park Police department saying Benjamin [redacted] was at fault and on his tablet at the time he rear-ended me!!!!! On October 4th, 2019 I called UEI and spoke to Jasmine. I gave her the claim number that I was supplied with by UEI # [redacted] 3 and she stated that on October 1st they mailed me a letter denying any liability(which I never received)because THEIR CLIENT IS BEING NON-COMPLIANT. Not returning phone calls or hasn't given any statement. Which is absurd, considering their client had to call and give a statement to start the claim. HOW IS IT MY PROBLEM THAT THEIR CLIENT IS BEING NON-COMPLIANT???!!!! I then spoke to Ashley [redacted] at UEI and she stated the same thing. Their policy is that if their client doesn't respond within 90 days of the accident they deny liability!! They lie!! They told my insurance company something different !! How is this legal?!!!!!!! They don't need their statement when there is a statement from the police and their client on the report!!!! HE REAR ENDED ME at a stoplight while he was on his tablet!!!!! UEI IS FRAUDLENT AND THEIR POLICY IS UNETHICAL AND UNHEARD OF. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!!

An insured of United Equitable damaged my vehicle on February 8, Their insured has been uncooperative with the claim since then and it is now, three months later, that the company has informed me that the claim will be suspended because of lack of cooperation from their insured personThe company has refused to pay damages to my vehicle and suggested that, if I wanted to fix my vehicle, to file a claim under my insuranceHowever, this will appear on my record, and because I was not at fault, I am not willing to do thatI am hoping that the Revdex.com can help me with this issue, so that the insurance company pays me for the damages their client has made to my property, as they have yielded uncooperative

The Insurance company issued me a check for damages made to my carI cashed the check at a currency exchangeA week or so later I was contacted by the currency exchange that the check I cashed was a bad check and it needs to referred back to the makerI have constantly tried to get in touch with the insurance company to find out what went wrong with the checkMeanwhile the check went into collections so now the currency exchange is holding me responsible for the check and its full amountThe currency exchange have also made many attempts to get in touch with the insurance company and still no response or call backs about the situationI want to get this matter resolved so that it wont effect my credit

This company has horrible customer service in their claims/total loss departmentThe employees never answer their phones and are holding out on paying out my claim for a total lossI have been calling for weeks with no responseDozens of voicemails left
