My car was involved in an accident and filed a complaint with my insurances company because the other party involved did not have insurance I took my car in on July 3,to the body repair shop that the insurance referred me to after they inspected my vehicle they said I should contact Robert in business days which I did on Friday July no answer I left serval messages I even called on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and I even tried today no answer they keep dropping the call or I end up being sent to a voicemail to leave a message which haven't got answerI've been with this company almost years I don't think it's fair they not wanting to fix my car I read the reviews online and see I'm not the only person had this problem with this insurance companyI have called United Equitable Insurance every day except on Sunday and still no answer or return call from Robert

This is the most worse insurance company one can deal withIt's been months since the accident and month have been waiting on the so called value of my vehicle, this company is a nightmare to deal with
