On March 2,2014, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with *** *** which led to damage to my vehicle*** *** was insured with United Equitable Insurance CompanyI was asked to complete a Report of Accident and Claim form and return it to the company; which I didI am insured with *** Insurance*** reviewed the accident report, and determined that *** *** was at faultAt no time did UEI review the damages to my vehicleAfter not hearing from UEI in over a month, I contacted themI spoke with Claudia in the Claims Department, who informed me that they had contacted *** *** and that Tatiana had days to respond to the accident claimAfter, not hearing from UEI in over days, I contacted them again; only to be told that Tatiana claimed that she was not at faultAfter numerous attempts to settle this, My Insurance company, paid for the repairs on my vehicleI had to pay a $deductible; which I would like to be reimbursed to me from UEIUE

I was in a car accident 12/08/17and I reported the accident to the company and was given a claims adjuster Antonio H*** whom I have not heard from at allIt has been over a month and no from that office has reached out to me via calling or emailI have been calling everyday...sometimes they answer and sometimes they don'tI was told when I called 12/28/by office clerk Stephanie that my case was sent to Total Loss Dept and Kathryn T*** would be handling my caseHowever I have been calling to speak with her since 12/28/and leaving messages with no return phone callI called again Wednesday 01/10/asking to speak with MsT***'s supervisor and once again Stephanie the office clerk answers the call and stated to me that MsT*** said for me to stop calling every day that when my case is approved she'll call meI asked Stephanie why won't she answer her phone or call me and tell me that and she replied she didn't know to just stop calling and wait for MsT**

On December 6, I came outside in the am to get ready to go to work when I noticed my car was hit being parked on the drivers sideI immediately called the police to talk to them and let know what happened they told me to come in and do a police report in person ( police report# ***)then I called the insurance to report the accidentOn December 08,the insurance company picked up the carI was told on December 10, an adjuster looked at the car per companyAll this information listed was never communicated to me at all which they had access to my home address to get a letter which I never received, never received a call from agent, never received an email ( very unresponsive ) which I KEPT calling the insurance company and leaving voicemails and never received any calls from them( dates I called was everyday within weeks)Finally the last time I called was on December 26,which a rep finally answered named Jeanette I believe and she stated over the phone tha

THE HIT AND RUN
Information per police report: On Wednesday, April at 8:PM, an officer started an accident investigation regarding two damaged vehicles that were unoccupied and appropriately parked on the streetThree witnesses watched the hit and run and were able to collect the color, make, model, & license plates of the suspect vehicle and rely that information to the officer
The following day the suspect car driver and owner, who is the father of the driver, met with the policeThe driver said that he had lost control of the vehicle, struck the victim's vehicles, and didn't know what to do so he left the sceneThe driver was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license
THE INSURANCE
Our truck was totaled.The other driver was found to be at fault as it was an obvious hit and run
APRIL-contacted United Equitable Insurance Company (UEI) that was listed as the driver at fault insurance company as shown on the police repo

United Equitable Insurance Company sent me to a auto repair shop of their choice for an estimateI went to that repair shop on August 24, I contacted the insurance company on September 7, by telephone to ascertain the status of my claim because I had not heard anything from themI was informed by the insurer that a denial letter was sent me on August 25, I informed him I never got a denial letterI then asked him why was my claim denied? He told me that a dog caused the accident and that I should contact the owner of the dogHe sent me a copy of the denial letter dated August 25, via email on September 7, That letter stated, "Our insured took evasive action to avoid a dog that ran into the streetYour claim is denied"I informed him that the insured hit my parked vehicleSince the insured is responsible for controlling their vehicle, the insured is responsible for hitting my parked vehicle not the dogTherefore, the insurer is responsible for the rep

I started with this company in February threw insurance on the spot had has been dealing this them brokering me through there services about years and it's the first Insurance Company that I dealt with the try to rip off their customers I was in an accident because a car cut me off and I was in the turning lane and my insurance Company to deny my claim because people in my Family got a policy with them months after I did they don't live in my household and my brothers Wife used my Grandmothers address for mailing purposes because they was living in a shelter and now denied my claim and tried to say I didn't even have insurance with them after I filed the claim on May 13th and it's been up and it's been nothing but heartache ever since then fighting to keep my license and now they have suspended it because they're saying I didn't have insurance and before that date they had no problem with taking my money every month all I want them to do is giving me a letter to give to ***

Was involved in an accident with a driver insured (Their driver was declared as the AT-FAULT PARTY) with this company and so FAR they have had contact with me besides when I filled out the report with them was told an adjuster would come see my vehicle since the shop they use is 45+ mins from my house and due to damage my vehicle can be consider un-safe to drive was told an adjuster would come to me now they have just quit responding to emails/call and so forth

Was involved in a vehicle accident with a client from this insurance company, they drug the complaint out for a few monthsthen they decided to deny the claim without written proof of their reason for the denial, even though the accident was the fault of their clientThey sent me a letter telling me that they are refusing my claim for a policy that was broken by the client, but nowhere did they prove that this is a policy or even a state policy

United Equitable Insurance is a rip off! I brought my car insurance from the *** *** dealership when I purchased my car in 2013.So, I trusted themFours years later, I file my first claimAfter two months, I discovered that my vehicle still had not been inspectedThree months later, my vehicle is now waiting upon RE-inspectionThey don't answer the phoneEven when you show up in person, they lie to your face to give you fake comfortThe bank that fiances my car has called them for two month straight, every hours, and not one single representative from the company has ever returned their callI would recommend this company to my worst enemy! UEG representatives and adjuster still have yet to complete their review of damages and compensation stemming from a vehicle accident back in May My vehicle was struck by their insured party and all paperwork was filed correctly
After multiple back and forth phone calls and emails, their "adjuster" has yet to contact me to resolve this issueOther formal complaints have been filed with several state and village agencies

I was involved in an accident with an individual covered by this insurance company This person was at fault, they hit me from behind From day one I did everything I was supposed to, submitted all required information and in a timely manner After being given the run around, I was finally told that they would not cover the damages because their insured was not cooperating REALLY?!?! What does that have to do with me, I did my part This is not the first time I've had a complaint with this company, totally unprofessional and questionable business practices

United Equitable Insurance, Co out of Skokie Illinois needs be shut down!!! On July 3rd, I was rear ended at a stoplight by Benjamin *** who was on his tablet and insured through United Equitable Insurance, coI was compliant and submitted all of the proper information to United Equitable per their requestI even took the time OUT OF MY DAY to get an estimate at their preferred vendor, *** *** in Franklin Park, IlMy insurance company, *** called UEI a month ago and UEI informed *** that their client is not being compliant and after days UEI will make a liability decision based on evidenceWhich is ridiculous considering they have a LEGAL DOCUMENT from the Melrose Park Police department saying Benjamin *** was at fault and on his tablet at the time he rear-ended me!!!!!
On October 4th, I called UEI and spoke to JasmineI gave her the claim number that I was supplied with by UEI #***and she stated that on October 1st they mailed me a letter denying any liability(which I never received)because THEIR CLIENT IS BEING NON-COMPLIANTNot returning phone calls or hasn't given any statementWhich is absurd, considering their client had to call and give a statement to start the claimHOW IS IT MY PROBLEM THAT THEIR CLIENT IS BEING NON-COMPLIANT???!!!! I then spoke to Ashley *** at UEI and she stated the same thingTheir policy is that if their client doesn't respond within days of the accident they deny liability!! They lie!! They told my insurance company something different !! How is this legal?!!!!!!! They don't need their statement when there is a statement from the police and their client on the report!!!! HE REAR ENDED ME at a stoplight while he was on his tablet!!!!!
UEI IS FRAUDLENT AND THEIR POLICY IS UNETHICAL AND UNHEARD OFTHEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!!

I filed a claim with United Equitable Insurance because my car got damaged due to hitting a pothole February 2, Since then they reviewed my claim, and asked me about driving for *** because of the sticker I had on my windshieldI explained to them I signed up for *** in 2016, but I never used the serviceI emailed my *** Log and deactivation letter to my claim coordinator Ashley S*** in March to prove so upon her requestAfter not getting a response from United for weeks, I contacted my insurance agent, *** *** Insurance, which whom informed me that my claim was deniedSince March I have been trying to contact my coordinator and adjuster over at United Equitable via phone calls and email, and I have yet to get a responseThey still have my car, and are canceling my insuranceThey also allowed me to renew my insurance before they informed me it would be canceled

People please don’t purchase insurance from *** insurance or with United equitable insurance they will find a way not to pay the claim I think There should be a law against this kind of insurance we pay each month or yearly to be covered to be ok with the law but when it comes time to pay claims they will do anything not to payAll this low cost insurance should be ban from selling “insurance” to people

My car was hit by United Equitable,s insured CS,on May 19th,2017,and I filed a claim,with the company,went in for an appraisal at the shop they referred me to, in which it was insisted because I was told no one could come to the area and I didnt want to drive the car because there is damage to the suspension on the passenger side.After that appraisal on May 25th,, Gabriel from UE,contacted me by text to come to my home and appraise the car again ,because the insurance company wanted an appraisal from their appraisers,and he said I would hear something in days,so on the 5th day I didnt hear anything I called the company,and they told me they are waiting on a response from the insured,in which she has days to respond!!
