United Equitable Insurance Client hit my car almost three weeks agoI filled out the paper work and faxed it back the same day, it took four days for them to retrieve the faxI took my car to see their adjuster and he said they will contact me by the end of the week, and they did not do doEverytime I call for correspondence my call either ends up getting dropped, or they are waiting for paperwork from someone else, meanwhile I have no means for transportationThey would not offer me a rental car until this is resolved, and I don't have the money for a rental while waiting on there extra long process to play outI just want my car fixed or replaced, that's all

My vehicle was damaged due to a rear-end collision on 6/23/The person driving the other vehicle has insurance coverage with United Equitable Insurance, which has decided that the cost to repair my vehicle is $The lowest I received is nearly times that amountAlso, this does not include a rentalThey are simply doing a "patch up" job on my vehicle, and it is not fairThey should not be allowed to get away with thisThey will not return emails; and, you will be on hold for literally minutes before someone picks up, or you will go to the darkness of voicemail never to be heard from againTheir behavior simply should not be toleratedI need my vehicle repaired, and I am reaching out to you for help

Was in an accident on 6/25/18, filed a claim with United Equitable Insurance Company (UEI) on 7/6/after receiving a letter of denial from the other drivers insurance due to lapse of coverageTook my vehicle to an auto body shop in Waukegan for an estimate, and was later emailed paperwork which I promptly faxedOn 7/16/followed up with UEI in which a customer service representative (*** stated the adjuster deemed my vehicle a total loss, and would be notified soon of the valueI continued to follow up with UEI 2-times a week for the next weeks asking for the status of my claim as well as attempting to talk to the adjuster, in which the *** would tell me deemed a total loss they are waiting for the value, and there is no adjuster available left voicemailOn 8/3/I called again for an update and for the adjuster as well as a supervisor, I was told still pending value, still no adjuster, and no supervisor available left voicemailBefore ending the call the *** claimed I h

This Company is the WORSTI had full coverage with this company and got into a car accident in Maywhich the other driver was at fault and totaled my carUEI NEVER kept me up to date with what was going on with my claim,I always had to call in where no one really answer or they put you on hold foreverI was asked to send in all forms about my accident and I did thinking I was in the clear and they would pay out what I was entitled to for my claimmonths go by and still heard nothing, so I called in asking for some update just to be told they mailed me out a letter stating they dropped my claim WHAT!!!! They kept transferring me to the adjusters voicemail and they never answered,I called back to back until the Supervisor of adjusters answeredHe told me that they dropped my claim and wasnt going to pay me out and just reimburse me my premium because I wasnt the owner of the vehicleWhen we first took out the policy I stated my grandfather was the owner and I was they only operator of the vehicle which it shows on the policyHE then says well it was a mix up on whoever wrote up your policy ARE YOU SERIOUS.....THEN he tells me I can go pick up my totaled vehicle and good luck!!!! I called my lawyers and now have to sue UEI AND WHOEVER ELSE,AGAIN THEY ARE THE WORSTif I could give them stars I would...I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING AFTER JUST READING THE REVIEWS

I had an accident five weeks agoI gave these guys my car the same week of the accident and to this day it hasn't been repairedIt sat for the weeks with no communication from this companyI happened to call them to check the status of my car and that's when I found out that they hadn't even attempted to look at my carThey sent me some paper work to fill outI filled it out and returned itI'm still waiting for my car to be repairedA

The insurance company denied my claim, the car has a full coverage policy because the underwriter claims I withheld information from another accident in MayMind you, On an occasion, I believe 10-18, where I clled to ask the status of my claim, they asled me about this “accident” in which I told them I hit my Prius woth a garage door but never went forward with the claim and did not receive money because it was a garage mechanical problemAbout two days later, a rep from United Equitable InsurNce called asking me the same thing in which I told her I had already spoken with someone and explained the supposed “accident” to them, I told her I was not going to repeat it againShe applogized and supposedly left notes in the systemHow am I withholding information when I spoke to two different people from the same company explaining the same thing and that claim has nothing to do with this oneI need my car fixed asap that is why Inhavefull coverage on it

Very poor customer service! Operator does not answer the phoneCalls are transferred to a voice mail system where calls are never returned however when the voice mail prompts you to leave a message it states calls will be returned in 24-hoursWorst service ever!

On April 19th, their insured car was hit by a honda accord at an intersectionSomehow their insured ended up striking my car which was passed the intersection and parkedI've spoken to her garbage insurance company and they are saying she's not at fault because her car was struck firstThat's not my problemWhen her car was struck, it didn't cause her to strike my carI called and filed a claim on April 20th and was informed that someone would appraise the car within to business daysOn April 26th, they denied my claimI called and left several voicemails for Laura, and she has yet to return any of my callsI got a call from an appraiser today on May 3rd, weeks after the accident to come appraise the car and now he can't come out until next thursday because they gave him the wrong address

On 8-30-a car crashed my car from rear, so the person crashed my car had this horrible insurance
Its been over months and this company hasn't paid me for the damages that their client caused me, and ever time I call them they tell me that they are waiting for their client to fill out paper work

I have been Insured with United Equitable Insurance since 12/09/and the policy was taken by *** *** Insurance Agency I never had any issues, until I recently was involved in a hit and runI filed a claim through my insurance company I was told days after a claim was filed that my policy is being rescinded for not providing accurate information They said once I submitted my claim they then ran my MVR and I did not provide the agency (*** *** Insurance) with the information that was found However, when I signed up for my policy they did not ask me any of those questions, nor did I sign anything stating there information they had was correct So currently my car is sitting in a auto yard where the insurance company told me to have it towedOnly to find out that I will not be covered I think this is a totally unfair practice and how was I to know they needed any of that information if it was never asked When I spoke with *** *** Insurance they were

My son was in an accident - and his car was totaled - accident was NOT his fault! Unfortunately the person who hit my son had United Equitable Insurance - they are the worst insurance company to deal with! I was in an accident with one of their insured customers, where they were at faultThis company does not return phone calls and repair shops in Chicago refuse to repair my vehicle if they have to work with them due to prior-repeated issues of non-payment from the insurance group I called again today and the person answering the phone raised their voice and was extremely short and rude, and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked what the next steps wereI am unsure if they will actually follow through and pay for the damages caused by their insured at this point, six weeks after the accident

This Insurance Company Is *** HorribleThey do not follow up with you on your claims your waiting 1-weeks for them to tell you that your approved or not they want you to write and draw out what happen has if you did not call and explain that and the police report shows these details alsoNot to mention they mail out what you need to write or draw instead of emailing or faxing to speed up the processIt took ah whole hours to even get a hold to the claims department to even file a claimCustomer service SUCKS Most Supervisors Are extremely rude At first I Was satisfied with the company because of the low rates but you definitely get what you pay for Regardless how cheap they are no one deserves the poor customer service and treatment that they give to their customersDO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY SERIOUSLY

I have an insurance policy through *** Insurance that has the name United Equitable Insurance Company on my insurance card I have been paying my insurance on time each month, but when I had an accident *** does not want to pay for it I am covered, but they are stating that I did not tell them I live in the home with my parents This was never asked and my parents have their own insurance that I have tried to provide to *** I looked up the insurance claim policy in Illinois and it is illegal what they are doing They cannot deny or shorten my claim amount based on this and that is what they are doing Commingling is illegal and they are supposed to pay my claim and then they can try to bill for anything else I have been cooperative, but I need my vehicle repaired because it affects the front light and taillight and I keep getting tickets that the insurance company needs to pay
